Purchased a Sierra 1500 Denali Truck May 2020. Salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. Negotiations were what you would expect. I had a hard time agreeing to an item they call “PULSE” it’s a flashing brake light but he explained it was on all vehicles they sell do to it becoming a mandatory safety item in the future!(********). “PULSE” already on it sorry. We negotiated final price approx 18% discount off MSRP. told them I had my own financing at 1.98% and would have a check tomorrow for them. They asked me to do financing with them for 1.98% rate match and I agreed (mistake on my part). Waited approx 1.5 hrs for finance guy. Now I realize if people ahead of me I wait no problem but the person ahead of me was out of the office for 40 min before I was brought in. How do I know. I was watching the guy. Finally I get asked in and knew he was a shister right off. He make stupid fast small talk and the starts talking payments which are well above agreed upon purchase price. I ask what is the sale price of vehicle you are using? It was $2000+ over the agreed upon price because he was courteous enough to add in an extended warranty I didn’t ask for or want! He removes it and I ask to see estimate sheet and he has moved interest rate to 2.35% not 1.98% tries to compare it to a mortgage interest rate vs APR. In my case it is irrelevant because I’ll pay the truck off but I should have just told him to give me bill of sale and returned next day with the check just on principle alone. The finance man was rude, inconsiderate and an embarrassment to the organization. Strong words right a little **** ** the finance guy you think, I asked a question on breakdown he was unable or unwilling to answer the question and he commented, why do you care if the bottom number is what you agreed upon! Finished my review of paperwork figured out the answer to my own question and signed the documents. After signing, expecting for him to ask for the over 20k check I was putting down as agreed upon and he just says as he is putting paperwork in a folder we are done! I say ok and walk out laughing to myself! Sales man sees me and approaches and explains they are still detailing my new truck.i wait another 20 min and salesman brings me to my truck and explains a few features. I wanted to just leave and let the finance guy sweat it out on the check missing when the controller figures out he never asked for the down payment. But I looked at the salesman told him his finance guy was an a-hole (he was not surprised by my comment) and handed him my down payment check. He said oh... he never asked for this! Nope and the only reason I’m doing this is so nobody pulls you into his incompetence by saying you should of asked for it! Recommendation... bring your own financing to this dealership!I drive home my sons excited over new truck and I ask him to check out this “PULSE” feature! Non existent ! Ok I’ll bring it up with them tomorrow. I go back and find salesman explain no “PULSE” on vehicle he confirms it and goes to his manager. He comes back and says he never agreed to put it on. I say you told me it was already on the truck! That’s why fee was there. He goes back to the manager and comes back saying that’s how we got to final number by not adding it!!!! Not what we agreed upon! I expressed my displeasure with the resolution and left. Dealership Stand by your word if you don’t you are nothing. ( I would have asked for it on the owed slip during signing if I knew it wasn’t already installed like I was told)This is second reason for this review! If you decide to buy a vehicle here and you hear this “PULSE” charge or anything like it adamantly oppose this charge for me..... it’s garbage.I wish it was a better review for the dealership but it’s not. The salesman Daniel was a good guy just doing what he’s told no hard feeling against him. I hope Holman Motors owner sees this and corrects the dealerships problems for future customers. I hope your experience is better than mine. Happy shopping.

Against the recommendation of fellow enthusiasts I mistakenly chose to trust Bob to be a supplier to my restoration shop. Ordered over $700 in parts from him in the recent 12 months, but was always struck by his lack of simple appreciation and the sense that he was doing me a favor by over charging me for shipping and allowing me to buy his overpriced parts. Last week I needed to follow up a recent $500 exhaust manifold order with a small order for a second manifold gasket since I messed up my gasket on first installation attempt. Part cost was 3.95 plus a $9.60 screw job on shipping when I placed and order on the web site. The website accepted my order. 4 days after placing order I receive a notice that the order was cancelled with no further explanation. Called Bob to find out that he requires a $20 minimum and he asked if I needed anything else. I indicated that I would not be placing any further orders. The good news is Bob will no longer be inconvenienced by having to fill my orders. There are other suppliers who would be happy to have my business and not make me feel like I am inconveniencing them by offering them my business. Capitalism is a wonderful thing

