    Roney's Plumbing Inc.
crummy, at best. used on 2 occasions. Should have known better. 1st was an old buy who too 2 hours to replace a sink faucet. He was SLOW. second set, two weeks later, the assistant was on his cell doing Youtube instead of work. And their two separate 15 minute breaks for the 3 hours they were there? I got billed for. the solution was $50 credit for my next visit, which I wont be using.

    House Doctors
,Mr. Williams looked at the bathroom and stated that this job could be completed in three days for  $2300.00. This was 4/15/2012..
The job wasn't "completed " until 5/31/12. The shower floor was cracked upon installation .  The "cabinets" were left unfinished without doors or even finished shelves. Although we offered to pick up the materials in our truck, Mr. Williams insisted on getting them himself . We later found that he had "jacked up" the price almost 20%. We had continuing plumbing problems and were told by House Doctors' staff that there was no licensed plumber involved. I asked Mr. Williams about this and was told that the plumber was licensed. ( not true). House Doctors supposedly went $350.00 over budget . Eventually we had to hire another company to correct the problem. We will NOT use this company again.

I called Roney's Plumbing for a plumbing issue with my son's house. It is an older house and I was afraid it would cost a lot to fix. But the guy was able to fix the shower drain within the hour service call so $45 is very reasonable.

    Jon's Home Repair & Electric
One of the fittings in the water pump was leaking. Jon suggested replacing the leaking part with a different type of part so the problem would not happen again. When our house was constructed we did not have lights or outlets put in the basement. A few months later we had Jon come out and hang overhead lights and install outlets along the walls. Jon has always been prompt, professional and I have always been pleased with the work he has done. I would not hesitate to call him again. His rates are very reasonable too.

    Somerset Restoration Inc
It was the wee hours of the morning when I went upstairs (an area seldom used) to find the carpet soaked with water — apparently coming from the bathroom.  Called Scott at Somerset Restorations, and left a message.  He called me back at 4AM (yes, 4AM!!!) and said he could be at my house by 8:30AM.    He arrived promptly, trouble-shot the issue, explained it to me, and fixed it!  He even brought out a dehumidifier, which he left at my house for a week (at no additional charge) to dry out the wood and the carpet.  He also installed a cabinet over the tub in my main downstairs bath as an additional project.   He was prompt, courteous, professional and did a GREAT job!  I'll definitely use him again for any number of projects in the on-going renovation project I call home!

    Plumber Joe
Rick was able to quickly repair a leaking water valve and did it so well we had him tackle a shower valve that didn't have hot water. Currently we are waiting on parts but both Rick and Joe were extremely nice and seemed completely trustworthy. I will use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

    Harden & Son Plumbing Inc
Very prompt response from my first call to them. Completed work in a timely manner and communicated well with me. I was on a strict budget and he really came up with some great ideas to get me what I wanted. I really appreciated the thought and planning he put into the job and would definately use his business again. They performed the job I asked of them and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with their services.

I made an appointment with Big Blue to clean my septic tank.  He arrived close to the time he said he would.  It took nearly an hour to find the tank as it was buried with no markings to indicate where it was.  Once found, he dug around the top of the tank, about a foot deep and pumped it out.  I was not charged any extra for the extra work and the service person was friendly and cooperative.

A fitting let loose on the plumbing in my basement, spraying water everywhere!  A friend repaired it, not once, but twice, and each time, the repair didn't hold, soaking things in the basement even more.  I called Scott and left a message at 2AM, he returned my call at 5:30AM, and was at my home by 10AM, as agreed.  He completed the repair for a more than reasonable price, and it has not leaked since!  He is prompt, courteous and efficient!

    House Doctors

They came out to look at the job, but they were terrible. There were two guys; one was Mr. Meece, who was pretty nice. He at least talked, looked at the project and acted like he was actually going to come back. The other guy was Mr. Williams who I guess runs the business. He was wasting my time and was very nasty. I gave him an outline for everything and told him what needed to be done. Mr. Meece said that he would go home and figure it all out. He told me that he would find out what exactly needed to be done and said that he would get back with me the next day. He was supposed to get back to me to tell me how much it would be and when they could do it, but I never heard from them again. They never did call back as well. Mr. Meece was more personable. He really made me believe that he was going to do the job. He sounded very promising. He called everyday to tell me that he would be out the next day. He once called me and said that he feels sleepy when it rains. He gave me excuses on 4 different days. They responded by coming over the first time and that was the last time. So, I decided not to use their services.
