  • They have great customer service as well. Their prices are pretty average or really good and they always do a good job on getting me in and out in a timely manner. I have been going therefor almost 5 years and I have never had any issues with them.

  • Swope Toyota did a great job. It's a little expensive, but I want to make sure I get it done according to the factory's specifications. I expect to pay a little bit more there. They did a good job. It was a good experience all the way around.

  • They provided very good service.  I like the fact that they were courteous and organized.  They repaired my truck.  I made an appointment and they fulfilled the appointed a lot better than I expected.  The price is fair than the other auto guys.  I made an appointment for Monday and it was done by Monday afternoon.  Their dealership is real good.  I stopped going to everybody else and I am doing all the maintenance here.  The price is not cheapest for sure but compared to what I was quoted by others it wasn’t that much higher.  They warranty the work for a year. I do not go to dealerships because the perception is that their prices are too high, but, honestly, the price is only 7% or 8 % higher than the quotes I got and it was worth it because it was well done, there were no questions and no fuss.  Honestly, the 8% is worth my time.  My lowest bid was 15% less but it was a small shop.  It was a pretty big operation and the work was done exactly the way I brought the car in. The car was cleaned up  and nothing rattled. They had to take the whole dash board off, so it was quite a process.  I made the call at 7:30 and by 2:30 the car was picked up.  They are very professional.  They are cleanest and it looks like a high school floor.

  • Roger Ewing has always been a very professional businessman. He will not try to talk you into unneeded repairs and if he can not fix something (vey rare) he advises us on what should be done. The work is always done right the first time at a resonable cost. He works on the car when he says he will and unless he runs into and unforseen problem (like having to order a part) he has it finished when promised. I needs to keep it longer he always contacts us to let us know why. When we take the vehicle in he will give us an estimate of the cost or he will call us to let us know what his inspection finds and then gives us a cost. He always gets our approval before doing any major work. I would highly recommend him for any automotive repairs in the Elizabethtown area.

  • We have had Mr. Ewing perform several repairs on our vehicles over the years. The experience is always the same. They listen while you explain the problem as you understand it. They perform a thorough diagnostic survey then call you with a price BEFORE they do they work. They give you an expected time of completion and they have never gone beyond that estimated time with us. This is simply the best auto service center I have ever worked with.

  • I took my Ford Ranger in because I thought the water pump pully was broken. They called me back and let me know the serpentine belt tensioner was broken and that it would cost about $230 to replace it. That seemed reasonable to me considering $70 for parts that was about $150 in labor. I went ahead and asked them to do and oil change which was $40. I thought that was a little high. They also filled up my power steering which had sprayed out alot of fluid. I haven't yet had time to inspect their work but the truck is running fine.

  • I go there to get all of my service done. Every 3 to 4 months. I get my car serviced. They are very easy to work with and they are always very accommodating.
