    Heritage Federal Credit Union
I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Any problems I have are always resolved quickly and courteously. I have been with them about 20 years now, when it used to be a different name. I would not be with them if I was not pleased. They are a great bank.

Shopping for a new mortgage is always a fear of the unknown. Andy Reising at Mortgage Masters changed that. He delivered what he promised and ON TIME. The process could not have gone smoother and I highly recommend you give him a call for new or refinancing your mortgage. You'll be glad you did!

    Diamond Valley Federal Credit Union
They’re always really good. I’ve been inside. The place is clean and friendly, and everybody’s helpful. They take their time with people. If I have a concern or an issue, they resolve it. I’d rate them very well across the board.

I never go there at all so I don't give them a chance to know me personally. Their website is really easy to use and have all the services that I could need. I like them better than most of the banks that I have tried. I think it's almost as safe as going in there because a lot of hackers just go and hack into the bank or credit union themselves and could access our information from there. I don't think going through a bank has ever caused me a problem but I have had problems with credit cards. They are a little more cautious too because they tend to look at your actual signature. If there is anything questionable they ask for my identity. These things take a little extra time but I am always grateful that they look at it. I wish this was the requirement for using a credit card. They are friendly too.

The folks at ETFCU are always nice and responsive when I bank there. They have extended hours which suits me. I also like their mobile app, it is very easy to use and saves me a ton of trips to the bank!

    Fifth Third Bank
I would give Fifth Third Bank F's across the board. They are our of Cincinnati, but they have branches in Henderson. A couple of years ago while still had an account with them we had their card listed on an Apple itunes account and my wife bought a 99 cent song. We didn't have a lot in the account, because we were going to close it, so we ended up being like 40 cents over drawn. When all the fees and everything were added in they wanted to charge us like $70 or $80. It was ridiculous. More recently I went there in early December. My mom and dad have an account with them and my mom and dad wrote me a check and I went there to cash it. Even though it was drawn on an account from that branch of that bank they wanted to charge me a $5 fee. I complained. I told them that was ridiculous. The manager of the branch suggested I go to my own bank. I was right there. I thought that was ridiculous, I will never use them and if anyone ever wants to ask my opinion I would tell them not to use them. I understand that we made a mistake, but to charge $70-$80 in fees for a 99 cent phone call and to charge $5 for cashing a check that is drawn there and where my dad does regular business. Come on that is just ridiculous.
