BAs stated, it took over a week to get an appointment at Hartland. The waiting area is just a small space right off the elevator. They are the highest priced provider in this area that I am aware of. But the massage was wonderful and that was the reason for my visit.

AShe is the best massage therapist in the world. You can’t get better pricing. She is without a doubt an absolute artist with her hands. She can see like an x-ray vision. She goes to work on your back and all of a sudden she finds a knot and works that thing out. I don’t know how but she finds the problems and fixes them up. If I want to be fixed up for something I take a one hour massage from her. She does different kinds of massages. She also does foot reflux therapy. I feel so good and relaxed after going to her. She is knowledgeable and certified. You need to call her two weeks in advance if you need an appointment. If you ask her to call you if she has an opening, she will even do that. She will not work on you when you are sick. She is definitely talented, competent, and professional. I can’t say enough about her. Her prices are unbelievably inexpensive. She gives a 70 minute massage for $55. I use the 100 minute massage for $75. She also does chair massages and that costs a dollar a minute. I am sure she will work you in if there is an emergency. She even calls you 24 hours before you appointment to remind you.

BGreat service by the hair dresser but the staff downstairs were sorta stuck-up. I asked about the conditioner (Bumble/Bumble) to purchase and she said it was out of stock and she said that she wasn't sure if they would order anymore. I emailed my hairdresser and she said they had it there for me to come back over but I just decided I didn't want to confront the girl again.

FPT Pros, IncFollowing a shoulder injury, my wife was referred to PT Pros by our primary health manager. Unfortunately, my wife was misled and deceived by the staff at PT Pros in Leitchfield regarding copayments. She inquired and attempted to pay and was advised that she did not have subsequent copays. The therapy received produced no results and the staff advised her that a 'few more visits" attempting a different approach might help. She was advised that those visits would be covered by our insurance. In pain and willing to try anything to alleviate her shoulder issues, my wife agreed and continued the therapy. The therapy did not help and my wife was subsequently referred to an orthopedic specialist. Then came the surprise. Despite the fact that PT Pros advised my wife that there were no subsequent copays, we later received a bill for $420 (a copay per visit). I attempted to clarify this with the billing section from PT Pros and was given a very rationalistic and deceptive explanation (I recorded all calls and will happily share them with anybody that requests them) Their final stance was that it is the "patient's responsibility" to ensure they understand the billing and copay requirements. (Oddly enough, my wife DID inquire was told by the staff at PT Pros that we did NOT owe anything) I will pay their bill and strongly caution anybody that needs physical therapy to ensure they understand that the administrative staff at Leitchfield PT Pros will smile and tell you one thing and a month later you'll get an unexpected bill. Beware.- Al W.
