He was very professional and pleasant to do business with.  He did such good work that I'll be taking more shoes to him.

Very well! As stated above, the owner operator went out of his way and stayed beyond closing to help me.

    CINDERELLA SHOE REPAIR
Dropped shoe off on a Thursday, and it was ready for pickup the following Monday. Servicer was very polite and friendly, and I felt price of $2 was very reasonable. Only downside might be that business is closed on Saturday and Sunday although that didn't bother me. Will definitely use Cinderella Shoe Repair in the future.

    CINDERELLA SHOE REPAIR
I have used this repair shop for many, many years. It was in the Mall for many years by the barber shop then moved to Shelbyville Rd in St Matthews. Several years ago they moved to Plainview near the Kroger. I thought they had closed and was so happy to find him again. They can repair a lot of things including purses and belts as well as shoes. They often do it while you wait but it doesn't take long if you have to leave your items. The owner is very knowledgeable about his business, is always pleasant, and his prices are very reasonable. Have always been happy with the service I receive from this repair shop.

    CINDERELLA SHOE REPAIR
I took a pair of favorite sandals in for repair. The gentleman who owns the shop did re-attach the strap that had come loose, but he told me when I picked up the shoes that they couldn't really be fixed in a way that would hold, and therefore there was no charge for the repair. The repair that he did has held through a few wearings so far. I appreciate his generosity in doing a fix that will let me get a few more wearings out of the shoes and his honesty in letting me know that the repair wouldn't hold and not charging me for it. I will defintely return there when I have other shoes that need to be repaired.

    CAVALIER SHOE REPAIR & ALTRTNS
They were literally disgusting. Who knows what was on them. I took a pair of my son's suede Clark's in to be cleaned.  Of course they weren't good as new but great for wearing a few more years!!!

    SECOND STEP
My favorite sandals fell apart - I took them to Second Step anyway. The sandals are the gladiator style and one of the leather straps that was sewn into the heel came unsewn through wear. He was able to fix it using staples. I wore them through the rest of the summer. I love these sandals and paid over $100 for them originally. It was well worth $12 to get another years wear from them. In addition, he offers great deals on quality shoes in the retail portion of the store. I look into the window everytime I walk past while at the Mid City Mall. I got a pair of Danskos for $50 for myself and Stride Rites for my daughter for $20.

    CINDERELLA SHOE REPAIR
I was very satisfied. I was unsure as to whether the boots needed to be completely re-soled or just re-heeled, but was told that the soles were still good for a while. That obviously reinforced my confidence in the advice I received regarding replacing the heel taps on both shoes, not just the one that was missing a tap. The work was promised to be completed by a date much earlier than I expected and was done on time for a very reasonable price. I was extremely satisfied.

    Village Cobbler Shoe Repair
After riding countless (literally 1000's) of miles in my Sidi cycling shoes the inner lining began to wear out in the heel cups.  They still had good soles, uppers, etc, so I asked the good man at The Village Cobbler to try to repair them.  He expertly sewed soft black leather into the heel cups which look and feel great.  I'm looking forward to enjoying many more miles in these shoes.

    Village Cobbler Shoe Repair
Full dress shoe repair and zipper replacement for my favorite work bag.  Results were terrific.  Priced a bit high, but worth it for the timely turnaround, location convenience, and overall quality.
