    Fairbourn Family Dentistry
My exam  - The oral hygienist was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Fairbourne was very efficient and communicative.
When my husband had an impacted tooth, the office staff were very helpful in finding an oral surgeon who could accommodate us on a short notice, making calls on our behalf and working to find a service who would accept our insurance. Way above and beyond their scope of service A+++++

    Fairbourn Family Dentistry
I go to Fairbourn Dentistry. I'm a new patient there, as far as the many times I've been in, I liked it. I liked the ladies that was before him. Her name was Daughtery but she's down at business then as far as I know. I haven't had any problems. I use it all the time.

First Choice Ankle Foot Care Ct
Charged me for a boot and told me it should be worn 6 weeks. Possible surgery. Foot was better in 4 days with rest. Followed up with a different doctor to find out I had arthritis in my feet.

    East End Obgyn
Dr. Kotheimer has been my OBGYN for over 20  years.  I have trusted her insights, opinions, and skills as an OBGYN surgeon.  She goes out of her way to ensure she understands the problem and finds a solution.

    Jewish Hospital - Shelbyville
Our family has had several surgery's at Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville and  have always been pleased with the care we have received.  Staff are attentive, reassuring, knowledgeable, and caring.  All procedures went as planned and resulted in a great outcome.

    Bowersox Vision Center
I read online that Dr. B specialized in binocular vision therapy, in fact he's only one of two optometrists who do so in the state.
I was extremely pleased with my visit: - professional, kind and knowledgeable staff, thorough examination and sit-down discussion with Dr. Bowersox. I never felt rushed. I had all my questions and concerns addressed. The offices are very relaxing and the staff seemed relaxed as well, while being very attentive.
Also, there was a staff member available who spoke Spanish and translated for the Dr which I think is very important in such a Hispanic-rich community as Shelbyville.

I described the difficulty above. The only comment regarding the torn muscle in my leg, and quot;it can take a long time to healand quot;. I could have looked in a mirror and said that to myself. Very dissatisfied with the visit. At the very least, have an open mind, listen and educate yourself with the patient's information. I felt I was near death before finding a great doctor, elsewhere, well educated regarding the disease of the thyroid. He made me feel like a new person over a period of several months.

    Shelby County Chiropractic
I had a strained back and my regular chiropractor was booked up for the following 8 days and had a waiting list. No way I could wait that long, so I picked Shelby County Chiropractic out of the phone book and because they were only a few miles from me. They got me in that afternoon. Xrays came first, which is my personal good sign, I don't want anyone adjusting anything if they haven't made sure there is no other serious injury. Dr. Stapleton explained everything he was doing clearly, did the adjustments and sent me in for tenz therapy. I had 3 more visits over the next week and a half and then was basically told to call us when you need us. Another good sign. I had no intention of being roped into multiple visits if I knew I was good to go. The only slight downside is there is a bit of a factory line feel to the visit, but the staff is friendly and all my questions were treated with respect and answered thoroughly.

Best doctor's office in Shelbyville! I've tried a few and I was shocked at how unfriendly other doctor's offices were. This office was totally different! First of all, when you call in, you get a real person on the phone. Not, please press 1 for...or 2 for..... as if these tiny businesses really need that type of answering service-there's usually only 2-3 options. Then, I was able to be worked in quite soon, way faster than the other offices. The office appeared clean and nice and the friendly staff made me feel at ease. The doctor, Dr. Massey was friendly, intelligent and very gentle. I'd recommend him to anyone in town. The most impressive part of this office was the TB test. I was unable to come in 48 hours after the TB test and was going to have to do it again unless they could take me right before closing. I called them and they said they'd hold the doors open as long as I needed to get checked. Such things were common 20 years ago, but unfortunately have become a relic of modern medicine. The rigidness of the other offices make it difficult to work things out. Shelby Family is welcoming and professional. I highly recommend them as a doctor's office!

    Family Physicians Associates
I was new in town and came in for a new patient appointment with my new Dr. Same. Instead of him, I got a physician's assistant, Dr. Laura Davis. It did not go well. When she came in, I was finishing off talking to my wife and she rudely told me that she'd leave unless I put my cell phone up--as if I'd play a game of Fruit Ninja during the exam. She then grabbed my physical paper and looked at the section on any life threatening illnesses that could prevent me from doing the job. She started to put down every single medication I took, including Claritin! Under hippo laws, my employer has no right to the information about my medications. They only are to know if I can complete the job without impairment. Imagine if someone took Viagra and their employer knew about that? It would be embarrassing information to say the least. I told Dr. Laura that she knew nothing of hippo laws and she proceeded to say that there was a personality conflict. ??? I then took a TB test and was told to come back in 48 hours and the lab would check me in right away and and quot;the whole thing takes a second.and quot; I waited in the office for 45 minutes and never got checked! I then told them I didn't want to be their patient anymore and cancelled future appointments. Done, right? Nope. 3 weeks later I received a letter that they couldn't see me anymore as a patient because of Doctor-patient conflict. As if I ever actually saw my assigned doctor anyways, it was always a physician's assistant. The doctors may be ok, but the office itself is a nightmare. Stay away! They are a bureaucratic nightmare who doesn't care about patient care.
