I worked with Talha Gursoy at Boss Design Center. Talha and my designer, Sean Okur, were a fabulous team. Talha is a talented designer, smart and fun. The customer service he provided during every phase of our kitchen remodel was exceptional. His attention to every detail insured the kitchen remodel went smoothly, was finished on time, and that the finished product met all of my expectations. I also want to thank Taha, the Boss Design Center Manager. Taha and his talented crew of electricians, painters and carpenters were first rate. FRomanoff RenovationsI hired Home Depot (Romanoff Renovations) to install a floor at my house. Two younger guys came in and ripped everything up, then claimed that there was a sag in the floor in one spot. They then refused to finish the job and left me hanging with nothing but a subfloor in my house for 3 weeks. They didn't bring in a supervisor to get a second opinion. I got a second opinion from an independent contractor with 20 years experience and he said there was no reason they couldn't have laid the vinyl plank. That the floor sag is a 2 week fix because it can't be lifted all at one time, it needs to be raised slowly so it doesn't damage the wall. But he was adamant that they could and should have went ahead and installed the flooring, but thanks to Home Depot and Romanoff Renovations, I get to live on a subfloor full of carpet staples for 2-3 weeks. DO NOT GET HOME DEPOT TO INSTALL YOUR FLOOR! GO WITH AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR!- Eric L.

ASouthern Kentucky Home ProsI can’t EXPRESS ENOUGH THE WONDERFUL JOB THESE GUYS AND GALS DOES. They are amazing in what they do nd how they do it. I couldn't ask for a better company to hire. I had recently gotten divorce and since they did such a good job on my kitchen and bath my ex had come by the house and seen the work had been done and has decided that I know my stuff and is wanting to re marry. Lol. All jokes aside really give these guys a shout you won’t be disappointed. I dealt with Landon he seems to be the brain of the company gives good direction and is a perfectionist my opinion. I think they are addicted to work heck you couldn’t get them to go home. AMy first encounter with United Structural Systems company ( USS) was last year, when I had to face the decision which company I go for foundation repair at my house in West Virginia. It was equal bids on my project from two companies USS and Alltek. Unfortunately for me, I made the decision to go with Alltek Environmental Services company at that time. Foundation repair was finished in August 2019 by Alltek (please read my review, that I placed separately for Alltek). 48,000 dollars payment later foundation been done. I finally be able to place my house for sale this year and come to realization, after inspection is done on the house, that it is a presence of water leak in the storage area. I could not believe, how it is possible, when the foundation repair was just done 8 months ago. I guess, things were not done properly after all. After numerous attempts to contact Alltek company, I finally be able to get the response with another promise to “fix it” in the amount of $9,200 or later for free…if I take off my review of their company from homeadvisor.com. Lack of professionalism, poor craftsmanship and PR was major disappointment for me. To be honest, after I been treating inferiorly by Alltek, I did not have any desire to go back to the same company. I was looking for second opinion how to resolve these issues. I decided to reach out again United Structural (who I was hoped to remember me from last year) and explain my dilemma. Bobby K. (Sales Manager for USS) come to the rescue! He was willing to give me his unbiased opinion on the situation. Bobby K, “commander in charge”, went to the house and informed me, that “downspout lines were never installed, the part on top of the ground went nowhere and tie back patch was poor quality”. Simply put it, Alltek did a mediocre job. I immediately made the decision go ahead and proceed with United Structural Systems company for repair of the mistakes. I cannot say enough praise for the USS company and manager Bobby K. This re-du project was done in timely matter, communication was superior ( needless to say I live out of state and it was never an issue), area after the job was clean up to perfection and…the garage/storage area now look dry bone and beautiful. Awhhhh... maybe I should not sell my house after all?! I have a buyer on the house, and I am closing in 2 weeks and can say with all honesty, I could not do that without United Structural help. It was exceedingly difficult situation for me, and it was resolved by USS company with flying colors. Thank you again USS. I recommend you without any hesitation!!! AJeremy and his team did an excellent job painting all the exterior trim work on my 94 year old house, including 22 windows. They scraped, patched and replaced wood where needed, prior to painting and glazing. Every day they cleaned up afterwards. They were professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire them again.

BThey could level the sidewalk using slab-jacking, but I was not confident that they could raise the front steps. At the time I talked with them, I did not know about the concept of raising the steps using a pier system. I learned about this later ... with someone else.

AIt's beautiful. We have a patio, firepit and retaining wall. They were awesome to work with and would recommend to all. They really treat people the way they would treat family. Don't be surprised if you ask them to bid a project, with other contractors bidding as well, and Authentic Stone is the only one to reply. That's your first sign. Don't be surprised if you receive other bids and AS comes in the lowest. That should be your final sign. No subs, they do the work themselves, great communication and job was done in 5 days. We look forward to having them back for more jobs.

FThis is a horrible company to deal with and their people are extremely unprofessional and outright rude. After attempting to do business with them, it became clear they do not treat people the way they would want their own parents to be treated. When trying to work out a solution to problems, they hold others to different standards than they hold for themselves. When they failed to do what they said, when they said they would do it, I asked to cancel and refund the deposit. I was met with excuses on their part and wild accusations towards me by them.
