    There were around 60 things I complained about after they replaced my roof. I ask to talk to the owner when the salesman's answer to the complaints was it won't leak and could have cared less what it looked like. The owner came out and fixed a few of the problems and sent someone (other than the crew that replaced the roof) out a few weeks later and fixed all but a couple of the things that were wrong with the roof but there were still a few things that were not fixed. Nobody ever followed up to see if the roof was fixed right. A couple weeks ago I replaced the fascia board at the back of the patio because all the banging from replacing the roof made it look bad (not blaming them for that) and when I removed the old board there was still paint on the felt and some wood on the roof that I feel should have been changed. Before signing the contract the salesman said that they would remove everything from the roof and inspect the wood and if there was any bad parts they would let me know and I could pay $35 per section for it to be replaced before installing the new roof. They must not have removed stuff to the wood and inspected it or the felt would not have had paint on it from were I painted 5 years ago. I emailed the salesman at that time and ask for them to come out and quote replacing the wood I feel should have been replaced when the roof was replaced and got no reply. I emailed the office a week ago and requested someone come talk to me about this problem and still got no reply. Their prices were competitive but I would never recommend these guys for any work. His response that I only emailed them one time and what it said was not true. I emailed the sales person and when ask for a quote on replacing the wood that should have been changed on the roof, not the fascia board. When he didn't answer I went to their web site and I don't see a place to email them other than requesting a quote and I made it clear on that I was talking about fixing what I felt wasn't done right the first time. They came back and replaced the wood that needed replaced but I still feel the shingles on the sides of the house will break when there is a storm and they will say it's an act of god instead of a workmanship problem.

    It didn't go. No response from contractor. Requested they text or email so I would be sure to get in contact with them but never heard from them. I will be careful with any future Angies List prepays for services. It's been over three or four months now since I paid Angies List and no word from contractor. I don't know where the blame for this lies as I paid Angies List so I assume they should have gotten in touch with the contractor to contact me. I even called the contractor and left a message to no avail.

    I would not recommend them to anyone. They were supposed to repair 3 leaks from my roof and it's going on 11 months and it still leaks they have been out multiple times over the the last year but now they won't return my phone calls. I thought I paid to get the leaks fixed but instead my children have to keep buckets in their rooms I am disabled Veteran with 5 children and one of them is also totally disabled

    Drew came out and presented his estimate, he was nice and seemed motivated to do a good job. During the meeting he kept saying he would eat the deductible and that I needed to keep that to myself. He started and I could tell he had zero time management. The contractors doing the other homes near me were done within three days. It took Royal over a week, and during this time he had his equipment in my driveway. I would come home and his men would be laying in the yard, my garage, etc. Drew was never at the job site, until his men damaged my neighbors house. At this time my insurance company was involved in the flood in Baton Rouge or New Orleans, not sure which office. The insurance company was having issues getting the checks out, as the office that cut them was flooded. This is where things got crazy with Drew Ratley! He had been talking and dealing with the insurance company, when the check did not arrive he sent me a text telling me that he was placing a lien on my house. I called my agent and she informed me of the issues with the flooding. I called Drew and told him I would gladly pay him what he was owed. He started cussing, telling me it was screwed up, this went on for a while. I told him to come get his money, and we were done. He sent me a text telling me he was NOT coming to get the money. Note: I will gladly provide copies of the text messages. He cursed, threatened to sue me, called me all kinds of names, etc. What I could not understand was I told him I would pay him. Then I found out why he wanted the insurance company to pay. He sent in an additional bill of materials, and he thought he would not get paid. I told him to provide me a bill and I would pay that as well. His office provided me something that looked like a child did, however, I agreed to pay the extra charge as well. I told him to meet me at my bank and I would get him a cashiers check for the amount due. Again, he became upset, saying he wanted cash! I told him either we do it this way or we go to court. This person is very hard to deal with once he gets your business. Do not use him for any service. I would also recommend you check the jail bookings for 6/27/17.

    Rain delayed work for several weeks, but once they were on site and job was completed, all went well. We found part of the front porch leaking after completion. Representatives came out and repaired that same day. Very satisfied so far!

    Mr. Jackson was quick and courteous in responding to our call for a new roof. He came out, climbed up to look at the roof, came back down, and gave us an estimate. After checking with two more companies, Mr. Jackson's estimate was by the far the most inexpensive. We called Mr. Jackson to approve his estimate and within 3-4 days, he was out with his team of around 6 individuals to replace the roof. The work was done within a few hours and he even informed us that they replaced some rotten wood at no additional charge to us. The roof looks great, came in at the estimated price, and we're thoroughly impressed with the job completed.

    Very well. Some of my neighbors had hail damage and my HOA suggested that residents have their roof check. He came promptly and inspected my roof. To my relief, he said there was no damage. He took pictures of my roof and showed me pictures of a roof with hail damage so I could see the difference and be assured that I had no damage. He did not charge me.

    Went there to have them come out to estimate. They finally sent an estimate a few weeks later. Decided to go ahead with them considering that they were a little less expensive then the other roofers. We made an agreement that they would do the work. This is the beginning of where my troubles started. They don't come when they say they will. They just show up whenever. They have no consideration of your time. They're very sneaky. When they did start, they did sloppy work. Ask to redo some things and they didn't. We even got a home inspector to verify our claims. Showed them what needs to be redone with pictures and yet to this day have not fixed any of the problems. They're not experienced enough to do metal roofs. You have to really watch them. They are hard to get in contact with always with the run around. Very sloppy work. Would not recommend them. It ended up costing just as much if I would have went with one of the other roofers. I wish I would have went with one of the other roofers and possibly got a much better roof for what I ended up paying them after all.

    they went up and took pictures of several places and said they needed fixing.  We could not tell what it needed by the pictures but

    took their word these places were bad.  We are 78 and 79 and could not climb up on roof to verify what it needed.  We only had

    one little tiny leak right outside the front door and that is what we called them  

     to fix.  They did that and convinced us that a large board in back over patio was warped and need to be replaced to prevent future

    leaks.  it was not leading at the time.    The first time we had good rain, that portion started leading and we called them to come

    back.  After several calls one guy came and said he put some tar up there and he would be back.  He has never shown up and

    we called the owner, Robert May at least a dozen times and no one has come, now we have a new leak in the carport on my

    car.  I am sure now that we will have to replace the roof.  The roof was only 7 years old when they worked on it .  I think they

    caused all the trouble.  The owner had injured his foot and evidently the two worthless guys he sent over here were just hired

    to work while the owner recovered from his accident.

    La Rain Pro Seamless Gutter Systems
    The initial installers did not do the job correctly. After a couple months I had gutters on the ground. I notified the owner and he had his "A" crew come out and install all new gutters properly at no cost to me. A+ company, I'd have no issue hiring them again. I do suggest you watch the installers and call the owner if you see anything being done incorrectly.
