    Dr. Davis and his group at Garden Springs Dental are the best! My initial visit with Dr. Davis was due to a failed root canal from Bluegrass Endodontics. My original dentist never x-rayed the tooth and insisted that we put a crown on it and he "thought" that would take care of the severe sensitivity I was having. Thankfully, I went to Dr. Davis who x-rayed the root canal and found it to be infected along with a hairline crack. He immediately put me on an antibiotic for a week and we set up an appointment to have it extracted. To this day, I feel great and I don't have any issues now. If it wasn't for Dr. Davis I would most likely be in the ER now possibly due to sepsis. Anyways, back to the original work that I had done this past Tuesday (1/30). Aubrey was my dental hygienist and she did a great job at the cleaning and also explained everything in detail from the teeth evaluation, to things I have to watch out for. For some of those people who dread going to the dentist even for a simple cleaning-- I felt no pain what-so-ever and it was about 45 minutes. For kids and younger ones, you might like the fact that they offer several different flavors when they polish your teeth. Everything from cotton candy, to caramel! Haha. Anyways, I love Garden Springs and Dr. Davis and his staff take very good care of you and treat you like a patient and not like a number in their pocket. I can very much respect that in a practice and they have not only earned my business but my parents and sister as well. I will continue to recommend Garden Springs to everybody.     He started a root canal, went home and started having problems. He is impossible to reach on the weekends and through the week, would not address the problem. Had to be admitted to the hospital due to his neglect and bad practice. Was advised by infectious disease NOT to go back to him because of the situation that he put me in.

    Dr. T is really the best chiropractor.  I have been to a few, and he is the only one that actually heals my pain effectively.  He is not one that you need to keep going to every week.  He is more like "one and done" for about 6 months to a year.  His charges are very reasonable.  He has a great bedside manner.  He is located in Nicholasville, KY beside the Jessamine County Library.

    Every time I am at this office they make me wait two hours.  I have to get babysitters or my husband has to take off work and they act like its no big deal, its highly unethical to make patients wait this long and they don't care and overbook on purpose.  The whole staff is rude and condescending, and Dr. Ford is a jerk.  He is totally condescending and would prefer to not talk to you at all.  They won't answer questions thoroughly and could care less about your concerns and opinions.

    It is such a pleasure to work with someone who really enjoys what they do. Linda is one of those special people who seems to love what she does. It shows in how much work she puts into her reports. Linda goes above and beyond expectations in trying to help you find the pieces that are missing.  She is very easy to work with and I cannot say enough about how I  appreciate all the information as well as the valuable time she put in and the kind words she shared with me. She is a professional who is very skilled and knowledgable and I highly recommend her if you are looking to find information about your family.  I will be contacting her in the future for more research.

    My Primary care is Willaim E. Childers and he works with Central Kentucky Medical Group. He is semi retired now. I visited him, Friday,  last week and I had bowel issues at the time. He is very attentive and responsive. Even though they are open only Monday's to Friday's, their waiting room is never full. They maintain their appointments so their waiting room is never full.
    I intend to use their services in the future

    Having never been to the Emergency Room at UK's Chandler Medical Center, and having heard horrible things about it, I was very surprised to see the cleanliness and professionalism. We were taken into triage almost immediately and given a room quickly. The staff was kind, attentive, relaxed, friendly -- WONDERFUL. However, once we received our room, we were there for probably 8 hours (Punctuality=B). I was told we were waiting for specialists to check in on the condition of my father, and, because we were not an emergency, the specialists only visited the ER infrequently. Kudos to PA Julie Adkins for her bedside manner and professionalism.  I wish I could remember the name of the on-call Doctor who attended us -- he was rude (Beside manner average=B).  The other B mark for "communication" was because, although there were many tests done, we were not given printouts of any of the results.

    My first appointment was in July and returned in August for follow up. The first visit he took swabs and took some specimens and cultures for exanimation. When he got them them back a few days later he gave me some recomended treatment, which I did and it helped me greatly. When I returned on 8/8 he did not check my progress, look at the skin or even let me know if I was healing and progressing as I should be. I spent about ten minutes with him and he said that I would not have to see him again. My skin problems have not been rectified and it has not healed

    All of her work is top notch. Dr. Watts is obviously very skilled and meticulous. And from the answers I get to my questions, her knowledge of the profession is in-depth and up-to-date. The dental assistants and hygienists are also friendly and very competent. I have no reservations in recommending the professionals in this office.

    The treatment was for my daughter and I accompanied her. For the first treatment I was quoted $200 as I was self pay. The appointment was for 2pm. We were shown to a room at the appointment time and then left waiting for 45 minutes before the doctor came in. He looked at the toes and started treatment immediately. Without warning he inserted a hypodermic needle into my daughter's toes which caused extreme pain.
    When he finished the treatment he said we would have to come back in 3 weeks to do the second part of the treatment. I asked him how much this would cost and he said $75.
    We booked the second appointment and left. 2 weeks later I got a bill for about $350 for the first treatment. A lot more than the $200 I had been quoted. I paid this at the second visit together with the $75 charge for the second visit. They wanted payment before we saw the doctor for the second treatment.
    The second treatment went well and on time.
    When I went to the front desk to get an excuse letter for my daughter for school the girl at the desk asked me for $350. I told her that I had already paid and she said this was for the second treatment. I could see that this was not the case and I said everything was paid. She said she would have to check with the bookkeeper and I waited about 10 minutes but then I had to leave to collect my other daughter and told them to mail it to me and I would call them.
    Two weeks later I get a bill for $150, less the $75 I had paid on the day, leaving a balance of $75. I called the office and spoke to the accounts person who tried and said everything she could think of to justify the charge. I accepted the overcharge on the first visit on the basis that I was quoted before the doctor saw my daughter (albeit an ingrowing toe nail must be a fairly common treatment), but the doctor quoted me the cost of the second treatment with my daughter in front of him.
    In summary, the treatment was successful, the office staff are a mixture of tolerable to infuriating. There is a general air of unease around payment. I have little doubt that I am not the first or last person to be unhappy with their billing. For customer service they get 0 out of 10. I would not recommend them to anyone.
