    They are really good. I have been using them for years. They are a little pricey, but they did a good job. They stand behind their work. If something is wrong they will take it back and fix it for free or make it right. The workers are okay. I don't talk top the workers, I just talk to the person upfront, but they are very nice. I have been going there for years and know them by name by name when I go in. They do a good job and are very knowledgeable. They are willing to talk with me about the problem.

    Great job, took a while to get it scheduled and when I showed up for my scheduled time I guess they had overbooked because a quick job was going to take 2-3 hours so I just had my wife pick me up and we went shopping. But when it was done it was great and they let me know about a wheel bearing i needed to replace and quoted me a low price if i would like. I buy parts from them all the time and I always get my military discount and they know exactly what i need.

    Greg Grout is the best.  I've trusted Greg for 8 years with my vehicles when he was the service manager for Hammond's Service Center.  A few months ago, Greg opened his own facility and I contacted him due to my previous level of trust with him.  Greg provides great customer service and doesn't charge for things that aren't necessary.  He treats the customer right and provides high quality service and parts.  He is cheaper than many shops and uses higher quality parts.
    I would highly recommend him for the simple services such as an oil change to more complex issues like transmissions, etc and everything in between.

    I've used Hammon's in the past for rental trucks. Since I was a previous customer they provided a FREE evaluation on the used car I was considering to purchase. They were busy and skipped me at one point but eventually they realized their mistake and immediately got my car checked out.

    I have been using them for 15-20 years, my dad has been using them for a long time, and my ex husband has also used them for 15 years. Their prices are very reasonable. They really work around my schedule, and they have just been wonderful. There have been times when they have said that I should not worry about payment and I can pay later, because I have had to pick my car after they have closed, and I am willing to give my credit card details over the phone. I trust them with that. I would highly recommend them, and I have recommended them.

    Dealer replaced engine on my Vehicle. After repair was completed the power steering was leaking I informed dealer but was not able to bring vehicle back in until after Christmas. Then the engine check light came on. Stopped by the dealer and they said that the catalytic converter was clogged and I needed a new one. They reset the engine check light and I drove for 700 miles and it never came back on.
     I took the vehicle to dealer to have catalytic converter replaced and power steering leak repaired. Dealer said that they were not responsible for leak and it would cost me about $400 in parts and labor to repair. I pointed out that it was not leaking before they worked on my vehicle and it was leaking after they worked on the vehicle. They still refused to take any responsibility. Said that it was due to normal due to normal wear and tear, not mishandling during repair.
    Then drove vehicle home after catalytic converter replacement. Vehicle now idles at 300 to 400 rpm ( before repair it was around 700~800 rpm) and shuts off or almost shuts off at every stop light. So they did a very poor job of confirming the quality of their repair.
    Update: I I contacted the service manager via email after the dealer sent me an email asking if I was satisfied with their service. I included the details of my complaint. It has been a week and so far there has been no response from the service manager or anyone at the dealer. To be fair the issue with the low idle speed lasted for 2 days and then stopped.

    It went very well.  I anticipated they would need the vehicle for two days and it turned out to be just over that.  I did have to take the vehicle back a couple of days later to get one of the belts re-tightened, but that can happen and I don't fault the mechanic for that. 

    I've used Kentucky Auto for the past two and 1/2 years and have always been satisfied that I was getting good value.  There are auto service providers that are handier to my residence, but I am more than willing to put up with the minor inconvenience of going a further distance to get good quality service.  Having a "drop box" so the customer can leave the vehicle there after hours works great for me.

    Great. I was able to bring my car in with only 24 hours notice, plus they took me to work and brought the car back to me when it was finished. All the work was thoroughly explained to me, both orally and in writing. The employees are professional and do excellent work.

    After repairs were competed, discovered an additional internal engine problem which they could not diagnose. Agreed not to charge me for labor since the work they completed did not completely fix the problem.
