    Fox, Dr. Gary
Caring and efficient staff. First time being seen by Jenifer; very knowledgeable and capable. Surprised and delighted to receive a call the next day from wonderful RN assisting Jenifer to confirm I had to additional issues or concerns or had forgotten to ask a question, etc.

    Hardwick, Dr. Angela M,
The appointment went very well. No complaints. The new Norton electronic system is nice because, although I was a new patient, I did not have to fill out a single paper. It was all in the computer from a visit with another Norton doctor. The new system even keeps track of all your medications as each new prescription is entered into the computer.

    Eicher, Dr. Tracy
Dr. Tracy Eicher is very personable. She's very straightforward. She's doesn't sugar coat anything. She's good and able to diagnose me pretty quick and get me to where I needed to be.

    Walter Olson MD
He is an expert in my type of brain injury, and he is incredible. After seeing dozens of physicians in my area, I was finally referred to him and was finally diagnosed after struggling to find a physician who would listen. They don't make doctors like this. I am in there for 40 minutes for appointments, because he is so very thorough. He videotapes my appointments to document my movement and changes. He takes great notes, and takes the time to listen. He is truly a savior, and his rates are so low because he believes in really helping people. He is going to retire soon, but has assured me that he will find a replacement as dedicated as himself.

    Frank, Dr. Jeffrey
I have been going to see my doctor for 12 years now. He is going to be moving across town and I will be following him there. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and he remembers everything. He has kept seeing me even after some doctor would not because they could not find a solution to my problem.

    Hedvika Heinicke MD
She is a good communicator - she is easy to talk to and she explains things well. The billing division didn?t switch my insurance correctly.

Norton Neurology Services - Norton Brownsboro Hosp
It was an amazing place. The nurses took very good care of my son. I felt like he was their only patient. Not only did they ask him if he needed anything they also asked me. I felt they knew their job and they did it wonderfully. It was a horrible experience we were going through but they were always there. The hospital is immaculate. It looks more like a hotel. The ICU rooms had a couch for me to sleep on. If I could make one complaint it is that the cafe is only open a few hours for breakfast and a few for lunch. If you want dinner you are on your own.

Everything was great about them. They are very attentive and they actually listen when I tell them my symptoms and they worked very hard. I was actually only diagnosed couple of years ago and was to be hospitalized on numerous occasions because of the severity of my seizure and they went through, they kept trying different medications until they found what I want and just stuck with it and kept trying and I really appreciated that because they really listened to me and my husband about what worked and what didn't work for epilepsy. The more I have gotten to know about it more involved I have gotten in Epilepsy Foundation here and it is particular with that sort of things. When I go and talk to them they do a very thorough evaluation and they suggest alternative ideas it caused me migraines and the doctor suggested Botox so I could get instead of more medication which I really appreciate it and thing like that and things outside the box. If I had an emergency they did a find a way to get me in there. I would continue to go there as needed.

I used to see Dr. Tillet and I liked him before I started seeing her, I like her. Dr. Tillet doesn't say much to you. He is really smart and doesn't miss anything but he just doesn't communicate well. She will spend time with you, explain everything and doesn't make you feel rushed and that means a lot, especially for people with neurological disorders. I am happy and that is why I go see them. The only problem I have ever had with her is that she has been having trouble keeping a consistent assistant and that is the person that you call and ask questions. Apparently there is been a lot of turnover and I haven't been happy with that but I don't think that should have any reflection on her because everybody else in the office is great. I think she will get somebody that would do that they are supposed to do.
