    ATT is completely unorganized and untrustworthy. The employees at this location were polite and helpful it was not their fault they work for a unethical company.

    We have never had any trouble with them. We have been with them at least for twelve years and that's as long as we have lived here. We have quite a bit of bundle together and my husband handles that. We have been very satisfied and we don't ever have any problems with their service. Our phones always work and our internet always works. We are happy with it. I cannot think about the last time when our phones were out.

    At first I was getting dropped calls, but that ceased and I haven't had a drop call for years now.  I think about the first year was my worst experience with them and then it just went away and everything got better.  They are reasonable and I just have the basic phone service.  I don't have the internet, text messaging or anything like that.  It was running like $55 a month and then I went with my son's program so it went way down.  It's better to share.  Their price was high when I had my own service.  I bought the minimum amount of minutes and then it was about $40 a month and I think it was still high.  I don't know about their responsiveness as I've never had to call them or deal with them.

    I went from old style phone to i phone.  They were very helpful and my service at home is much improved.  The only thing that I was disappointed in was I did not need as much on line time as they gave me.  Later I found I could lower it.  Customer Service was pretty efficient also.

    They have excellent coverage all over. I never lose signal. I get a signal when other providers phones are not getting a signal.

    We pay high bills with at&t for our cell phones. We don't have any problems or complaints with them. We have broken our phones before, but that is the only time we have really had to call them.

    I have not had any problems with AT&T. When I lost my phone I went to the store and they pulled up my records. The records showed that the phone had not been used, so it probably hadn't been stolen.

    They advised her that her phone was not repairable (she had insurance on the phone) and that she would need to get a different model phone. They advised her that HER current phone was available for an upgrade so it wouldn't cost her to get a new phone. It didn't cost her anything that day but extended the entire family plan out an additional 2 years without telling her and they charged an activation fee and other fees. Several weeks later my phone was having problems and I needed to use my upgrade to get a new phone. When I attempted to do this I was informed that I didn't have an upgrade for another 18 months due to just upgrading. Long story short, they utilized the upgrade for my phone to get my daughter a new phone instead of using the insurance for her phone that has been paid ever since she received her phone.  They did not explain any of the fees and that phone lasted a whole 6 months before the screen went out on it. They again would not utilize the insurance that was on the phone stating it was a manufacturer problem and we would need to contact them if we wanted repairs. Very poor customer service.
