ATerry Lejeune Septic Tank ServiceI called in morning and requested sevice same day. Owner Terry Lejeune arrived himself with assistant at 5:00 pm and completed the job within an hour. He did not charge extra for clearing the blocked sewer line. Made sure system was functioning properly before leaving and gave useful advice for future system care.- Robert C.

AFlow More Sewer Service, Inc.Toilets were backing up, and tank was practically overflowing. Tried to get service on Friday, but they were booked, so I had to wait over the weekend, or pay an extra fee for Saturday service. I was able to find someone to do it who was a bit cheaper, but he never called back, so I went with Flow More and scheduled for Monday. They showed up within the allotted time period, and were very professional. Took a little over an hour. Priced on the high side since they claimed to pump out 800 gallons, but I only have a 500 gallon tank. Guess that's from the pressure washing? Anyway, it was an overall good experience but it didn't fix my problem. Turns out I have a blockage somewhere in the outflow line so I had to call someone else to come fix that the next day. ACLEARWATER WASTE SYSTEMSClearwater is one of only two in the area authorized to distribute and maintain Delta brand models. We called him for an inspection as required by the Board of Health when upgrading from a single wide to a double wide mobile home. Mr. Hamilton came out the day I called and even referred us to a sewer pump out company, which we ultimately used as well. There isn't much to an inspection and maintenance contract, but we saved $75 on his referral and he helped us to obtain a part available only through a wholesale outlet when our aerator timer started acting up.- Trish W.

AI’ve used Roto-Rooter several times. Every couple of years the washing machine drain will start backing up due to a poorly designed system. The technicians have always shown up as scheduled. Always been extremely friendly and polite. And have every single time solved the issue within a very short period of time. The cost of having the line snaked every 2 or so years is negligible compared to the expense of redoing my drain lines.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

FHe later (one week) sent a workman to take off a piece of marble from the tub. The worker told me to get an exterminator and he would return and finish the work. He did caulk around my shower. The ants were attracted to water which was leaking from the shower into the tub. Mr. Morris informed me 3 months ago that he was trying to match the marble. I spoke with him numerous times and he offered one excuse after another. He kept telling me that he had been busy with his own new home. Also, he said that he couldn't find a match with a supplier. He made numerous excuses and kept telling me that he would return my piece of marble. He also said that he was going to give me an invoice for the little bit of work his worker performed. Now 4 months later, I still have not had my marble returned. As late as yesterday, he promised to send someone over with the marble. He is totally unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. We felt so strongly that we joined Angie's List to warn others.

AOriginally the flow of water was perfect until some work was done on it years ago by someone else. Upon completion of install the flow was not improved to the rate of other showers. They did not charge for the work on that, but was told by the technician that he would do some research and get back with me to complete my request and come back to finish installation of the access panel for which he had cut a hole in the sheetrock. I did not hear from them again.
