ASouthern Blinds & ShuttersThe ordering and installation process went smoothly from start to finish. The shutters came in within 6 weeks as I'd been told at the time of ordering. Jeremy did an excellent job with the installation. The estimates I got from other companies were significantly higher. The shutters look fantastic, couldn't be more pleased with their appearance. I went with the hidden tilt and am glad I did so because they provide an unobstructed view out the windows. The shutters are the perfect window treatment for the bay windows as they give both rooms a much more spacious and airy feeling.- Joel W.

AI used them to screen in my patio and do my gutters four years ago, and they did a fantastic job! I needed some repairs done on the screen door on my patio due to my grandkids and dog, and Ken, the owner, came the next day to see what repairs would need to be done. As soon as the necessary parts came in, Jodie, a member of the team, came and fixed the door in under thirty minutes. He was super nice and very professional. Not only did he fix what we asked them to fix, but he also took the time to make sure that all the work they did four years ago was still in good quality! I would highly recommend the A1 Aluminum team to anyone who needs this type of service in the future!

AI saw Larry's reviews here and went with him instead of the other big companies. I am very pleased to say he exceeds expectations! My first impression when I met Larry is that he seems more like family than a stranger doing a job. He is very personable and professional. He soft washed my stucco dormers and chimney. The white stucco had bad red stains near the shingles. When he was done it was complete clean! He definitely knows what he is doing. He also pressure washed a patio awning that now looks new. I, without hesitation, reccomend him to anyone looking for this type of work and will be using his services in the future!

DAfter their botched repair of siding at my house in 2018 after termite damage, I panicked and made the mistake of hiring them again to do flood damage repair after the 2019 July flood. While they did good demo work, and the crew they hired to put up new dry wall and paint was good, I was made many promises that weren't kept: they would replace all the faceplates, do the plumbing for a new sink, fix the base of our side door (which wouldn't latch), replace a moldy furnace room door, build a stand for our washer/drier. Not one of these things was ever done. They also disappeared completely for two months, leaving work on a side bathroom unfinished and exposed to water damage from the outside. They then had to replace much of the siding again, because termites had returned to the water damage area. I then paid for work for which I never received a receipt detailing work, nor did they complete the tasks they'd initially promised. I wrote to them directly last year documenting all these issues (and many more) to try and politely resolve them (which I had to hire other workers to fix, incurring significant extra expense), and they never replied. I strongly urge you not to use them, as they overcharge, don't complete tasks, and will go radio silent when you need them.

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
