ATotal Package Construction Group LLCJacob and Jordan Stafford at Total Package ConstructionGroup are true craftsmen! They built a 30x40 workshop with a 26x12 patio for my husband and we could not have been more pleased with the work. These brothers worked every day until the job was complete even Saturdays and Sundays. They quoted a fair price, were easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would do. ASunlight ContractorsSunlight Contractors does amazing work. I witnessed the results of Sunlight Contractors fixing the shoddy work of an irresponsible, negligent contractor that caused thousands of dollars in damage. I have come to learn that it is very important to remove moisture from the subfloor of a home before insulating it with spray foam. Several years back, the floors of this home were insulated with a high moisture content, eventually causing mold, rot, and the floor to buckle. After being contacted, Ira from Sunlight Contractors was very knowledgeable and immediately knew what to do to solve the problem for good. The job took three weeks, but Clayton, Ira, and the crew were on time for the duration and explained the process every step of the way. They treated the job like it was their priority and did not leave or prolong the process by taking on other jobs. The crew was required to remove spray foam installed by the previous company, remove and replace rotted flooring, and remove all mold and moisture from the flooring before applying closed cell spray foam. Unlike the previous company, Sunlight Contractors not only removed moisture from the wood, but also guaranteed in writing that there would be no future moisture issues. Do not trust just any company. Make sure you go with experts, who know what they are doing and stand behind their work, in writing.- Austin R.

AMillennium ConstructionCouldn't be happier with my results. I hired them to do an addition and some renovations in my home. They were reasonably priced and their work was very professional. I was completely terrified of hiring a contractor. I had no experience with give renovations at all and Christian completely put my mind at ease. He put us into a group chat with him and his workers. ALegacy Builders LLCLegacy Builders just finished an addition and full remodel of our 75 year old home in Mid City and we are thrilled with the work. They helped us update the entire house, while staying true to the character of it. They updated the existing portions of the home (sheetrocking and fully renovating the existing bath and kitchen) so that the look and feel of it all could match the addition of the home, as well as building a covered carport that matched our home and a covered patio. We were nervous about doing so much to an older home, but felt really good about it after starting the work with Legacy. The project ran smoothly because they are great communicators. We always knew where each phase of the project was, what was being worked on, and what was next. They were very honest about what our options were within our budget and were a great resource in helping us get the look and feel we wanted within it. It really felt like we were a team, and like they cared about the outcome as much as we did. Every crew that worked on our home did excellent work, and were also professional and respectful of us and our property. The contractor and specific teams met with us about our expectations at each phase of the project. They kept a neat, safe workspace the entire time. APremier Southern BuildersCharlie, Rene, and their crew were wonderful to work with and the contract that was signed was clear and covered both us and Charlie. Because we were flood victims and had to wait for insurance money to be released from our mortgage company, they were all very accommodating and continued to get the work done. In addition, they kept us updated and provided us with information that helped us stay in budget as well as give us the house we could've only dreamed of. Charlie's contact for tile was wonderful, he even contacted me via FaceTime because I was unable to drive to Metairie to see his inventory and showed me everything that fit what I described wanting. If anything went wrong, Charlie was a HUGE advocate for us. The only incident we had was a texture job that Charlie wasn't satisfied with (he knew what to look for better than we did) and he had them come back out to redo the work and also clean some items that they neglected to cover. We an issue with some things being hooked up, and Charlie and Rene drove almost 2 hours within a day to come check out the issue and fix it. My husband and I couldn't have been more blessed with someone honest, understanding, and willing to work with us. Plus, we're one of the first people in our part of the neighborhood to have our home completed, even with the delays of ordering doors, cabinets, etc.- Samantha O.

ALegacy Builders LLCSuperior professional work. Addressed any problem areas to make things work exactly how I wanted them. From adding beam to support wall from bedroom to new kitchen area to moving gas and electric to middle island. Any outside contractors such as granite, were dealt with strickly through my main contractor. So I only had one person to address at all times. Best part, was the CLEAN UP after every work day. Never left a mess even overnight that I had to walk over or trip on. VERY friendly and willingness to add or change things (as us typical women want). Contract signed up front, and divided pmts to fit noth sides as to not have to pay something every other day. Thanks Louis- David S.

AContacted Sunlight Contractors about removing fiberglass insulation underneath my house and installing foam insulation. Ira answered his phone after business hours from home and gave me information. The crew showed up promptly to remove the insulation on Monday and returned on Tuesday to install the foam insulation. Crews were very polite and professional. All work was completed promised and area left clean. Will you again for insulation of our attic.

AWe got very prompt response from our inquiry and were able to meet at the house the next day. Max gave me quotes on several different combinations of materials (copper and aluminum) and shapes (K and half round). All were very reasonable and in the price ranges expected. Although we were originally leaning towards copper, after looking at photos of the house we decided that the white aluminum would blend in better with the colors of the house. Max agreed that, aesthetically, it was the best choice although he would have made more money with the copper. We set an installation date for the following week, but 2 days later he had an opening due to a weather delay on another project and was able to get the materials and complete most of the job that day with a couple of minor things completed the next day including thorough cleanup. They even protected some of our plants from the freeze coming that night. The installation was very professional and the gutters work great! They blend in with the house as if they had always been there and will provide protection to help keep the house there for another 115 years. I couldn’t have asked for or expected a better job. Highly recommended!

ATim did an awesome job on everything!! The cabinet he built to house the hot water heater looks like the other cabinets in that room so everything blends perfectly. The shelf he removed in the living room cabinet was just the right size and works perfect for my TV. the wall he removed opens up my whole dining, kitchen and living room areas. He had to install a beam as the wall he removed was a load bearing wall and the completed work looks awesome. He removed an old fiberglass shower and built a shower to replace. The work, colors, style and craftsmanship were wonderful. It looks absolutely awesome. I’m very pleased with the work that was done and I keep finding more small stuff that needs to be done, so they are still working on my house!
