    I haven’t had any problems with their service. They are good about fixing issues that I have and helping me on the phone without me having to wait days for a technician to come out.

    It is a love-hate thing. I like them sometimes and other times, I hate them. The service is poor sometimes and sometimes, it is okay. I would have to go down to a B or C on them, probably.  I had to call them the last time because lightning struck our TV and burned it. It struck our cable box. My husband goes and takes the cable box back. They gave him another one. He brought it home, hooked it up on another TV that was all set up for this cable box, and it did not work. So, he had to go back again. We have had some problems with cable in the past. Their processes are a little outrageous I think for what we get. Right now, we pay $37. They jacked us up to $160 and my husband got on there and told them that we were on a fixed income because he just retired last year. He told them that we could not do that. So, they did drop it back to $137 which they all do if you call them and put you on a special for a year.

    TIME WARNER CABLE
    Service technician, Matt, very polite, worked hard to install service.  Actually wanted to come earlier than the appointment time which didn't work for me as I had scheduled my work around the given appointment time.  No problem. Had a problem with the modem the next day and technician, Scott, was here when he said he would be, very polite and helpful.  All in all, very satisfied with Time Warner's employees.  Am so new to the service, it'l take me some time to make an intelligent comparison to Windstream, the company they replaced.

    Called to set up phone line for our business - they were supposed to install phone jacks between 1 and 5 but didn't arrive. The next morning we found a note that asked us to schedule a time we would be there. The same story the next week. We then decided to cancel this service. It was several months until the bill was finally resolved. I talked with a very helpful person when canceling service who warned me that I still may receive a bill because she may not be able to bring it to zero at the time. A few months later I called back after receiving a bill and this time the person on the other end wasn't so polite or helpful. Eventually it was resolved. I have had Windstream at my home and haven't had major problems.

    INTER MOUNTAIN CABLE
    Paid $212.00 on 5-11-18. Had to upgrade to next internet package. STARZ was taken off by mistake, but we had to go back on 5-18-18 to correct STARZ package. We took off SHOWTIME & HBO. Internet has not updated to the new package yet as of 5-19-18.

    The phone service is okay, with little problem noted. The "high speed" internet service is often very slow and the wireless router needs to be reset much of the time.

    I hate their automated system because it takes forever and a day to get someone on the line. They were able to resolve my issue but it took about 3 days. I think the price is a little high but we don't have a lot of choices out here. They give you a 4 hour window that they will be out and you have to be available. They won't give you a specific time.

    Windstream has lousy internet service. I am constantly calling them because I pay for 12 Mbps download and NEVER get that much. Typically, I get around 8 Mbps download. They will not prorate the bill and it's always MY lines inside MY house that are the problem, not their crappy lines or overselling of the service. I keep telling them the lines inside my house are new, but it doesn't seem to matter. I have complained to the FCC and the Better Business Bureau about their service, which seems to get me priority service, but it doesn't matter because it never works the way it is supposed to. At one point, I was calling them every day. I wish I had another option, but we have two options here. Limestone cable which is ridiculously expense to minimal speed and satellite. If satellite Internet is anything like satellite TV, then I'll keep complaining to Windstream. Right now, my download speed is 9.39 Mbps with upload being .64 Mbps and I live within seeing/waling distance of the substation or whatever they call it.
