    I didn't look at the reviews until after I hired them and two days in, I'm trying to cancel. The email from the sales rep said Satisfaction Guarantee - we'll give you a 14-day money-back guarantee. Now $300 later, it may be cancelled but will never see a dime. I guess I will see in 30 days if they charge me more. They didn't even answer a Live Call. My problems were with the Test Calls not being professional.

    Constant channel outages ,called several times through a 4 month period,they keep rebooting system which was temporary fix,problem kept happening finally they sent someone out,was a bad connection.Latest thing our phone and internet was out for three days kept calling over and over.Three Days!

    They're excellent at teaching but I think their business skills are like in the C area. The technique and the classes themselves are excellent and I'm very happy with their teaching. It's more of the business side that I have a problem with. My grand daughter like the classes there, she thinks the classes at Diamond Dance are a little more innovative than the ones she was at before.

    Tony Motley and Neil at Connley Brothers were very compassionate and professional. They were not overly benevolent or fake which I really appreciated. We wanted direct cremation with nothing else and we were accorded the same level of respect and kindness as we assume others who spent more for funeral services. They took care of the death notice, paperwork and certificates very quickly and efficiently and everything was ready on time. We chose to have my Mother's service in our church in Cincinnati. Tony came to her service without being asked and on his own time to be sure everything was right. Very nice, honest, good people. Highly recommend them.

    They were a little slow to get the job done, but did an excellent job at a competitive price. They had engraved the matching headstone of my father nearly 15 years ago and still had it in their records so that they knew exactly what the engraving should look like for my mother.

    Shane arrived punctually and fixed our RCA LCD 46" flatscreen without needing to take it to the shop. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it while I watched. He explained the problem, showed me the (obviously) bad parts and had the replacements with him. Brilliant and amazing. I was reluctant to invest money in a high-end electronic because I'm naive regarding such. I guess I'm a bit skeptical about areas in which I'm ignorant; how do I know that this repair / parts were bad? Shane showed confidence and explained all details. Very impressive, indeed.

    Called three times to get an estimate. First two time no one picked up. The third time, they informed us that they can do Ohio-Ohio and Ohio-Kentucky move, but not Kentucky-Kentucky Moves. I would still hire this company for a future move. They could be a bit more responsive on the phone though.
