    Southern Collision Center, LLC
Very well. My vehicle was not going to be ready until after I left town - Mark was kind enough to drop off my vehicle at the dealership for the quarterly service check. Because of his kindness, my vehicle was ready when I got back in town - both collision repair and service check all while I was out of town. Really appreciate that extra support from them.

Had estimator meet at facility; got estimate and quickly started on repairs. They found more damage than originally estimated, and worked with insurance to cover everything! Very nice and professional.

    Owens Collision and Service
Unscrupulous, deceitful and borderline criminal are words that come to mind after dealing with OWENS COLLISION for the first and last time.  AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST.  All you need to do is take a minute to actually READ the very carefully worded contract they want you to sign and you will be able to tell their intent is to do whatever they want with your car and YOU will be responsible for whatever charges they rack up on you. DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT as you will seemingly be signing away all of your rights.  DO NOT SIGN THIS CONTRACT.
My daughters car was brought to Owens after an accident and the FIRST insurance appraiser determined the car was TOTALLED yet Owens partially dismantled the car and claims to have bought and painted parts ( without our or the insurance companies knowledge or approval ) when I challenged them on it they stopped talking to me and would not even provide me with a dollar amount to get the vehicle released. Their TRUE colors were beginning to show.
It seems their business model is to quickly dismantle your car upon arrival so they can tie it up and start racking up charges they expect your insurance company or ultimately YOU to pay ... I personally refuse to be ripped off and have turned the matter over to my attorney to handle.  Looks like we will be filing suit and I will also be filing complaints with the Attorney General and Insurance Commissioner's office shortly.
Do your homework ... a quick internet search will reveal a host of legitimate complaints against Owens Collision.
There are a lot of other good reputable body shops in our area ... take my advise STEER CLEAR OF OWENS COLLISION and bring your car almost anywhere else, you'll be much better off.

They did a horrible job-- I had to take my vehicle back to the collision center two times after the original repair. The last time I brought my car in it took them three months just to touch up the paint and do minor fixes. When I finally got my car back, it was not painted properly and they failed to reconnect the tail lights. I would not use this company again in the future

    Performance Collision Center
I was recommended to Performace through my State Farm agent after being involved in an accident that caused damage to the front end of my car. After the claims center sent my claim electronically to the repair shop I called and spoke with the receptionist who scheduled a time the next day for me to come by and have photos taken of the damage. Within two days I received a call letting me know the claim was approved and the parts had been ordered. The shop warned me ahead of time that because my car is a 2004, it might take a little extra time to find all the parts. About one week later, I received a call from Performance letting me know they had all of the parts in. Originally, when we scheduled the service, I was told it would take 4 days to complete the job. After just 2 days at the shop, my car was completely finished and it looks fantastic! Although the bill ran near $1500, I only paid my insurance deductible and the staff was extremely friendly throughout the process.

Cottman Transmission and Total Auto Care
They were very good and very nice. They had a problem they couldn't figure out and I don't know if it was random but we had a problem fixing our vehicle. They said it was a rare problem but we kept having to bring our vehicle back. It took over a month to get it fixed. I don't know if it was their fault or what. They were very friendly and very helpful. They did everything we needed but it took a long time due to the circumstances. They were very professional. We had to take it back about 5 times. They finally found a little hairline crack which they didn't see. Once they found it, they took care of it and finally got it fixed. We didn't compare their price. They responded well. I probably won't use them again because I don't live there but my truck broke down as I was driving through. If I lived there, I would use them.

I've used them a couple of times before. They are very prompt and efficient. They are very nice, friendly and honest. I would recommend them to anyone. They are accurate and they have always been above board with nothing hidden. I will absolutely continue to use them.

Very professional, fast service. Brought car in on Friday. Ready to pick up Wed. All repairs done as should be. Had to return to have light bulb replaced and that took about 5 minutes.. This is a very good company. Repairs done in tandem with GEICO insurance company. Appraiser in same building and car rental next door. This makes what could be a difficult process a very easy process to go through. Used Honda parts. Repairs guaranteed for as long as I own the car.

    D & A Auto Body
They went above and beyond in just their service in making my daughter feel at ease in going through her first accident. My daughter says their quality of work and walking her through the steps was 'top of the line' as well. I would not hesitate to use or recommend them to anyone.|As for the cost, that I cannot say because it was an insurance claim. But State Farm has them on their 'go to' list so take that for what it's worth...

    Cavins Auto Repair LLC
So, he took the vehicle in to get an estimate to repair a rear light that was broken in an accident. They gave an estimate of $4,000.00. They suggested that if he filed for insurance, then they would and quot;totaland quot; the car since it already had 125,000 miles on it. So, we took the vehicle to another body repair shop and received a quote of $300.00. They repaired the light the same day and only charged $275.00! This discrepancy seems to be criminal, IMHO. Avoid Cavins Auto Repair like the plague.
