  • Ken Guidry Plumbing has very good prices. I would use him again although his responsiveness to was poor. It took us weeks to get a hold of him and sometimes it took him long to call us back. He did good work we did find lots of flaws but when you do a big project like that, you are bound to find some flaws but last time there were a lot of obvious flaws like they wouldn't put a piece of they would cut a piece too small. We passed the plumbing inspection and we haven't had any leaks, that was the most important part. I am satisfied with him. They came on time.

  • I am satisfied with American Wastewater Systems Inc. I am satisfied with the product even though it took us a while to actually use. It sat there for a long time, we would plug it in and turn it and we did not have any trouble at all. They gave us a very good price. We have never had any trouble contacting them. We did have a little repair to be done and it took a couple of days for somebody to get out here.

  • Plumber came and talked to us about the service that we needed. He was able to fix the toilet from being clogged, but the tub was a different story. He was here for around three hours for the job. Thank goodness they do not charger by the hour. We had a $50 service fee and the total came out to be $319.50 for half the job being done. Disappointed that we have to spend $300-350 for a jet machine to try and unclog our tub now. They did a good job but the money is what is disappointing me and we still have to spend a lot more to unclog the tub.

  • Our water heater went out and had to be replaced. I went to the local plumbing store and purchased and brought home the replacement tank and had it sitting in the house. The "master" plumber, Mr. Preston Mouton and his assistant Archie arrived on time and preceded to work...all down hill from this point. The "master" plumber, due to obvious physical limitations could barely make it up the attic stairs. He could not cognitively respond to his assistant's directions or requests and seemed in constant danger of falling. The "master" plumber and his assistant requested that we allow them to keep the old tank in the attic since they couldn't handle the weight by themselves. I requested that they remove the old tank from the attic and then had to help them with the removal of the tank...a very scary time. Lifting and installing the new tank was equally scary as the physical lifting of the tank was basically done by myself, a roommate and the plumber's assistant. When the "master" plumber did make it up the stairs and into the attic to "assist" with the plumbing portion of the installation, his foot came through the ceiling in hall bathroom and pushed in the light/vent/heater unit. The "master" plumber and his assistant left several times to buy parts they didn't have on their that most plumbers would keep in ample supply. They took over an hour for lunch and when they did get back to work seemed to work very slowly. Overall, the replacement of a water heater tank in the attic took over 7 hours...from 8 AM to 3:45 PM. It took another 4 days to get the plumber's relative to complete the re-sheetrock and painting of the bathroom ceiling...another poor job. After trying to negotiate a more fair and honest price with the "master" plumber, who would not even consider the reasoning, I paid the bill in full and try not to look up at the ceiling in the hall bathroom. I feel completely ripped-off.

  • It was a pleasant experience. I was thinking the worst: How do you get off an old flange cap without damaging the existing plumbing and/or ceramic tile? When the two guys arrived I was surprised when they put on disposable red shoe covers; each time they went outside, they removed the covers and put them back on when entering; impressive. I showed them the problem and what I had done, they worked up an estimate and I accepted it. It seemed a bit pricey, but I could not do it and being without a toilet is not a pleasant alternative in a family setting. Overall, I was impressed by the entire job, from the receptionist to the plumbers.
