So far, they just move and keep scamming people. There are charges against at least one of the owners, Richard "Ricky" Roberts...every time he is FINALLY arrested, his wife posts his CASH bond (stolen cash) and he's off again....

He got us for $7000, nothing compared to other people but it's still alot of money not included what we had to pay to finish our bathroom. Unfortunately, this was the only company to even respond to our RFQ. We asked for quotes from 8 different contractors through Angie's List and only Tina replied. Props for that. Tina was friendly in the quotation stage, and when we approved the quote, they arrived within 2 days to start the job. This was the end of the easy part. I learned a valuable lesson...if the people you hire don't do the business parts properly (signed contract, signed change orders, etc), they will probably not do the rest of the work properly either (show up on time, charge the correct amount, follow through, etc). Each day they were going to come work, they told my wife a time they'd arrive, and it could be 3-5 hours later before they'd show, with no further communication. They set up forms, poured in some fill rock, and left it for over 3 weeks. The other issue was that they tried to pour a concrete patio on top of existing sod, to a point where it would have been over 14" high at the edge and cover our outside water faucet and the bottom 2" of siding. I had to redirect them more than once in order to get the job done correctly. Once we were clear about our expectations, they brought in a bobcat and excavated the area properly. Then it sat for 2 more weeks. Our yard was unusable for over a month. Pouring day came rather unexpectedly. The trucks showed up without even telling either of us they were coming. After the pour, the concrete work itself was quite good, but our back yard was completely trashed. They didn't use boards for the truck to drive on, and afterward, they just sprinkled some grass seed and hay over the trenches made by the truck. We're still trying to level it back out, but it's a HUGE job. Since this was in January, they told us that they would have to come back when the weather was better to pour the step to the house. Fine...we dealt with a 14" drop for a while. We paid them $5100. When the weather was warming, we hadn't heard from them to complete the job. My wife texted Tina 3 times over a week before we got a reply, at which time, they said they'd come finish the work. When they arrived, I asked if they could finish (stucco) the vertical part of the wall under the siding. They said yes, for another $200. I said fine. They did it, along with the step from the original part of the job. When the bill came, the invoice said $700, $500 of it for the step. Mind you, not only was the step to be part of the original job, it was only 42"x16"x6", so in no universe is this a $500 concrete step. Not only that, but it's a ****-poor attempt at a step to boot. When I asked Tina about this, she claimed that I had verbally approved the $500 step. For $500, that step had better have some ornate carving and be laced with gold. But no, we got a cheaply-formed block of concrete that I could have done for a $4 bag of quickrete (because that's all they used). After some back and forth, she called me everything in the book except human (If anyone would like to see the texts, I'll be happy to prove this). Since I did agree to pay them $200 for the stucco, I told her she could either amend the invoice to $200 or she would get nothing. She amended it, and added another personal insult on the invoice (also available to show anyone who asks). So I paid it, simply to get these ridiculous people out of our lives. These people seem to know what they are doing, just enough that without clear expectations, they will do the least amount possible. The best part of this job is that it's over. I STRONGLY advise you to seek someone else to do any work, regardless of the type. They saw a family in a nice house and thought we'd be a great target for a little extra shake-down money. If you'd like further details, please feel free to contact me.

L&J Best Cleaning has cleaned our house for the past 4.5 years.  They started with a deep clean to give them a baseline clean.  They were timely, thorough and AMAZING.  We have a lot of animals (we rescue) and they have come twice a week for the past 4 years.  They go above-and-beyond every time.  They do more than asked, noticing things that need to be taken care of and just doing it (nose prints on windows, spots on walls, tidying, and on and on).  They are hands down the best cleaning service I have ever encountered.  They are reliable, timely and trustworthy.   Nadja frequently offers to help me with projects she knows I have on my "to do" list including coming and helping me organize closets and packing/unpacking seasonal items.  I HIGHLY recommend them.

It went WELL! Wonderful!  We cannot say enough good things about Mr. Massie and his crew.  He was there when he said he would be there, he is definitely 'hands on', working and supervising all work.  He arrives early, works hard, crew took VERY few 'breaks' (compared to other contractors we have had who stopped every half hour for a break or a bathroom run or a cigarette or for food). He is VERY knowledgeable about concrete; he was able to answer all our questions before job began and during job. Mr. Massie is the kind of contractor/worker we wish all contractors would be like.  Very honest, very hard working.

EHI did a nice job AND were very easy to work with.  Highly proficient and ethical in all aspects. They worked from a basic plan, and they delivered it on time and under budget.  Scott Book always kept us in the loop -- we never had to wait more than 24 hours to hear back from him.  His crews were courteous, knowledgeable, and did a good job cleaning up the site at the end of the day.  We had a nearby tree that we asked him to work around, and it was never damaged in any way, despite being very close to the building. Also, we had some problems with the gutters after we had paid him in full, and he came back twice to make sure they were working correctly.  His prices are neither the lowest nor the highest, but that just means he pays his people decently and does the job right.

The job went well. The service person was very polite and thorough with his work. He did more than necessary to ensure the garage door was closing properly and tightly. Very good experience. Would certainly recommend them to others needing their services. I began using this company years ago long before there was an Angie's List. Their professionalism, thoroughness, and quality of their work has always been outstanding.

Tim and Mike arrived promptly at the set time. My garage door would not open. They saw that the springs were previously installed too tightly. They adjusted that problem and found out that a new part was also needed. They had the new part in stock and replaced the damaged piece in the same visit. Tim and Mike were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them for anyone's tune-up or troubleshooting.
