    Ripoff. Service tech and repair were OK, but over $200 with coupons for 40 minutes work was a ripoff. Would have charged $93 service run if you didn't hire them after the outrageous quote. Would have been $327 without coupons. Ridiculous!

    United did a great job. Their personnel arrived when promised, confirmed leak location and explained waht needed to be done and how long it would take to do properly. They were very careful not to disrupt plantings unnecessarily and minimized digging in our yard. They are a great choice and will use them again thru Homeserve USA.

    Plumber recommended some temporary low cost solutions which we are using and advised Us of a possible more permanent solution which he could not guarantee as being 100 percent effective. Holding off on any additional work at this time.9

    Perfect!! Alvin C. checked my A/C unit inside and used a hose to clean it outside. Alvin also advised me on the best use of my crawl space vents, and a basement dehumidifier (unrelated) -- how to connect a hose to make it more efficient, and for drainage. I very much appreciate Alvin C. and his kindness and thoughtfulness. I am thankful that he was my technician today!

    They did a good job so quality of sevice was very good. When I called them they actually gave me a quote over the phone and it ended up to be low. So my expectation of what i was paying was a lot less than i ended up paying so thst was not great. The service guy that came out said the dispatcher should not be giving quotes  like that so it was a little frustrating. But i do think it was worth the money they just need to do better at managing expectations. Id also say the quality of work was good but they did not clean up real well. The guy that come out was great.

    Based on recommendations here on Angie's List and from our neighborhood, used Shane for the first time today. He did a great job: fast, neat, and eager to show me how to DIY a seal replacement the next time I might have a need. BTW, he was also at our door at exactly the time we agreed!

    All work performed done very well. Discovered where our leak was at our basement bar sink faucet. Unfortunately, he did not have the correct part for our Delta faucet. I have received the parts directly from Delta and the work will be done at no charge. Very satisfied with work that was done.

    Patrick and his crew were wonderful.  They took time to explain things when they encountered damage that was undisclosed by the previous homeowner. 
    When we learned we were going to have unexpected company they worked extra to get certain parts of the project finished to accommodate our guests. 
    Looking forward to having them back in the Spring to install new countertops and redo the deck in the back of the house.

    The service man showed up within the time frame quoted on the phone. 
    He inspected the Hot Water Heater and Relit the Pilot light. 
    He stayed a few extra minutes to ensure the problem was not more extensive and demonstrated how to relight the pilot light in the future.

    This will be short and sweet.  WM Branch & Son provided good plumbing service.  However, I was not billed at time of service. I was told I would receive an invoice in the mail.  I was never informed of the cost of service and expected an invoice in a reasonable time: 1-2 weeks.  An invoice finally arrived approximately 60 days after service.  This is poor customer service and completely unreasonable billing practice.  Maybe I will take 60 days to pay it.
