Everything went great.  After 3 months, I have no damage to report - none of my stuff, walls, nothing!  They picked up everything at our storage facility and then everything from my mother's apartment, which was on the 3rd floor of a high-rise that had only 1 working elevator that day.  They moved it all into her new condo (which was freshly painted) and even moved a refrigerator from the top floor of the condo to the basement for us.  I have no complaints and I should mention, this is the 3rd time I've used D&D for moving and storage.  I highly recommend them.

We had quite a few documents that needed to be shredded. It was way more than your standard in-home shredder could handle or the time that would need to be dedicated to do it. The gentleman that came loaded everything up on the truck and shredded it right there. He was done in 15-20 mins tops. Great job!!

After some research, I decided to have a professional build my photography website.  I am very pleased with the results.  Tamera is wonderful to work with.  She incorporated my design concepts and photography into a coherent  website, with several pages and galleries, that looks great and is easy to navigate.  Tamera provided enough basic training that I can modify and update the site, and contribute blog pages on my own.  She explained patiently and clearly social media links and all the other technical issues I need to understand to make the site work for me.  Dyer Media hosts the site, as well.  All this for a very reasonable price.
I am looking into another website, and Dyer will be building that one for me, as well.

Cell phones would not receive at my home. called Sprint and was told I needed a special component to boost signal. Part was not available locally and had to be mailed to me, after receiving unit .Phones still would not receive calls in my house. Short version: had to return phone, extra component all in original boxes with all paper work and was charged about $500. for restocking. usage fees( even though we had no usage. I paid bill to get out of contract . later I was sent bills for several months with late charges, threats of collection. reporting to credit bureau etc. then held up my transaction with another cell phone provider by closing my account before they could transfer my phone numbers to my new provider. They were a pain in the (^*&) I will never do business with them. If you do, GOOD LUCK!

The experience was great.  They took care of all the appliances.  They checked every item that was moved and made sure that it is complete and in condition.  They were very thorough for a moving company.  The price was extremely fair.

This seemed like a great idea for me in my current situation as a full time student. When I got ready to use the service the provider was going in for a knee replacement; we agreed to use the voucher after her surgery. Never heard from her but saw that she was back to work via FB and sent a message. I thought we set a date in August it came and went no call, no follow up. I have since sent a message and  was suppose to hear something on/or after 9/4; no contact from her as of now. She was always very nice in conversations but follow-up is not great and scheduling is very hard. Would really like to just get a refund as I am back in school full time and my days are filled with school work and clinical work.

The doctors and nurses were excellent for our child's delivery. Our two nurses during the actual delivery were fantastic. They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible.

I hurt my ankle playing soccer and went to the the emergency room. Upon entering the hospital, I told them I felt I either broke my ankle or tore my Achilles. The only reason I went to the emergency room was to see if I should travel since I needed to be on a plane the following day. They brought me and I told the nurses and doctors the same story that I felt I either broke my ankle or tore my Achilles. They did an x-ray of the ankle and the doctor came back and told me the good news that I had not broke my ankle and that all I need to do was rest and wear an ace bandage. He was ready to move on until I asked him about the Achilles. He looked at me a little weird and then pressed on the ankle and said maybe I tore it. He then gave me an aircast and told me it was fine for me to travel. Luckily they did set up a follow up appointment with an orthopedic Dr the following week, who upon having me come in and look at me for literally 1 minute said I had torn Achilles and I needed surgery by Friday or I would have further complications. Unless I'm bleeding to death, I will be avoiding this emergency room.

Upon examination of our cuckoo clock, they said the entire movement would have to be replaced.  It would take 5 weeks and cost 175 dollars.  I wanted to keep the clock original, so they said the movement would be identical -- made in Germany.  They explained how they could precisely order the identical movement by measuring the distance of the "bob" (the weight on the pendulum) below the bottom of the clock.
They never called, but when I called them at the end of five weeks the clock was ready.  The price was $175 as quoted.  In hindsight that cost seems high to me.  Upon starting the clock at home, I found the clock did not keep good time.  But even worse, an incorrect movement was installed into the clock.  The repairman had pushed the "bob" a full two inches higher on the pendulum in an attempt to make it work.  Now our beautiful German clock looks like a joke with its bob pushed all the way up almost touching the bottom of the case.
I find it to be unconscionable that a repairman installed the wrong part, and then when he obviously discovered the error, made no attempt to reorder the correct part, did not phone us, and made no mention of the difficulty when accepting our payment.  For that, I give them an overall rating of "D".

It was a very frustrating situation dealing with the Repairman and Electra Sound in General. Every encounter was difficult.  From frustration I went to anger that the repairman was so obviously incompetent and they kept sending him even after I called and complained about him. My husband had called the Extended Warranty Company and requested a new TV repair company after the second time the repairman came with the wrong part. Extended Warranty told us  that there was no one else authorized in our area. Electra Sound is over an hour away, way up north of Cincinnati.
But when the TV went out completely 2 weeks later we asked for a different repair Company and they sent a repairman who is only a few minutes away from us.
