Our company is a franchise and installs a B-Dry Patented Waterproofing System. We are locally owned and operated. The Better Business Bureau gives us an A+ rating. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Each potential customer receives a reference list for customers we have done work for in their area. We send a customer survey to each one of our customers and value our customers feedback on our employees. This type of work does not require a license, like some other businesses do. Our customers are covered by our Full Life of the Structure Warranty, which is back by a National Home Office. Estimates are free to the home owner. We offer one year same as cash and also accept all major credit cards. Timothy Franklin, President, has been with the company for well over 25 years. He started out working as a crewman and now owns the business. He is a President that truly knows the waterproofing business. Our system is priced by linear footage and each customer is given a written estimate the day of the inspection. It is our goal to satisfy our customers needs and we are available 7 days a week. We do not open the office on weekends, to allow our employees time to spend with their families, but we do check the answering machine periodically during this time and respond to any emergency situations, regardless of time or day of the week. We are available if necessary to schedule the initial appointment on weekends, if that is the only time the customer is able to meet with us. Basement Waterproofing

A technician was supposed to come out and give us an estimate to fix the leak in our basement and kitchen. Three hours prior to the appointment the technician calls me and says he is done with his last job and he is in my area, could he come earlier. I explained that I worked at a hospital and couldn't there until our scheduled time. He then ask me what it is we actually need done. I proceed to tell him about the leaks. He then tells me he could possibly fix our basement, but there is nothing he can do about our kitchen. I find this very unprofessional due to him not even coming to look at our house to see what could be done. Sounded like he didn't want to wait around for three hours for me to get home. I will never contact them again.

Our basement & everything in it (incl carpet) was wet due to heavy rains

B-Dry installed drain around the inside perimeter & 2 sump pumps, they did amazing work, here it is 10++ years later and the basement is still dry! They did an amazing job, I don't think I'll need them again, because they have solved our wet basement problem, but would absolutely hire them again & do recommend B-Dry to everyone looking for a permanent solution for wet basements.

Expanded drainage system to carry away more water during heavy rains and a system to alleviate the water intrusion into the lower level of our home.

Very well. I prepared the areas to be serviced, saving time that they could use to better service the area. They did an excellent job of containing the debris (including dust) and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They also were courteous, quiet, non-profane and very professional.

Tied a new leak resulting from the rise in the water table into their system currently in the basement.

Due to the massive amount of rain we have had recently, the worker was unable to finish in the time he had originally allotted - he had expected to have another person helping . However, he came the next day, finished up AND cleaned up beautifully. I truly am impressed - not just with the work, but the fact that the original system was put in the basement in 1989 - we purchased the house in 1999 - it cost $100 to switch the warranty and they still had the records from the initial installation. They most definitely back their work.

Fixed a wet basement. Put drain tiles all around perimeter of inside basement. Installed 2 sump pumps & drainage pipe.

B-Dry did really excellent work. Our basement has been bone dry since the service. It was well worth the money spent. Thank you B-Dry

Installed an interior french drain for our 1939 home.

It went great. During the initial meeting they walked us through our options and the process for each of those. They were responsive, showed up on time and answered all our questions before, during and after. After the cement dried, we had them come back and fix a few minor areas which they did without question or cost. Because of the holidays and their workload, we had to schedule 4-6 weeks out for our project. But I have no complaints. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend.

They dug a trench around the perimeter of our tall crawl space and installed drainage pipe (6 feet tall) and installed a sump pump.

Because our crawl space is so tall, we use it for storage and other things. The one complaint I have is that when they bid the job, they did not explain to us that they would have tons of dirt that needed someplace to go, and that it would render our space less useful if left. The guys doing the job explained it when they were here and tried their best to level things out, but we are ending up having to shovel out tons of dirt and dumping it elsewhere so that we can have use of our space again. We understand that there is the dirt and it has to go somewhere, just wish it was explained to us up front so that we could have had tarps down or had a better way of piling it, making it easier to get out of there. In defense of B-dry, we had lots of estimates and no one told us about that issue, and after seeing what they did, it likely would have been an issue with any company doing that job. It's just been a real bear. Having said that, I would still use them again, and we are going to for adding supports down there...but now we will be better prepared to deal with the excess dirt.

Waterproofed back three rooms of our built-into-a-hill home.

From the estimate to the completed work, I was very satisfied. Everyone was kind and professional. They took extra measures to keep the home as clean as possible. This was more difficult than just a basement job since it was in the actual living portion of our home. B-Dry was more expensive than another company's estimate, but they explained what they were doing and why and I felt their services were worth the difference in price.
