It is a good outfit. They are very caring people and know what they are doing. I expect their pricing is fair with respect with the market. They are there when we need them. They are our primary care physician for the puppy.

I scheduled Aussie Pet Mobile of Northeast Louisville for our standard poodle. We had bad experiences at the last two grooming appointments at The Woofery and Goshen Animal Clinic. The Aussie groomer showed up on time and groomed our boy in about 2 hours. She did a great job on him and he was in good shape after.  It was a little pricey, but I think being here at home and the grooming only taking two hours and no kennels and foreign dogs made all the difference. I'll have her back in 8 weeks for sure.

Dr. Laurelee has come to our home 2 now to treat our aged GSDs. Both have allergies which caused some major skin issues that were not being resolved by our animal dermatologist. They were bad enough that it became hard to travel to the vet. Dr. Laurelee came in and shaved them down, provided meds and supplements, in a very holistic approach that has improved their condition in just 30 days to 50% better than they were. Having services provided in our home is much less stressful for our dogs. Dr. Laurelee is a great to work with. She's going to be our full time very, even for our younger dog. She is also very economical compared to other vets and highly responsive via phone, text or email.

John takes his responsibilities very seriously and came to our initial meet-and-greet very well prepared with a list of questions and notepad in hand. He took detailed notes and asked questions I hadn't even thought to address. He spent a lot of time with the dog (definitely more than I "required") and they spent a lot of time bonding over football!! My dog can be destructive if left unattended and John was very mindful of this and not one thing was eaten or destroyed in my absence (this is actually a huge deal!). As stated above, my home was immaculate when I returned and more importantly, my dog was well cared for.

Steve gave us an estimate which was far more reasonable than some competing estimates we received.  They installed the system once our puppy was old enough to wear the electric collar.  Steve showed our whole family how to train the dog to stay in the yard and gave us paperwork to follow.  He did an excellent job!  He also came by to repair a cut line and we bought replacement collars.

We love this system because it is more cost effective since we just charge our dog's collar every couple months.  No need to replace anything!  And, as a reminder, the system beeps if the collar is in need of charging.  Love it!

We attended a beginners dog obedience class and were surprised to find that the instructor encourages physical aggression and harm as a means of dog training. This is not what was advertised to us and we left the class immediately. Other dog owners should be warned that if your dog has even a mild behavioral issue this instructor will yell at your dog, attempt to scare your dog, and encourage harmful prong and shock collar use. Our fearful dog certainly did not benefit from this type of training and we left during the first class. If you are hoping to train your dog in a positive, encouraging way, do not attend Shamrock's classes.

Katie was well organized and patient in her presentations.  The training was presented with the importance of the dogs owner being consistent when working with their pet.  There were classroom discussions along with hands-on exercises.

I really enjoyed Kathy's friendly and professional manner. We got right down to training as soon as she walked in the door. She taught Lily immediately not to jump on people who walk in.
I could not believe it when Lily ignored kleenex sitting on the floor right in front of her. She is a one-year-old pup and it is her great delight is to find paper and tear it to shreds. She learned right away not to do that with Kathy through positive reinforcement.
I liked Kathy's methods and we covered a lot in just a short period of time. I am looking forward to our next 3 visits. If I work diligently with Lily Rose, I know I will have an even more loveable pup and not a mini-terror.

They were so wonderful and my dog couldn't wait to go. It is a doggy day care and they know how to deal with the animals. My dog enjoys that place. I was looking for a place that is out of town that is reliable, that deals with the dog and where it is taken care of. They've got a couple of people who really love dogs. It is the only place I would ever take my dogs. I think the price was reasonable.

    Update:

This place is great. He comes in and is ready to go. Everyone that works there is very good with my dog and takes really good care of him. I don't leave my dog just anywhere, but I feel very comfortable leaving him here with the staff. They take amazing care of him.

They are wonderful and my dog actually likes the vet a lot. The vet actually does an exam and the dog doesn't know she is doing it because she has a constant interaction with him. They are very good with pets, they love them and do a very good job.
