John arrived right on time and began inspecting the garage door, and it only took him a few minutes to figure out what was wrong. The exterior of the door had been painted at some point and then closed without drying completely. That caused the weather stripping to become tacky and stick to the door, so whenever the door would sit closed for a while the seal would adhere to it and then that would cause the hesitation and jumping that I had noticed. He initially wasn't going to accept any payment since it was such a quick visit, but I decided to have him order new weather stripping and then come back to install it. The follow-up installation only took about 30 minutes, during which time he installed the new stripping and also lubricated the bearings and other moving parts of the door.

I can't say enough good things about Adam and his team. Not only did he do an amazing job repainting our house, doing soffit repair, and other odd jobs, but his customer service is top notch, which is the most important thing to me! He answers questions right away, shows up when he says he is going to, and does excellent work for a reasonable price. If you have any home jobs you need done, you need to call Adam!!! You will be so happy you did!

Keith Bo Caudill, of Caudill Concrete, will not return to finish and repair a concrete project that was started in August 2016. During the months it took him to work on the project last yea,r it was a constant struggle to get him to show up for the job. He also continuously added cost to the project claiming it was not explained to him well. His last visit here was in October 2016. He told us he would come back in the spring to seal the concrete and repair any problems. We have found that he installed a drain in the basketball court that is entirely too small to drain even the smallest amount of rainfall. The concrete is extremely uneven and water puddles over the court in numerous places. He has not sealed the concrete. His equipment damaged the community side walk. We have been calling him for weeks and his response is that he will be here next week. On March 27, 2017 he informed us that he will return but we must pay for all of the work.

I submitted a request for troubleshooting and received a prompt call. I provided a description of the problem and was told the needed parts were available. The garage door opener was fully repaired within a couple hours of my call on a Friday afternoon. Very professional and prompt service. I am very satisfied with the service and I am impressed with how fast it was completed.

My garage door quit working on Friday and I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door Service on Saturday and they were able to come out the same day. Roger was the tech that installed the opener and he was prompt and professional. He gave me my options and the costs. The new opener is much quieter than the old one and we are pleased with the service and the purchase.

Cost breakdown: $85-service call charge, $365 for the opener, $48 ($3/foot * 16 feet) for replace rubber at the base of the garage door.

I called PRO-Line Garage Doors Monday expecting to have difficulty arranging a time to meet because of my busy schedule. I was pleasantly surprised. John, the owner and operator, would have come out Monday evening if needed. I arranged for a Tuesday evening appointment. John arrived early. He was very courteous and professional. After a brief review of the door problems we had, he quickly diagnosed the problems. We needed the spring replaced in two doors, and adjustment of the downward force in a third garage door. John had the two springs replaced and doors greased in about 30 minutes. He assessed the issues with the last door quickly and determined the downward force needed adjustment so the door would close. He had the final door adjusted and greased in about 8 minutes. As an added bonus, John helped me connect the garage door to the garage door button in my car. The doors all worked great! They open and close smoothly and quietly. I wish I had called him long ago. I would highly recommend PRO-Line Garage Doors to anyone in the area needing garage door repair.

Picked up the phone at 6:15 on Friday night and was at our home 45 minutes later as promised.  Work was done very professionally by a polite and easy to talk with owner of the company.  Total repair time was about 45 minutes and all old materials were removed.  I could not be happier with the quality of work and our choice to call Pro-Line was a good one.

Responded to my phone call immediately. Attempted repairs but was not able t o solve the problem. Said he would see if he could get just the motor and return that same afternoon. Arrived by 3:00pm and replaced the motor and made the necessary adjustments as he said he would. Did an excellent and professional job.

I was contacted within 2 hours of scheduling estimate on Angie's List. I received a same day appointment. We met, discussed what I needed and I received an estimate later that night. I was assured the estimate cost would not change. if job took more than time than estimated, cost would not change. I was told the quote is the cost, no surprises or hidden charges. Told they would start and finish job ensuring my satisfaction at completion.  Very nice couple.

I found Tate's Creek Paving here on Angie's List, called, the young man arrived at the appointed time.  I explained and showed him what I was thinking about having done.  He listened, pointed out areas that would need special work to accommodate my plans.   He then walked the long driveway with his measurement wheel and tape measure.   Shortly there after I had my estimate (15 mins.) he had broken down all of my requests into various costs. Such as the new blacktop parking area was priced at X, the Drives widening from the existing drive was to be X and the repair and the resurfacing was to X for a combined total of $22,500 and change.   I haven't had the work done because a friend suggested I get a Concrete estimate before I go with blacktop.  Still working on that.... Concrete guys are backlogged due to the excessive rains this Summer.  I still may have the Drive Blacktopped again.  If I due I will use Tate's Creek Paving and follow up with another review.
