    Josh was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the process a breeze. They were able to install a high quality vapor barrier, foam board insulation around the border of my crawlspace, as well as a sump pump (his recommendation) in a matter of 2 days and did a wonderful job. I have no complaints whatsoever. If you have a crawlspace in need of a vapor barrier or insulation, I highly recommend calling Josh!

    I'm writing this review weeks after the service was provided to provide an honest review of services performed. I got two companies to my house to provide an estimate to solve my issue - the first one stuck their head up into the attic and gave me a quote to add radiant barrier above the floor joist, Steve from All Seasons Insulation got into the attic and walked the entire attic area and provided a comprehensive analysis of what he found and a plan to solve using a combination of insulation and radiant barrier materials. Quotes from both providers were competitive. I went with All Seasons. After finally getting some hot weather in July I can report that the second floor temperature is within 2 degrees of the first floor during the hottest part of the day - was 10 degrees or more. From my experience All Seasons Insulation is an honest, competent, and professional insulation company and I would highly recommend them to solve a similar issue to mine.

    Mark was very nice and knowledgeable, cost was reasonable. Only problem was communication. Thought I had the deal signed and they would contact me early December to schedule work. December 12 rolls around I call them and they say they are waiting for me to call. Okay, no problem, schedule for Monday December 15. I am fairly certain they tell me between 9-9:30, call them back around 10:00 and turns out they aren't coming till 12:00. Not sure if I misread the scheduling or not. Maybe I am too h****** companies for lack of communication but I have had problems with just about everyone of these businesses I contracted to do work thru Angie's List. They tell me one time, show up another or say they will call and don't

    the first appointment was scheduled on October 22. They were to call prior to arrival. The crew stopped by without a call. I received a note on the door that they were there earlier in the day. We rescheduled for 10/30/13. 
    10/13/2013 my wife let them in the house in the morning. they informed her that it would be around 2:30 when they would be finishing up. 
    I stopped by my house around 2:30pm and talked with the crew. It appeared that they received the wrong work order that included insulating the floor between the 2nd and 3rd floor. I cleared that up with them and they said that they would be completed in about an hour.
    I returned at 3:30pm and inspected the work. In the attic area where the access panel was placed in the closet, I noticed that insulation was not blown into the ceiling third floor cavity. In addition the spray foam insulation around the foundation had areas not insulated and many areas where the thickness was one quarter of an inch or less. I talked to the installers and they said they would fix it. Since all the equipment was put away when I arrived, I decided to stay until the work was completed.
    Around 4:30pm I went over and they had everything packed up. I did not inspect the crawl space but did go down to the basement to look over the spray insulation. Most areas that were thin or missed were covered. There still are several areas that are maybe one half to three quarters of an inch thick and one area where I can see the wood.  I believe it still needs attention.
    Given that we had an issue with scheduling the first appointment, I would have thought extra care would have been provided on this job. I contacted the sales manager requesting to have someone come over and inspect the work to make sure the job was completed correctly on 10/31. I received a call late on Thursday that he had received my email (most of the details here within). I gave him my cell number on Friday 11/01.
    Here it is the end of the day on November 04 and no follow up. To say the least I was quite disappointed given all the positive ratings for this company. 

    Here it is November 11th and have not received a call about the issues. I am updating professionalism to a F and responsiveness to an F.

    Here it is January 3, 2014 and they have not returned my call. Updated all categories to an F. Still have issues with the quality of work in the basement. 

    It is January 20, 2014 and did not recieve the call in which he noted in the comments. During the sub-zero cold waive in early January, I noticed a number of areas where they spray foamed leaking cold air. I had to put in my own insulation to fix it. If you use this contractor make sure you check everything out theroughly before you make payment.

    The service and the installers were excellent. I received a 10% discount because I found them on Angie's List. The best part is that my gas/electric bills have been far below what they were last year. The second floor of our home is just as comfortable as the first floor. I highly recommend them to anyone!

    Ron gave me an estimate in 2007 but I didn't get the insurance money untill 2009. He kept his prices the same. In general, the process was painless! I've heard horror stories from other people with other contractors and I was a little skeptical. He even allowed in the cost for a special ceiling tile that I bought myself. I would not have remembered to take the materials out of the price. There were a fewminor issues with subcontractors (forgetting to install a couple of things, not showing up when they said they would) but dealing with Ron and Scott was a pleasure. I am very happy with my new basement, the price and the amount of time to bring the project from start to finish.

    On the day of the installation, the workers first ensured that all our floors were protected from dirty feet and dirt as well as installing barriers to protect stairway corners and overhangs were not marked by the equipment they planned to use. They then removed all the old batt insulation from the attic along with sundry other detrius they discovered underneath it, all left by the home's previous owners. After constructing the walkway and the box, they then began to pump in the Atticat insulation via a long length of tubing connected to a machine that sat on our porch. One employee fed the bales of insulation in at one end which somehow turned into expanded foam at the other, filling our attic space with what now looks a huge pink fluffy cloud. Worktime was roughly 5 hours and all of Apollo's employees were personable, helpful and respectful of our home. It's too early to see what savings we might make as a result of this installation, but I suspect the difference will be palpable during both the upcoming summer and the following winter, especially as we have gone from weedy 6" batt insulation to over 20" of blown-in material.
