Stretch Physical Therapy & Total Wellness
found Stretch when I was having some arthritic issues with my knee two years ago. I had decided to invest in care despite not being covered by insurance and it was worth every penny. I learned how to stretch and exercise safely and felt so much better. Then I hurt myself badly one summer afternoon, just getting out of a car. I found out that I had completely torn my meniscus in my right knee – ironically the knee which had been in better shape. As soon as I could after my surgery, I was back at Stretch. The care was thoughtful and considerate – even when the work was really hard. The care was personalized: we shifted approaches as my inflammation calmed and my flexibility increased, always based on what I had to say about my pain, discomfort and what I needed to do on a day-to-day basis. Even after a setback, Stretch collaborated with me on how I could enjoy my family over the holidays while protecting my health. Eventually, we began to do more complex exercises, matching to the “life skills” I wanted back. I began to have far less problems on stairs, was able to stand for three hours at a work event, and was even able to get out of a car without moving the seat and concentrating on every move. At every step, the care I received at Stretch was skilled, compassionate, kind and customized.

Premier Physical Therapy Services - Blue Ash
The lower back issue was a bit complicated due to being an above the knee amputee wearing a prosthesis, and through the skills of the PTs in this office, was able to break through the barrier(s) that was causing the issue, resulting in a successful outcome.

Reconstructive Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Inc
Way better then expected. I hobbled around for many years because I had heard such horror stories about this surgery. I was at my pain clinic one day and overheard a lady mention that she had knee surgery done by Dr. Swank. I had been looking for him because he did my first back surgery. I walked out of the hosp. 8 hrs. later with very little pain. I got his phone number and I now have 2 new knees with minimal pain. It's a shame he no longer does back surgery. Dr Swank is fantastic. I've been told all the Drs. are, so I will be getting my shoulder taken care of at the same place.

    Shaffer, Dr. Dorothy P.
She is the best doctor I have ever been to. I have never been to a doctor like her before, and I am so glad I switched to her. You do have to pay a fee to be her patient, because she has a very controlled number of patients. It is definitely worth it. She was with me for 45 minutes at my first visit. When you call, Dr. Shaffer actually calls back. When you have a problem and need to get in, they can fit you in within 48 hours. The office staff is also wonderful. She integrates alternative medicine and traditional medicine, and she gives you choices. I cannot say enough about her. She considers herself a consultant and works with you in your health care. I will continue to see her and would definitely recommend her to others.

    Cincinnati SportsMedicine and Orthopaedic Center
I really like the service; they do a great job and it has been a good experience. It seems to be helping and it is very convenient that it is right there with the doctor's office. I will use them again in the future.

    Quest Physical Therapy
I found Quest after having a bad experience at a big sports oriented physical therapy place. I had severe back pain, xrays showed slipped discs and so they sent me over to their physical Rx side of the building. I went to one appt at the other place, where in an open room with 20 other patients (mostly highschool athletes) all doing some type of therapy, they proceeded to place easton nodes on my lower back necessitating exposing underwear etc, without offering a private area or assessing my uncomfortableness. It was a terrible experience. I was so tense from it all, my back pain was even worse. I was so grateful when I called her office and her very friendly staff explained how a patient could have a completely private room. I've been going to this wonderful physical therapist for several years now. Angela incorporates multiple treatments/therapy into my care. She does ultrasound therapy, massage therapy and exercise therapy. She knows my body well and offers so much in terms of not only physical therapy exercises, but relaxation exercises and breathing exercises as well. She explains body mechanics and how pain radiates out from injured spots and how to recognize what your body is trying to tell you. She's very considerate about privacy always. My symptoms will always be a part of my life,as others who have these issues know, but with her help I am managing them and staying active relatively pain free. Each appointment, she assesses what is bothering me now and we work on that. I take home pages of exercises to do and work at those in the interim. She's wonderful! I gave them a B for availability because the appts with my favorites fill up quickly with all their clients, and I gave them a B for communication only because they do not call and remind you of appointments, but that's not a big deal at all if you and quot;useand quot; your blackberry!

    St Elizabeth's Sports Medicine
My experience with them has been very positive. They have been very encouraging, in general and not always physical practice. I can't say that there was anything I didn't like about them. I got a great deal of relief. They were very helpful. The office staff was great. I would use them in the future.

    SPORTS THERAPY INC-MASON
I am happy with the results of the therapy.  From the beginning of treatment, the therapist was concerned about getting me back to normal activity as quickly as possible.  They recommended a treatment plan that I could do on my own and stop going to their office for treatment.  This demonstrated that they were really concerned with my well-being and not just trying to rack up office visit charges.I will definitely choose them again for my next therapy.
