Extremely well. Project Manager Chad Faris coordinated the trades so there was little or no down time. Any changes were explained and all questions were answered. Every person who worked on the project were courteous and professional.

I can't say enough good things about Adam and his team. Not only did he do an amazing job repainting our house, doing soffit repair, and other odd jobs, but his customer service is top notch, which is the most important thing to me! He answers questions right away, shows up when he says he is going to, and does excellent work for a reasonable price. If you have any home jobs you need done, you need to call Adam!!! You will be so happy you did!

We cannot stress enough how highly we recommend DDR! We have worked with so many contractors over the years, and DDR stands above the crowd in every way. Not only did they provide terrific quality worksmanship on each trade involved, their communication throughout the process was top-notch. We made some changes/adjustments to the original design, and Tom (our project manager) was very accommodating with us, even helping with some suggestions of his own, which went a long way. DDR could have given us a complete project, but we wanted to save money wherever we could. They allowed us to paint and have Lowe's supply/install our carpet/cabinets, all the while coordinating everything seamlessly! We are very pleased with everything DDR did. And since completion, we've had friends/family over and they all have commented on the beautiful, quality design DDR gave us in the basement. Jesse (one of the owners) originally designed the basement for us, and we just met with him again to contract an awesome covered patio concept. We cannot wait to get started with DDR again! Highly, highly recommend these guys!

I was very satisfied with the work. When I thought the deck door might still be leaking the lady who sets up appointments called on 2 separate occasions to see if she needed to send someone back to work on it again. They stand behind their work and will keep at a problem till it is fixed.

He did a variety of job. He did some work on some downspouts. Put in a few new door steps and did a couple of interior doors. He also put a door on a crawl space. I paid additionally for the material, approx. $60. It turned out really good.

I have used Mr. Kernell many times of the last 2 - 3 years doing many home improvements.  The first was the installation of a basement wall with doorway.  Second was the replacement of a basement toilet. Third was the installation of double custom glass doors into a front room. The last was the installation of a single custom glass door into another front room in the house.
In all occasions, Mr. Kernell was very polite and complete with his estimates and ideas for completion of the jobs.  If he thought the job was outside of his expertise, he would advise and recommend someone that could do the job.
All the home improvements we have had done, we are very pleased with and at no time did Mr. Kernell have to return to correct or complete a task.
Mr. Kernell is trustworthy enough that he can be left at the home while I was working to complete the task.
All work was completed within the estimate given and at a cost that was very fair.
All costs were discussed before the task was started and a no time was the estimate incorrect, in fact, the final costs were normally under the estimate given.
Mr. Kernell is both bonded and insured as required by State regulations.
Photo examples of his work is available upon request.

They do windows, doors, and roofs. My experience was good. They were on time, they gave me an estimate, and that's what they charged me. They replaced my French doors a few years ago, and they did a very good job. I will use them again in the future.

Contacted Lowe's to get an estimate on purchasing a couple of doors and getting an estimate on the installation.  I specifically requested Paul Day for the installation because he had installed a special order sliding door for me (via Lowe's) last year and did a fantastic job.  He called me the next day and scheduled a time to come out to measure the door.  I showed him a picture of the two doors I picked out from the Lowe's website and we discussed the installation.  Unfortunately for me, just about everything in my house is custom (which I did not realize before I bought it).  Paul told me (yes, you guessed it - the door was not a standard size) that based on the measurements I may have to special order the doors (again).  He wanted to check a couple of things inside the door frame first because he had an idea that with a couple of adjustments he could make a standard door work and possibly save us some money.  Everything worked out and we were able to order a standard door (which fortunately was in stock) and schedule the installation within the week.  We saved almost $400.00 on the special order and were able to get the door immediately and not have to wait the 4-6 weeks for another door to come in.  As usual Paul did a great job with the installation and clean up and we are extremely pleased with the new doors.  I especially like that the blinds are between the glass and I don't have to clean them!  The people at Lowe's even re-keyed the new lock to my old key for free and like always called to follow up after the install to see if I was happy with the job.  I will definitely call them again for other projects.

Our 30 year old house is a little under 2000 sq. ft. and two stories. The old cedar siding (which covered about 3/4 of the house, the rest is brick) was weathered and worn, in need of treatment and some panel replacements and the gutter was a little worse for wear. My wife and I decided we wanted to go with the more maintenance free vinyl siding and chose Window and Door Outlet after shopping around for contractors and gathering estimates. Fortunately the siding color we chose (sandy tan) was in stock and they were able to begin 3 days after being hired for the job. On Monday October 17, 2011 the siding crew arrived and began their work. Unfortunately the weather was not very cooperative and the work had to be delayed 3-4 days during the process due to rain, but when they were here they were relentless in their job. My wife and I asked ,several times, why certain things were done the way they had been done and Mike (the lead installer) explained everything to our satisfaction. He even saw to it that the light fixtures and outlets, along with whatever else we had hanging from the house were installed and mounted properly. Mike (as well as the rest of the siding crew) was very professional while at our residence and respectful of what we wanted, stopping their work several times to offer us options on how the siding was installed on certain areas of the house. The new siding and guttering has completely changed the character of this house and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The gutter crew came in about 2 days before the final touches were put on and finished their job in roughly 5 hours. This crew was no less professional and respectful as the siding crew, and both crews are welcome to work here again. The working relationship and end results will have us using Window and Door Outlet for our window replacements and installation in the (not too distant) future.

He sent me a hand written note thanking me for his business around the holidays. He provides great service and is timely. The last service cost me $375, but I brought the door. He is great. He is good just for the matter of fact that he showed up when he said he was going to show up and did the work to my satisfaction. He tried to match the paint on the garage to the door jambs and got pretty close to it. It is an older house and an older garage. My house has very unusual configurations since it is over 100 years old. So, not everything is level and constructed. He was actually a referral through another contractor that I am considering having my kitchen done with.
