AThey were responsive to the inquiry and price competitive. The car was picked up in short order and arrived a couple of days later. I've been through this drill before and been unhappy, but these folks were very good!

BThey have been good. I took my car in recently for an air bag recall. They left grease on the carpet which we were not too happy about. I didn't call or complain about it and I just cleaned it up myself. Overall, however, they have been good and we will continue to use them.

FMy 2010 Ford F250 steering box began to leak at 100,100 miles and I asked Carriage Ford to investigate in Jan 2018. They advised the steering box was leaking and needed replacement. I had Carriage replace the box for $1,065. In March 2018 I drove the truck with my wife, dog, and 10,000 lb. fifth wheel trailer to my new home in Portland Oregon area. A trip of about 3,500 miles over 3 weeks. As we drove west the truck steering gradually became loose and keeping the truck on the road slowly became more difficult. By the time we arrived in Portland the stress of driving had injured my shoulder badly. Upon inspection we discovered the large nut holding the pitman arm to the bottom of the steering box was loose, in fact the nut was 1/8th turn from falling off. If the nut falls off the steering is 100% disconnected. The pitman arm had fallen about 1 inch down the steering box splines and was nearly disconnected. I had the Vancouver, WA Ford dealer repair the problem. It required them to remove the steering box to properly torque the nut on the pitman arm to 300 ft/lbs. It cost me $614 to fix the problem. The only way for this situation to develop was the failure of Carriage Ford to properly install the new steering box in Jan 2018, and torque the pitman arm nut. I contacted Mr. Dean Book at Carriage Ford to seek payment for the repair. Mr. Book asked me to call back when I had the exact amount and details from the local Ford repair shop. I have been trying to contact Mr. Book daily for 2 weeks. He no longer takes my calls, typically screening me with his administrative assistant. Eventually Mr. Book asked his Service Manager, Mr. Harry White call me and offer me $200 to go away. I asked them to send me the money but I do not consider the issue settled. Today, they rescinded the offer of $200. Carriage Ford put my family and myself at risk of a life threatening auto accident. I recommend you avoid this Ford dealership at all times, seek other venues to buy or repair your car. The ethics of putting a family's life at risk and not paying for the $600 repair is unconscionable.

FThe time between when I dopped off the car for service and the time they started working on it was almost 5 days. Meanwhile I'm paying for a rental car. Also, my dash cam caught the service technician taking my car out for a personal errand. He went through a drive thru at a liquor store to buy cigarettes. He didn't wear a mask or gloves and had a very heavy cough the whole time he was in my car. The audio captured by the dash cam caught him rummaging through my door pocket, center console bin and glove box! I feel like this put me at significant risk of contracting Covid-19 and is also in violation of my privacy. I brought this to the attention of the Service Manager, but still feel that others should know what goes on when nobody is looking. Also, my service advisor wouldn't return my calls as promised. I had to call them constantly to figure out what was going on. Also, they told me they didn't know how to update my SYNC software which is something Ford told me that any dealership can perform. I ended up doing it myself when I got home.

