    Matt M. came to my home and worked on my Heat Pump in the freezing cold and did not stop until he had found out what the issue was and fixed it. There was a short in the system and Matt patiently one by one worked with every single wire in my outdoor adn indoor unit going back and forth between the outside unit and my attic on my third floor until he found trhe problem. He must haev made 50 trips back adn forth. His preofessionalism, patience, and expertise of the to fix the problem is why i will now continue to call Synergy for my Heating and Cooling issues. I was so impressed with Matt's friendlieness and knowledge that i will highly reccomend not only Synergy but Matt M. for job. I live in Richmond, KY and Synergy is now who is the company i will call when i have a problem or need to replace or service my equipment. Thank you for the incredible customer service and the work that you did to fix our heating problem in a time of need during this cold weather. Synergy is #1 among Lexington in my eyes.     Our A/C unit was not functioning properly in the heat of the summer (mid-July). I called Superior Heating and A/C with the expectation it would likely require a few days before they could send someone out to assess the unit. A very friendly woman answered the phone - it was a surprise and delight to have an actual person answer the phone rather than a computer system! She asked me a few questions about the system and said she could have someone come to look at my system between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. It was around 12:30 p.m. at the time. I asked for the technician to call before coming so I could crate our dogs. The technician called in less than 30 minutes after my initial call, and was at my home in less than an hour after my initial phone request. He was professional, and assessed both of our A/C units. He even replaced the air filter in one of our units at my request (I already had the filter on hand). The issue with the unit in question was a burned out capacitor. A mouse had gotten into the system and gotten itself electrocuted, eventually leading to the burned out capacitor. The technician was able to get the part and replace it within 20 minutes. The system was fixed and both of our units were in good working order in less than two hours after my phone call. I had an excellent experience working with Superior Heating and A/C and will definitely call them when I need any additional assistance with our heating and a/c units! I highly recommend them for others needing A/C repairs. I suspect they offer the same excellent service on heating systems, but I have not had the pleasure of using their service on our furnaces as of yet.

    Employees were very friendly, fast with diagnosing the problem, fixed the problems promptly, and suggested a new system due to age and problems associated with the system. The quote I received on system was the best after receiving quotes from other competitors. They will be installing my new system in less than 2 weeks. I recommend Madison Hvac/r to anyone who wants fast, efficient, and affordable work!

    Project went amazingly well. Our property posed some added difficulty with placement of the water lines but the Comfort crew worked out the details with expert efficiency. Every member of the crew was highly knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. Chris Jackson and Leman Grubb were our installers. They were very good about keeping us informed throughout the process and were also very respectful of our home as well. Now we are cooler than ever - our windows were fogged up yesterday! - and gladly looking forward to all the benefits oft he geothermal system. This is an excellent company to trust your home to!

    First, this was the third time in as many months they came out to repair this unit. Their technicians seem to be knowledgeable, are definitely friendly and try to be helpful. Their customer support is wonderful. The Customer Service Rep Marty does the very best job he can do for you under the circumstances. Unfortunately he doesn't have much to work with when it comes to Fayette's policies. For that reason I will no longer be using them although I have been a customer for many years. Their monthly fee based VIP customer service was sold to us under the idea that the money we paid each month would be used toward repairs. Sounded like a great deal until we found out, after several years of paying these monthly premiums, that the money used toward repairs was only the case for the first time used. That was a shocker and was not explained well at all. I felt like they had taken advantage of me, the customer (unclear policy). One of their techs also referenced that they wanted him to always charge over $100 for each call, although he didn't particularly like that policy (bad policy). To top it off they charge exorbitant rates for parts and this has been true throughout our relationship with them. My  recent example is a $575.00 part that I found on line for $15 (the lowest) to $170.00 (the highest). They charged me $575 for a tiny circuit board 3" by 3". That was the last straw. I won't be back. Buyer beware. The people who work for Fayette and meet with customers are great, but unethical policies of the organization hamstring personnel. I understand mark-ups on parts supplied and don't mind a fair mark-up for a job well done. But charging me more than ten times the cost?! It may not be illegal but is certainly unethical in my book.

    When we needed to replace our heat pump system we checked Angies List for vendors in our area. We got quotes from three vendors and the lowest quote was from Superior Heat and Air. Their rating was very good so we chose them for the job. Gary, the owner, came to talk to us and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very nice. He walked us through the options with NO pressure for a sale and was able to schedule the job within a week. He also reminded us that, with the system we chose, we would be eligible for a rebate from the electric company! 
    Three guys came right on time on the scheduled day and performed the work without any complications or disruption to our schedule/routine. All the old equipment was removed and taken away and they thoroughly cleaned up any/all mess. All of the guys were very friendly, approachable and responsive to our questions. They took time to walk through operating the WI-FI thermostat and the accompanying phone app and made sure we were comfortable using it. They showed my hubby the system and what to keep an eye on, when to change filters, etc.
    Gary followed-up with a phone call a few days after installation to see if all was well (said he was ill or would have called sooner!) and as promised, provided us with the necessary certificate that we needed to apply for our energy rebate with no hassle or delay.
    We then got a thank you note a week or so later!
    Our system works GREAT and already seems to be far more comfortable and efficient then our old system. We are VERY happy with the quality of the work done, the system  and the price paid. I look forward to working with Superior for the maintenance of our new system!

    Our family has used Donnie Rowe several times at several houses over the past few years, and he and his team are outstanding.  They do great work at a fair price.  They have been available when we needed them. They did a wonderful job of communicating when they would arrive, when parts would arrive, etc.  That does not always happen in the service business!

    From the woman who answers the phone at the company to the genius who worked on our unit, this company was top notch.  We think our three units are running better than ever.  We first had them out just more than a month ago to check our three units and change filters, etc.  Two were lacking freon and those units were repaired.  Then when the compressor went out, they came out as soon as possible (the next day) checked the unit and found the bad compressor.  Part ordered, replaced, and all is good.
    We will use them again and again.
