  Roof replacement went smoothly from beginning to end. Salesman was extremely pleasant and professional. Garcia was not the cheapest estimate I receive, but I selected them for the job because of their reputation in the community. I know if anything happens they will be able to back up their warranty. Job process was smooth. The crew left a few nails in the yard, but I called the project manager and they came back to re-magnet all around my yard. TWICE! Thanks so much to everyone at Garcia for making this process so easy.

Therefore I cannot give a reasonable rating other than an 'F', which isn't fair as I cannot rate their performance, because I did not hire to do work for me. I cannot say whether or not I would hire them again, due to the fact they did not perform any work for me and the way this survey is set you must answer yes or no.

  Let me start off by saying that I am an engineer. I am extremely detail oriented and meticulous. In March 2019, I hired Legacy Builders to completely remodel our front porch and interior walls in our bedroom and our dining room. Being an engineer, I wrote a multi-page detailed scope of work to make sure nothing was missed in the bidding process and in the construction process. The work was extensive replacing headers and beams, plywood, and trim. They literally had to jack the porch up to remove the old beams. They also textured and painted everything they did. The total project took approximately four weeks and everything looks brand-new. They kept the job site clean and hauled off all of the debris when finished. Since I work out of my home, I was able to I monitor every step and was extremely impressed with the care they took. They did exactly what they said they would do for the price that they quoted. No hassles and no haggling. Louis Rogge, Jonathan, and Glenn were extremely professional and always on time. They are honest and do the best work imaginable. I would hire them over again and highly recommend them. I can't say enough good about them.

  Mr. Robert assessed our roof for the rain diverters we needed. He gave a reasonable price, and was able to get materials and install them the same day. The diverters are doing what they should, and we will hire him again!

  Anthony and his crew were fantastic. I loved seeing how this group of guys works together. Anthony stays on site while the entire job is being done. It was reassuring to me, to have him there, like an inspector. After the roof was complete they cleaned up the area. I highly recommend Anthony's Roofing for your next roof. What seemed like a tropical storm just passed, and it was comforting to know I had a new roof.

  Brian's crew did a turn key job removing and replacing shingles. Job also required torch seal flat roof along with 62 square of Atlas Pinnacle lifetime shingles. New valleys, edging, roof jacks, ridge vents etc. The crew showed up at 0700 and job was done at 1900. Job site was cleaned up and everything hauled off. One guys' job was to police the job site and use a magnet throughout the day to find nails. Crew was respectful and hard working. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing and have been working together as a team for quite awhile. Nalo(sp.?) was the crew leader...professional, attentive, responsive and friendly. Brian and Nalo have worked together for 11 years.

  Anthonys Construction made my new roof replacement experience one that I will never forget. He met with me and went over the process and brought samples I could keep to use to decide on the color of the shingles that would look best with the style of my home and brick color. Mr. Anthony was very professional, kind and flexible throughout the entire process. I changed my mind regarding the color of the signifies and he was always very patient with me. I will definitely use this company again if I ever had to and I will also refer him to all of my family and friends. Thank you so much for a job well done!!!!
