It went as promised. He did a great job on the layout of the brick pattern. Always there at the times he said hed be here. He was using older tile and it looks wonderful. I will definitely use him again.

Brian Turner Flooring should not be allowed to advertise on Angies List.  Here are the facts:
    1) Called Brian and scheduled an appointment for 3pm on Friday, November 6 to provide an estimate at a condo I own (currently rented).  I had water damage and was in need of drywall and carpet repair/replacement.
    2) I drove to to my condo to meet him at 3.  Once there, I texted to confirm he would arrive at our scheduled time, but he was tied up at another job.  We rescheduled for the following day (Saturday).
    3) He arrived the next day and took the necessary measurements.  He said he would text or email the estimate.
    4) On Tuesday, I had not heard from him, so I texted him inquiring about when he would be able to provide the estimate. He replied that night. No estimate provided that night.
    5) I waited until Thursday and texted him again about the estimate and if he would be able to even perform the job in a reasonable time period. He never replied.
Angies List (AL) is a site for reputable and professional contractors.  Brian is extremely unprofessional.  It is one thing to waste a person's time to meet for an estimate; it is another to completely ignore the home owner.  What is hilarious is that he knows it is an insurance job, so I have a check/money ready to pay him to do the work.  Even with that knowledge, he is disrespectful.  Under no circumstances, should anyone attempt to work with Brian.  Furthermore, I am contacting AL corporate office requesting that he is removed from the site.  He should not be able to use AL as a forum to promote/advertise his business.  Truly an unprofessional person who obviously has issues running his own business.  Stay away.

I call the owner and setup the appointment quick. The price is reasonable and the whole process was very smooth.

We bought a carpet that looked good in the showroom but when it got to my house, we didn't even recognize it. It was thin and very poor quality and they istalled a pad that was too thin and not the thickness of pad that I had ordered.  The installation job was even worse with multiple seams prominantly showing.  They even covered up the only vent in the room (if  you can believe that!!!).  I was told I'd be there first appointment, so took off working intending to be back by lunchtime, and the crew didn't even show till lunchtime.  There was no communication of this delay. I had to call and complain and still didn't get a definative answer until much later in the morning, near the time they arrived.
Luckily I didn't pay the half of the total cost that was due at the time.  I had to leave before they were done.  After getting home and seeing the poor quality and installation, I informed the company of our dissatisfaction. To their credit, they sent out a representative pretty quickly to assess the situation and agreed pretty quickly to replace the carpet with another carpet of equal value (and this wasn't inexpensive carpet).
We now have a good quality carpet and the 2nd installation was very good and they installed the proper thickness of pad.  So we are happy now and we only paid the original cost quoted in total so I will give them credit for "making it right" in the end.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from Carpet Mart.  We recently moved into a new home and needed new carpet in a couple areas.  We went into the showroom with our 3 kids, and we were greeted by Bruce Jones.  They had treats and a toy area for the kids, which was great because it gave my wife and I the ability to concentrate on the carpet samples, which would normally be very difficult with 3 kids in tow!  Bruce did a great job of pulling samples and showing us what he thought would work best for our situation.  The whole buying process was very painless and the quality of the carpet and pad is top-notch.  The installers were very prompt and courteous and did an excellent job.
I rarely take the time to write reviews, especially when my experience is positive.  However, I just felt like it was my duty to let others know about Carpet Mart.  It seems as though many businesses have slacked on customer service in recent years, but Carpet Mart stands with a select few as a definite exception.  BRAVO!!

people doing the work are very good and profession.  our only criticism is the price charged is very high.  Louisville handyman takes a higher margin for subcontracting the work than most companies.  we will not be using them again.

Margaret Sutton was an absolute pleasure to work with-- and she was great with our dog! She came to my house for a consultation, and had great ideas, answered all my questions, and we were quickly able to select new oak flooring for the second floor of our house. She brought several samples by, and had great instincts about what would look good with our home's style and decor. She took measurements and had an estimate ready quickly. She was able to schedule delivery and installation within the next week, which was much faster than we anticipated! Buck was our installer, and he was wonderful to work with as well. He performed all of the work himself for 6 days, which included sanding and refinishing some steps up to the first floor (for which he matched the color of the rest of our floor perfectly). He was on time, efficient, approachable and professional. We didn't have any issues with him disturbing our day-to-day routines, and he was very nice about dealing with our cats and locking doors when he left. The result was gorgeous, and we are very happy!
Margaret was very up front throughout the whole process about FCI not being the cheapest, but also not being the most expensive. Of all the estimates/consultations we had, they were the most informed about flooring, had the highest quality products, and were the most professional. She was easy to keep in touch with and checked in on Buck's progress several times to make sure everything was up to her high standards.
We will definitely contact FCI for any future flooring needs.

Dave visited our new house and gave us a quote on the work .  He was not the cheapest of the vendors we contacted but he gave us detail advise on the existing floor and the work that needed to be done on the new floor. He is very professional.
Dave's team are the most pleasant staff to work with.  They were professional in every manner and kept us up to date with every aspect of the project. They were punctual with their appointments and adaptable around our needs.  They always kept the work areas clean and neatly packed away their tools when they left, taking away any debris.
I will recommend them to anyone for a very professional installed floor that is stunning and a pride of our house. We get compliments on the floor from everyone visiting us!

They came and got the job done. They did a nice job! There were two guys and they were here probably at least four days for getting all the work done. I remember doing some extra wood trim work above and beyond what was called for in the contract and he didn't consider it a big deal because he loved working wood. They put down new linoleum flooring over the old. It wasn't any big deal. I would have preferred that they have taken the old linoleum off which they didn't do but that was neither here nor there; it was fine. They also installed bathroom cabinet. The quality was fine, workmanship was great! They kept track of things and I don't remember any issues with them not being here. They were extremely professional.
