Since access was limited to the back of the property, they could not use a manlift and that definitely made this job more challenging, but Thomas and his crew clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently and safely and did everything they said they would do in one day- four trees down and full clean up. Once I called to ask for help, Mrs. Gloria was so helpful and communicated with me when we could expect our estimate and services preformed. Our trees look beautiful now as they were very overgrown and branches were hanging on our roof. After the work was completed, the crew removed all tree branches and debris. ASmith's Tree Care LLCThis company is amazing! They called for an estimate as soon as they opened on Monday (I put in the request on Saturday) and were on time and very professional. Trever brought me their insurance paperwork and license at the time of estimate so I knew that they were qualified. None of the other companies did that. As soon as I decided to go with them, they scheduled me and told me they would be here between 8 and 830 and it would take 2-3 hours. They got here at 815 the day of and within 30 minutes had the tree down. I was amazed. They finished everything within an hour and fifteen minutes. They were so nice and professional. I have already recommended them to my coworkers and will do the same for anyone that I find needs tree removal services. I would hire them again in a second!- Heather P.

FTwice in the past, this company did work for me. We all got along great, paid my bill in full, no issues. Need more tree work done. 1.5 hours before they were scheduled to come do an estimate (I took off work to be home to meet them), texted me (not even the courtesy or respect of a phone call) and said "Can't do your work, call another service." And now they won't return my calls. This was so unexpected, out of the blue, and down right rude. At least let me know why I have to call another service after we've had such a great track record together!

ABeautifully! Three-man crew arrived as promised for three hours extremely well coordinated work for $500. Local tree people who promised 3-6 months ago have never appeared, and wanted to charge $800 for the job I tipped today's men $75 each, plus beer at lunch. This was the best "outside" work (plus the unexpected courtesy and good cheer of the workers!) that I have had in my more than 6 decades' experience!) Almost makes me wish I had another job for them. for them.
