FOur neighbors moved out and left their pregnant dog for us to take care of. After delivering her babies, we had her neutered. I called around and Cummings seemed to be the cheapest and easiest to get an appointment with. Bad choice!!! The secretary was obviously under the influence of some sort of drug or alcohol. She was as loopy as anything I've ever seen. The examination room was filthy and the kennel room was worse than filthy. I will never return and if my husband had not already made the appointment and I hadn't already taken off work to make sure we didn't end up with another pregnant dog, then I would have walked right back out of that office. It was horrid.
