    Andre did network one camera system according to the agreement, then when it was time to network the other buildings he offered one excuse after another, i.e, we needed a new television in the office (which we provided), we needed to update the cameras and dvrs, needed additional cameras, etc. We also requested remote viewing from cell phones and tablets but Andre claims that our phones (iPhones) will not support live streaming or playback and will not provide us with the contact information for the technician who installed the software. Andre has been paid in full for his services and our camera system is still not set up. On a side note, he brought me a micro sd card for my tablet and when I asked him how much I owed him for it, he said $40. The exact same product costs $12.88 at Wal-Mart. Andre has been consistently late, sometimes makings us wait as long as 4 hours. I would definitely not recommend his services or use him again.

    I haven't got my gift card yet. I haven't completely set up the system yet. My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places. 

    I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den. 

    Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly. 

    Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone. 

    Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.

    UPDATE 8/21/15: We have worked everything out with Mr. Ronnie. He has been extremely helpful and came to our home personally to resolve our situations. He showed that he truly cares about not only his company's reputation but also about his clients. Everything has been working perfectly. We are so happy with our security system and the response from Mr. Ronnie. We highly recommend Custom Security to everyone looking for a reliable security system owned by someone who truly cares about you and your happiness with your system. It is so nice to be able to feel safe in our own home and know that someone is monitoring our security system at all times. This is one decision thst you will not regret!

    From beginning to end, Frontpoint made the process of installing my own security system with their provided hardware easy. They didn't try to oversell me on features -- rather the opposite, actually recommending not getting certain sensors because they didn't fit my needs. I'm not sure I would have selected Frontpoint without a strong Angieslist deal, however, since their hardware prices seem extremely average otherwise. Some of the hardware didn't work as expected at first, but a technician walked me through resolving this quickly and easily via a phone call.

    It's basic, it is monitoring the windows, doors and patio doors. It's nothing hi-tech. I have not had any issues where I had to deal with them. Whatever door I go out it shows it and whatever windows I open it shows it and I feel comfortable. The only issue is with the battery back up, the systems just lasts past 24 hours. I will continue to use them and also look into other things that they are offering.

    I have been using them since years. When I choose them they had great reputation. Once I was just out the shop and I got the call that alarm is on are you okay. I said " I am fine " and they said should we call off the police, I said "yes". They are very responsive even if it is a false alarm.

    This is about ADT in general.  I contacted them last year to get a quote on services and elected to go with another company.
    I told thier rep I was going with another company and now they won't leave me alone..they email, they call, they make personal visits to my home and I got another email today..I have told everyone I called that I found a service that I am happy with and not to contact me anymore and they won't listen.  It's always someone different - never the same person.

    Everyone that I have worked with so far has been super nice and helpful.  It took about 3 weeks to get the work done, but the installers were very nice and professional.   Cleaned everything up and answered all my questions.

    HEAVENLY HOME SECURITY

    Had to make two visits to repair after I made several calls to company with promises I would get a call back and was not called back. On first visit technician didn't even know what my problem was even though I had gone into considerable detail
    On the phone TWICE. System was give full check and repaired. About four days later system quit working again. Keypad was beeping constantly and could not get to stop. Never returned my call to inform me how to stop it. I had to literally pull keypad off and had to pull wires . They came out a second time and repaired it. It was very frustrating. I used their company four years ago to have system installed in my new home and I was extremely satisfied. I think they have customer base has grown so much that they do not have enough technicians to keep up.

    Everything went smoothly. Equipment arrived as scheduled and self-installation was very easy. Took about 30 minutes to activate and demonstrate the service once the sensors were in place.
