Paid 2,000 to have him reopen my case to get my kid. Had a false protection order out on me and informed him I didn’t need him to do anything on it as she’s just trying what ever she can. However he showed up I won it he didn’t do anything and the court said they would wait for us to reopen the case to present all the evidence. And he never filed refused to refund the money and send me more bills and I don’t know for what.

.He comes quite often to do the yard work and always does a good job. His price is very reasonable and I will continue to use him in the future. He is very professional and lets me know if he is going to be running late.

My experience with them was great. I liked the lady I worked with; she was very quick, thorough, and made me feel comfortable.

They sent someone to the house and got me to sign my paper works, which was fine.  That worked out fine and she was fine too.  She was on time.  They were supposed to give me a copy of that thick packet of everything I signed, but they never did.  There was another glitch that required me to submit some additional paper work.  They told me to go over to a bank on Tenth Street near my house to drop of this paper work.  When I went there, they didn't know what I was talking about and I went to another location.  It was a complete miscommunication.  I finally found the right person.  The first time where I went was the right place but he didn't explain his position at that bank correctly and who to talk to.  One manager happened to know that Bob goes in there sometimes.  He, as a friend, borrows his office occasionally.  I liked the fact that they came to the house so I didn't have to go out because I had a surgery recently and wasn't able to do a whole lot of traveling. I was not allowed to drive.  They sent somebody to the house who was a certified notary, which was very convenient.  She was professional and on time.  She was great with her communication.  I don't think she works for LSI, she was just a contractor.  I think my title company wasn't bad.

They messed up with us so they waived some of their fees.  They lowered the rates because they had not treated us well.  They are the one who sent us to the wrong bank.  They delayed the process.  It should have been a quick close.  Part of it wasn't their fault but part of it was.  There were some probate issues on the will.  They went to the court house downtown and pull the wills that showed the provence of the property; how it was left from who to who.  They kept saying they couldn't find it.  So we ended up having to go down there and pay $10; 5 minutes later we had a copy of both wills that showed that the property was left to my grandmother's mother and her mother and father left the property to ours.  It took us all just ten minutes which they said for three or four weeks they couldn't find it.  We had to do a lot more work.  Which is what I told my realtor we are not paying for them to do all this title search.  They lowered the rates.  I had to call them repeatedly.  We never had to interact with them directly but we dealt with them in person to person.  When I got hold of them, they were professional with me but for me part of professionalism is being responsive, doing what they say they are going to do and returning phone calls.  When I actually got to them, they were not rude.  They were wishy-washy about getting the paper work and claiming ignorance.  Our realtor was going to leave it and put it to somebody else.  They didn't step up, which is why they cut the fee in half.

Took the money and billed me for calling and asking the progress 250 per call. Funny thing is 2 calls while we’re when I was at work and have witnesses. Also he said we had meetings that day which was impossible.
