FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

AThey are honest, forthright and will always check to see if the customer wants the work done, and are willing to take amazing amounts of time to explain the repair, its significance and the cost. They have fixed my vehicles and those of my family without any issues remaining. I have even heard them tell potential customers that a particular problem in for example, some sort of particular foreign vehicle be taken to a specialist when they felt as if that customer could be better serviced elsewhere. Wonderful to have a local business with that level of integrity and skill

FJeff Smith Marathon Inc***WARNING!*** DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE STATION - Prices are too high and service level is horrible. Owner is an extremely rude and disrespectful individual that does not know how to provide customer service. Filters and plugs not installed properly after oil changes. Fluids not topped off when service paid for. Extra charges applied after service without notice. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!- Ronald S.

FTUNE-UP 2000Vic has worked on my vehicle 2 times and misdiagnosed, overpriced, demeaned my vehicle and did a quick fix to just fall apart later. He has been caught lying both times. I vented my frustration to 2 of my closest friends and a family member to then find out both had the same experiences. Tune Up 2000 will fix 1 of 3 problems, to leave you with something they broke... still 3 problems. My uncle had been the culprit of telling these common people to go there. My uncle was wrong.- William S.

FDougs Tire Ctr IncWas told to be there first thing , I was in parking lot waiting at 7am they don't open til 8am, 4 people put in front of me, took 3 1/2 hours, waited 2 hours til they pulled me back took 1 1/2 to change tires. When finished Doug pulled around and I asked him if tires balanced out and he looked funny, and said yes it was good. The only reason I asked was I heard his guys saying they couldn't balance tires. So everything felt fine until I hit the expressway. Hit 63 and truck felt like it was coming apart . Slowed down to 50 , took to discount tire had tires road force balanced and sure enough tires 100% out of balance and the guy there said they did not balance right. Cost me 100.00 at Doug's and then had to pay 74.00 to have Discount tire fix Doug's mistake. I won't do business every again at Doug's. And I've took a number of cars there to have work done and sent family and friends to them. No more.- Bobby R.

FBill Collins Ford LincolnThe time between when I dopped off the car for service and the time they started working on it was almost 5 days. Meanwhile I'm paying for a rental car. Also, my dash cam caught the service technician taking my car out for a personal errand. He went through a drive thru at a liquor store to buy cigarettes. He didn't wear a mask or gloves and had a very heavy cough the whole time he was in my car. The audio captured by the dash cam caught him rummaging through my door pocket, center console bin and glove box! I feel like this put me at significant risk of contracting Covid-19 and is also in violation of my privacy. I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager, but still feel that others should know what goes on when nobody is looking. Also, my service advisor wouldn't return my calls as promised. I had to call them constantly to figure out what was going on. Also, they told me they didn't know how to update my SYNC software which is something Ford told me that any dealership can perform. I ended up doing it myself when I got home.- Chris B.