Beware!!! Don’t waste your time and money in their extended warranty or on the wheel and tire additional warranty. Really buying here because you hear lifetime pertain warranty that comes with it is deceiving as well. Here’s why 1. Extended warranty & standard lifetime warranty A. You have to get all the work done at Kerry in Lawrenceburg which wouldn’t be so bad if the service manager wasn’t such a (careless condescending person that doesn’t have the mentality of help the customer) but that certainly plays a part. B.Additionally you have to get everything they say is recommended from transmission flush (which is totally understandable) all they way down to a cabin filter. That’s right if you don’t have them replace the cabin filter when recommended (which has nothing to do with anythingMechanically) for a ridiculous price then warranty voided. It’s ridiculous C. When I was slid a 7.9% interest rate at purchase (when I have an over 800 credit score and very favorable DTI ) I just laughed and said no. That I kinda understand..... they are in the business to make money so why offer the rate someone deserves when you can screw em lol. Then they came back with a 3% rate. That’s right an additional 4.9% just because. At that point I should have just walked out on the purchase which led to having to deal with their ethically shotty service department and warranties. Whoops , sorry I went off their I’m a tad perturbed. ok back to the review 2. Wheel and tire cosmetic and damage warranty. DONT BUY IT This is a joke so you can only get work done one day through the week, might be month which ok I get it they don’t do the work themselves. But here is why don’t buy it. They don’t honor it that’s why...... so I ended up with a huge chunk of sidewall out of my tire and chip in my rim/wheel. When I was getting my oil change I asked if they could look at it for repair. I was told it was cosmetic and not covered. Yeah cosmetic...... a chunk out of the side wall, an area of the tire that tire shops will not and can not repair due to safety reasons. All that needs to be said right Don’t buy additional warranties here. Waste of money I recommend buying elsewhere, somewhere that is ethical all the way around.

just now I absolutely had the worst experience with Joseph Toyota. I was referred there after a car accident by the man from the insurance company who came to total out my car. I was already having a bad few weeks on top of that my wallet was stolen and had to get everything cancelled and done over. Anyway with the insurance money from my wreck, I purchased a 2008 Rav from them. Needless to say my account was frozen because whom ever stole my purse helped them self to shopping spree online. My account was frozen but my bank worked quickly to resolve, it took 4 days when it's usually longer. The entire time I was communicating with Joseph Toyota who I explained situation to on Friday, they begin threatening me with the police. My feelings was hurt because as a veteran, I did not expect to be treated like this and I was in touch daily, never dodged a call. Saturday they came to get the car even after bank said they will have certified check in hand on Monday. They were rude and extremely uncompassianate. I understand it's a business but this was uncalled for completely. Nicole Ball

he is not a honest and reliable man. Do not do any business with him. He will rip you off. He will not show for court hearing to get the matter resolved.

It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and patient. No high pressure sales. They let the car sell itself and answered all my questions. I shopped around and they beat the other dealers quotes.

I had a bad time with my sales person. I knew the car I wanted, the guy was kind of pushy. He was more worried about me doing the survey and giving him all good grades but I didn't feel like he worked with me too much on the price of the car as much as I wanted and needed to on some of it. I was very upset with it, he actually called me at work. I feel like he was more worried about his needs than mine with this. I was not happy with the sales person but the car and dealership were okay. i feel he could've worked more in my favor than he did. I've been there since and have not seen that sales person.

I bought my wife a new Rav4 in December, and I totaled my car in January and I called. I've been a salesperson all of my life. I usually get a sales rep at a car dealership. I don't buy cars that often, but this guy I dealt with his name was Russell Hice. I bought the new car from him and then a couple of months later I bought the new car from him when my car got totaled. I was handled well and everything. The only bad part about my experience was, and it wasn't really bad. In hindsight they sold me an extended warranty, it wasn't what I thought it was. I thought I was buying two years of free oil change and blah, blah, blah and I thought I was getting routine maintenance. I did buy gap insurance. I was happy everything, it was just a little bit of buyers remorse with the extended warranty.

That was excellent. I would give it all A's as well. I would use them again. They were wonderful. In fact I had called there a couple months before I bought it and told him what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and they didn't have it. He said he would call me when they did and he did.

They were wonderful. Salesmen were very nice. You don’t really get to bargain with these guys. It is what it is, pretty much. They took good care of him.
