    Trommler, Dr. Lloyd C
Dr Trommler has been my doctor for approximately 6 yrs. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them. He solved a health problem resulting from some of my medications that was overlooked by 2 other physicians. Nurse practitioner, Lori is also very knowledgeable and also takes time with her patients.

    Hill, Dr. Allison
Dr. Hill is professional, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the visit. She is very thorough and follows-up on a timely basis with lab or test results. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician in the east end.

    Spring Hill Internal Medicine
This visit to Dr. Mark Head was to re-establish him as our primary care physician. We had gone to Dr. Head for about 10 years and were pleased with his care of our medical needs. When Spring Hill Internal Medicine decided to turn their practice over to Clark Physician Group, LLC., it meant Dr. Head would be using Clark Memorial Hospital as the hospital where he sent his patients. My husband and I had a bad experience with Clark Memorial Hospital when my husband suffered a heart attack in 2009. It was for this reason we decided to find a doctor who went to the Jewish Hospitals in Louisville. We left Spring Hill Internal Medicine group and began seeing a doctor at the Jewish East facility in Louisville. We were very dissatisfied with the new doctor at the Jewish facility because he did not order the proper lab tests both of us required due to the medications we were on at that time. We felt the new doctor was not being vigilant enough with our healthcare and thought it was best we return to Dr. Head at Spring Hill Internal Medicine. When my husband called to re-establish Dr. Head as our primary care doctor, they were very glad we had decided to return and set up an appointment for me within a weeks time. Dr. Head was very nice, as usual, and he went over my records and discussed what we should do next in my care. Since my pain managment doctor had changed some of my medications just prior to my visit with Dr. Head, he thought it best to let the new medications have time to get into my system before ordering labs. Dr. Head set up another appointment for 6 weeks in advance so he could do the labs at that time. He is very cordial and is very easy to talk to. He is not arrogant, as some doctors can be, and he always listens to what you have to say. He will work with you to determine the course to take to manage your healthcare. I highly recommend Dr. Head in this group since he is the primary doctor I have had contact with. When Dr. Head is not there, Dr. Tina Bradley is usually the doctor who had been on call when I have needed assistance. Dr. Bradley handled my problem with the same tenacity as Dr. Head would have handled it. I am not familiar with Dr. Knight. Another nice practice this group is doing now is mailing a clinical summary of your visit. I find this helpful to remind me of the orders Dr. Head had given me during my visit.

    Venhoff, Dr. George D.
I have had Dr Venhoff as my primary care physician for more than 15 years now. I also know several other patients personally and all love him. He has always taken time with me and made me feel as though he always wanted what was best for me. When you first meet him he will surprise you with his and quot;matter of factand quot; approach, but I have always found him very down to earth and caring. He is not the type of physician who shows up with a prescription pad and as little time as possible to spend with you. Your experience will also not be one that is seemingly managed by one assistant after another asking questions and then a doctor who shows up reading out of a file. In all these years I have had numerous ailments that Dr Venhoff keenly diagnosed and in some cases he referred me to others. In each case the referral was impressive and has always left me with amazement in terms of how precise the subsequent treatment was. His relationship with a host of specialists in the area that seem world class to me leaves me with extraordinary confidence in my care. Not that all of the above isnt enough praise - he will even come to the phone if you call or actually return the call. I have been in Louisville since 1993 and been seeing Dr Venhoff since 1997. Over the years, several times I have been close to transferrng out of state and I have to admit losing him has always been a stress for me. I actually think that I would fly or drive to town to keep him my primary care physician. I can only hope that this review can get some long deserved notice for Dr Venhoff and I can only wish him the best and thank him.

    French, Dr. William S
To make it short PLEASE read the info above and only thing I can add is I was in and out with a proper diagnosis in less than a hour and I was greeted and treated with professionalism the entire time , I have been to other Drs that when I left I did my own diagnosis and all they did was give me a prescription .to get filled .And never showed any care THAT'S WHY I FOUND DR FRENCH !! HE CARES AND EXPLAINS EVERYTHING .AND I AM SO GLAD I DID !! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt WELCOMED ~~

    Cole, Dr. Sylvia A.
It usually goes well. We see Dr. Cole regularly, although the other doctor's fill in when she is unavailable. There is a lab on the premises so any blood work can be done there, saving you a trip to the hospital. The doctor's and staff have always been efficient and friendly. In addition, we have never had a billing mix up from this office in 8 years. I think that says a lot. Once you are an established patient, you can usually get in same day for a sick visit....another benefit of these offices. The only downside is they are only open 8-4 most days.

    Dr. Diana Irwin
Dr. Irvin was attentive to me and did not make me feel rushed. We discussed my overall health, and any concerns I had. We also scheduled some preventative testing, based on my age. She is somewhat reserved, but efficient and thorough. It takes several weeks to get an appointment.