FBABBS AUTO BODY & PAINTPlease. Have nothing whatsoever to do with this establishment. I have made a comment in the past, but since that time, the lower bumper on my SUV, which is only 5 years old, almost fell off. I went to the owner and explained that if this had come off while on the highway someone in our vehicle or another vehicle could have been seriously injured. He tried to look at the bumper and say I had hit something. After a colorful discussion he finally agreed to put it back on. Low and behold, the next day he calls and said there was a light that was broken, and it was $750, but he thought he could get it for under $600. I had no option but tell him to repair the bumper. I could not pick up the SUV for 5 days and had time to research OEM Toyota parts. This light is only $307 from Toyota. When I went back 5 days later, they were still finishing my SUV. The owner wanted $600 cash to get my vehicle back. He said that he wanted cash, held up two big bundles of bills, and said that is how he became a multi-millionaire, and actually admitted, even if in gest, that he screwed people on parts. My wife was present. I told him with that cost I had to charge it. He said he was charging 4 ½ percent credit fee since I could dispute the charge and then he would have to get his lawyer involved. No Marcus, I am a better man than that. Those who think evil of others generally have evil in their hearts. This additional charge is not shown anywhere at their office, on the windows, or on their service agreements. The owner may dispute this situation, or call me a liar, however, I have all interaction well documented in very informative fashion if needed. Anyone needing auto repair, please be cautious. FQUALITY AUTO PAINTING & BODYTook my 2017 Ford Fusion to get the front and back bumper repainted white coast $350 which is cheap so I jumped on it. No wonder the price was so cheap there was no prep work I could still see the rock chips, beneath the paint they just sprayed right over it also they got white paint all underneath of my car, on the underbelly you can see paint on everything where they didn’t cover it up Another incident figured I’d give them another shot with my 2006 Ford F-250 white and I wanted it color swapped so I chose black. Told them I wanted it unnoticeable so paint the door jams and all once I got it back and the cure time was over I washed it, really bad orange peel all over the truck no prep work just sprayed the black in some spots where they lightly sprayed you could almost see the white beneath the black, also the door jams had a lot of runs in the paint and spots that they missed and you could see a lot of white still. One of the things I was the most upset about is I had aftermarket wheels on the truck chrome that I paid a lot of money for for only about a month to notice that hat once I got the truck back from them they were just covered in clear coat I could sit there and just peel off strips of it I will never take another vehicle there due to the lack of quality in they’re work when I called to report the problems all the owner said was “ that’s not covered in the warranty only peeling and cracking bring it in and I can maybe take a look at it when I get time” .- Kenneth B.

ASENNS OF MIDDLETOWNFrom the very first call to when we retrieved the vehicle was top notch service. There's a reason Senn's is a preferred collision center for my insurance company. I will gladly use them again and refer them to others in the future.- Terri W.

ADON OTT'S AUTO BODY INCThis place is a hidden secret in this town! Don was recommended to me by family and just happened to be right across the street from where I work. This place isn't much to look at, but what goes on inside is simply the best. There is no sign that anything ever happened to my car...seams even, paint perfectly matching. Don is the most friendly, honest guy you'll ever meet, rare in his business, and is truly an artist. Don't pass this guy up. Please note that the white spot in the after picture attached is a reflection of my shoe, the man cleaned up my whole care as well.- Daina S.

ALAMBERT PAINT AND BODY SHOPI went to Lambert's at the recommendation of several friends and was so pleased with my experience there. My bumper had been damaged in a fender bender and they replaced it with a new one. When I was scheduled to pick up the car, I was informed that they were completely satisfied with the paint match and wanted to redo it so it looked perfect. I was concerned it would take several additional days to complete but that was not the case. Gena informed me they could do it that day AND would deliver the car to me so I didn't need to come out to their shop to get it. Later that afternoon, my car with it's perfectly matched bumper arrived at my home and I could not be happier. I will absolutely use Lambert's again, if necessary and can't recommend them enough to others looking for a QUALITY body shop! Thanks Lambert's for a great experience!- Carey C.

ACOUCH'S BODY & FRAME SHOPDue to delay in parts, it took longer than expected. But they kept me and the insurance company informed of progress and approximate cost. As I do not live far from shop, when car was done he came and gave me ride back to shop. all paper was ready to be signed and detailed copy was provided without asking. Car looks like and drives like new! They also made sure it was as clean as when I drove it from the dealers lot.- mary s.

AOne CallIt went excellent. It was like a third of the price of what the dealer wanted. I had broken a door handle. He came to my house to do the work. He calls you before he shows up. I would absolutely recommend him. I have used him before as well, and he is an amazing/honest guy. He is one of those rare people who does what he says he is going to do. He is a road scholar. He is the first one I call when I have a project around the house.- Randolph P.
