    Montgomery Vision Care
I had a second implant to remove a cataract. I began seeing double vision and went to the Dr. for help. She told me it was a muscle in my eye and told me I needed therapy. I went back to The Cincinnati Eye Institute and was told the muscles were fine. The doctor at the eye institute called the Dr. on his cell phone, stood out in the hallway with the door opened and proceeded to make fun of me. I have seen Dr. Fiarenza for many years and was very hurt by this. I think also she is a little too chummy with the eye institute which explains why she came up with the muscle problem. If it were a muscle problem I would have been seeing double before the operation. I am finding a new Optometrist and pulling the knives out of my back.

    Farrelly Health Clinic
In all instances, we were seen same day, so VERY prompt service. Customer service was OUTSTANDING from every staff member we had contact with. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who is eligible to use this facility.

    Ward Vision Center
Dr. Ward was wonderful. He was short handed that day so he performed parts of the exam that he ordinarily would not have and did it with a smile on his face. The exam was very low stress and his diagnosis was refreshing. He actually told me that my eyesight had improved and that he did not see the need for glasses if I did not want to spend the money. I chose to go ahead and buy a pair because my work requires a significant amount of reading as well as computer and hand drafting. I was very impressed by his professionalism and thoughtfulness.

    London Eye Care
I highly recommend Dr. Croley. She is very thorough with the eye exam she performs. Because of my own and my family history of vision problems, she makes sure to perform all of the necessary tests and explains the purpose behind each test. She even sat down with me and reviewed the photographs of my eyes to explain what she was seeing that led her to be concerned.

    Talley, Dr. Daniel A.
Great experience. Only negative thing I would have to say is the "lobby" or waiting area is small with only four seats or so. A lady brought children so it seemed full. This isn't really an issue though.

    McClanahan Eye Care
First off, I cannot say anything about McClanahan himself because my daughters eye doc is Dr. Adams who (I guess) is McClanahans partner. But I have only met Dr. McClanahan fleetingly. That said, I love Dr. Adams. He was helpful, informed, and sweet to my 3 year old daughter on her very first trip to the eye doc. When I was confused about her condition he sat her and I both down and broke out his model of the human eye and explained it all in detail for us. Also the office staff here is wonderful, they literally spent at least a half an hour following my little girl around helping her try on pair after pair of little glasses. They also let her pick out her own free glasses case. We felt really taken care of there. Since we have had the glasses for about 8 months now, I have to say....I dont think they are very good quality, they are not fit for and quot;kid wearand quot;, but I guess that doesnt really have anything to do with the doctors office itself. AND, every time a screw came out or a nose piece came off I called and they told me to come in and fix it, no appt needed. Once the entire ear piece snapped off and they replaced them with our warranty and fixed them with a similar piece that day. So that she wouldnt have to wait for the warranty pair. We have never ever had to wait for an appointment more than a few hours, and my little girls eyes are much better. We love McClanahan eye care!

    Kowalik, Dr. Barry
The examination went very well. He checked my vision in both eyes and made it very simple for me to choose the correct lens for each eye. He also dilated my pupils.

I've been seeing Dr. Hall for several years and this visit was as pleasant as any other. The staff is courteous and friendly, and Doctor Hall has always been knowledgable, informative, and friendly.

    Downey Eye Clinic
They’re very professional and very thorough in their examinations.  The doctor I saw there was great.  He explained everything.  He went out of his way above and beyond.  They do ophthalmology and optometry as well.
