    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
Everything went smoothly and our son was pleased with the transport on his end. They picked up the vehicle within the time frame they said and it was delivered in the stated time frame. Executive Auto Transport was a little more expensive than others but after research on the internet we felt they were the best choice for us.

    Parker Auto Transport LLC
After my initial inquiry, Parker Transport contacted me by email. I called and spoke to a very nice lady, Leanne. I explained how that we had contacted several other transport companies who had quoted a low price and expedited service but couldn't find a hauler for us. Leanne didn't b.s. with us, just told us the truth about costs, routes, and trucks. She said she would find us a hauler within 5 days, she found one just 2 days after I spoke with her. The car is on its way to California. We were really pleased that we found Parker Auto Transport on Angie's list.

Awsume and it was very explained I started off with a bang. Took what she taught me and I was blessed had a stroke and had to leave my job and went step by step and still going strong and still have some of my trucks when I started. She was so patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and she answered everyone of them. If she trained on anything else in the trucking agency yes I would do it again in a heartbeat. Best mentor that I have come across and I do recommend her to everyone. I still talk about her and I've been in it for 5 Years.

I called Jen a few weeks back and I had her ship my car from Margate to KY. Everyone else had explained to me KY was a difficult state to deal with so naturally I was concerned. Jen was nice easy to deal with and she got it done in 48 hours. I will not trust another company with my cross country auto shipping ever again!

    Browning Towing
So, I thought it was right of the Browning's man to leave me with my car still in front of my house, unusuable, because he said he couldn't help me with the kind of truck he'd brought to my car.  Hours later, having no contact with Browinings at all, I called GEICO (roadside service coverage), told them that Browning's had been here and gone and told me they would send someone else to help me, but no one had come.  The GEICO representative called Browning's, who told her they didn't have the right kind of equipment to assist me.  The representative made arrangements with Big W Towing in Ellicott City to come out and tow my car to the point of repair.  When Big W showed up with EXACTLY the same kind of vehicle to tow my car that Browning's did, I thought that another miscommunication had taken place.  But the very nice, clean man from Big W told me EVERY FLAT BED TOW TRUCK HAS THE EQUIPMENT ON THE BACK TO TOW A CAR BY ITS TWO FRONT WHEELS.  I said that that wasn't what I'd been told by the guy who came to assist me in the morning (it's now 4:30 in the afternoon),  The Big W guy said, "Browning's?"  I said yes.  He said that he thought they were just lazy and didn't want to help me. That sealed the deal for me.  I used to think quite highly of Browning's and I didn't understand the negative reports they got here on Angie's list, because my experience with them, until now, had always been okay.  They came, got my car, towed it without incident to the auto shop and never caused me to think anything but good things about them. The young man that came today, though, was dressed in filthy, grimy jeans, with dark stains down the front and back of the legs of the jeans.  His tee shirt was also filthy, and he just had an unwashed appearance about him.  He did try to get the ignition assembly to unlock, repeatedly putting the key in and out of the key slot, using a spray to try to lubricate things, but when he wasn't successful in unlocking the wheel lock and freeing up the front tires, he got in his truck, made a call to someone and said something to the effect that he couldn't do it; he called his boss and they would send someone else out to get my car.  Never happened.  No one came, no one called.  Because I had arranged the tow through GEICO, rather than calling Browining's directly, I called GEICO to report that Browning's hadn't taken the car and no one had shown up from them to take it, like I thought the young man had said would happen. When contacted by GEICO about why no one had come, the representative told me they told her they didn't have the equipment to tow my car. Once Big W was here and told me that there is the equipment on the back of EVERY FLAT BED TOW TRUCK to haul a car on just the front two wheels, once he had snorted his opinion of Browning's, having correctly guessed they were the company who first came out, that sealed it.  Where I had once held them in good opinion, this experience has completely changed my mind about them.  A dirty employee with the ability to tow my car, refusing to tow it because it took a little more work than just hauling the car up onto the flat bed part of the truck completely affected my opinion.  I intend to tell GEICO and call Browning's to let them know they let me down in a way that has made me rethink my good opinion of them.  As far as I'm concerned, they cannot be depended on to provide the kind of service you may need, unless it isn't difficult or too much work.  I would suggest finding another provider for your towing needs.
