    Don the owner told me that the brakes had been "apparently" gunked with oil and they cleaned them because he said that he wasn't going to put dirty parts on a car. I don't understand what dirty parts on the brakes they are referring to when I wasn't' getting my brakes fixed. Nowhere on the estimate does it say fix brakes or touch brakes. I can understand if he was trying to do me a favor but SO, I come back the next Monday, 9/12/2016 wanting better explanations.... And Don just plays complete stupid with me. I maybe a female but I'm not stupid. He played the classic I'm going to do the switchroo and act like I was trying to pull a fast one over him. I tell him that I don���t understand why he touched the brakes if it���s not on the estimate because now it has become a problem. He then proceeds to tell me that the first estimate that was given to me was not the original estimate and that the brakes were on the original estimate that was $2000 and that he instead took the brakes off the original estimate and gave me a new estimate of 1300 without my knowledge. So, I ask well how come I wasn���t given the first estimate that was $2000 and he told me that he forgot and that he didn���t think to tell me. I told him all I wanted to do is get this car fixed and that I felt that he was cheating me because he had an excuse for everything. So, after I said that he tells me that if I feel cheated then I shouldn���t get my car fixed there. He then proceeds to act like the victim in the situation, when I was the one whose car they messed up and becomes really sarcastic about the situation. I am a customer in distress because my car has a brake problem that it clearly did not have beforehand. All I wanted was a real explanation and solution to the problem not excuses and unprofessionalism. I asked him repeatedly how much it was going to cost to get fixed and instead of giving me a price, he ignored me and wasn���t going to fix my car validating for me the unethicalness of the situation. Is there any justice in this world? The reason why I got an estimate in the first place was to avoid problems like this. I am a customer who brought my car in for an estimate before I got it fixed, if the brakes were a problem why wasn't I informed about it before they touched it or why wasn't it on the estimate in the first place. I am a mother with twin boys and all I wanted was a safe ride for my family instead I got more problems, more bills, and a headache.

    They couldn't fix it.  The car had a vibration from day one.  It was in the shop at least 5 times.  They eventually called in an engineer from VW, who recommended to swap out a driveshaft, it still wasn't fixed after the replacement.  I have yet to hear back from them about how to proceed and I've already traded the car in for another one at another dealer of course.
    I've been a service manager before.  Service at this place is horrible.  They communicate poorly, if they communicate at all.  I have had to call them to follow up on status on almost every occasion.

    It is a good place to be out. They do all kind of work electrical, brakes. I would recommend him. They cost little more than normal, but the price is worth it. They would do stuff that they dealer wouldn't happened to do.

    Mann Chrysler has done all repair work and general maintanance work on my 2001 PT Cruiser and she now has just under 235, 000 miles on her!! They are knowledgeable, prompt, respectful, helpful, and competitive on prices.

    1998 Truck:  Driver side widow would not go up or down, replaced motor.
          Knob for heat & ac control, would not adjust air, had to use pliers. They found out panel, not made any more.
         They found replacement at a junkyard.
    Pacifica:  Started slowly, when turning key, found battery about dead, replaced with new.
    I have 2-company vehicles, 3-personal & I send all friends & family to Ammco.
    Great service, & price.
    Every time I go there, I just want to stay & chat with Drew & Kelly.

    The service team is very professional when you arrive and check in. They give you an estimate on the services and a time frame as to how long it will take. They have a nice waiting area and notify you once your vehicle is ready, usually sooner than the time estimate originally given. I have asked several questions in the past in regards to the maintenance on my vehicle and they have always answered them and given me good cost estimates. I appreciate the service and will continue to use them for future services.

    My daughter bought a new Pontiac from Adams and within a couple of months of owning the car the brakes started to make a noise.  She took it back and they said that the car had sat on the lot for so long that the rotors were rusted.  so they machined the rotors it helped but still did not fix the problem.  She took it back several times and asked for a set of new brakes because she did not want the rotors machined that many time.  They would not replace the brakes or rotors.  She had to get rid of the car because it became dangerous on wet roads.  I find it to be sad that a company would not fix a new car and when it was something as simple as replacing the brake system.

    What a wonderful experience! From the time I made the appointment until I picked up the vehicle, the gentlemen in the service department were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and accommodating. They called me prior to performing the services that were unanticipated and advised me of the cost and the estimated completion time. They finished sooner than expected! The Jeep runs as if it were brand new!

    We always take our car there for tune-ups or any major repairs or oil changes. We just use them exclusively. They are an excellent service you cannot beat them. They believe in pick you up and drop you off at home if it is going to be a long time. They are quick to get you in. You can do almost everything; you can get the appointment online. They are very very convenient. They are very customer oriented. We purchased our vehicle there. I had a good sales experience with them. We did not have a bit of trouble. I looked online, I knew what I wanted, walked in and there it was, and they pretty much took care of it.

    I stopped by because my A/C wasn't working, they got me in very fast after inspecting my vehicle they found out it was just a valve that had to be replaced. They also check the rest of my 4 Runner over for any other problem and gave my a very detailed list and costs of the repairs for future reference. Very professional, fast, and great price.
