He spent his time and gas to come out and said everything looked to be stable . He refused to let me pay him for his time. Saw him a week or so later in a store and he remembered my name . Very impressive company not just out to make a quick buck . I will be using them for any future foundation , basement issues we may come across. Cant recommend these guys enough .

I was please with the guy that came and everything but I found out that the problem I needed to fix a different issue, and that took care of the problem. I would have probably used them if I had needed to do it. They were friendly and he was able to give me and estimate right then. He gave me a copy of the estimate and everything. The estimate was clear, precise, and detailed. He explained everything. From what I understand from other people I have heard from the price was comparable. I would use them in the future.

Excellent. They concluded the water issue didn't require basement waterproofing.  Instead they said it was a landscaping issue.  Therefore I had a landscaper come out and dig a diversion trench.  I haven't have basement water issues since.  I really appreciate Highland's honesty and guidance, and at no cost.

We faced some severe foundation shifting on our 12 year old home.  After interviewing a couple of companies, we are very glad we went with United Dynamic.Inc.  They were extremely professional, and went above and beyond to fix the problem.  Facing a much harder issue than they first realized, UDI did a professional job in every way and completely resolved the problem.  When they were finished our home looked great.  Thanks to John, Jeremy, and the whole team they were very professional in every way.

July 17, 2015 - Bone Dry and I engaged in a contract to install a french drain by a retaining wall.  Because of the age of the wall (50 years), their estimator stated that they might have to hand dig the trench.  I agreed to their terms and we signed the contract.  Within two weeks, they contacted me and told me my job was scheduled for 10/8/15.  Since this was within the contracted time period, I agreed.  They then had our local utility provider come out and mark the location of all buried lines.
On 10/8/15, their employees showed up with a small excavator to begin the project.  He asked me what he was going to do there and I stated he should know already.  I then reviewed the work with him and he started and I left for work.  Approximately two hours later, I received a phone call from a Bone Dry representative who stated the original estimator needed to meet with me that evening as they had encountered some issues.
I met with him that evening and he stated they had dug about 4 feet down and noticed the wall was not as stable as they had thought.  He then stated they would not be performing the work because of safety reasons and returned my deposit.   Obviously, this made me very dissatisfied.  When I pressed him for reasons his company was backing out on a contract, he again stated safety.  Since I have been doing large projects my entire adult career with an expansive knowledge of OSHA, I asked him why they could not make it safe and complete the project for the contracted price.  He simply stated they could not but understood why this was frustrating.  I asked him to have his boss contact me.  That was two business days ago and I have heard nothing from this company.
My Frustration - Bone Dry entered into a contract with me for $6,400 to install a french drain around a 50 year old retaining wall.  Their experienced estimator examined the project and provided me a quote.  I then waited 2.5 months for the work to begin.  Once they began the work, I firmly believe they realized this project would cost them more than the contracted price so they backed out of the deal.  I have worked on projects where entire buildings need to be stabilized in order for people to work in them safety.  This is not rocket science.  Bone Dry could have dug down, installed bracing for the wall, dug further, installed more bracing, etc..  However, they most likely did not account for this when they bid the job.  Another point supporting this conclusion is the estimator stated that they ran into some hard dirt that they would have to jackhammer.  Again, I don't believe they anticipated this when they bid the project.  Rather than act like an honorable company and fulfill their contract, they chose to walk away from the project.  I do not ever intend to deal with this company, either personally or professionally.  If you choose to deal with this company, look at #13 on their Terms and Conditions.  It gives them the right to walk away for any reason.  You should have them strike this from your contract.  Unfortunately for me and I hold myself completely accountable, I missed this point.

I knew this was going to be a good experience during the free estimate.  Joe climbed under my deck to get a look at the outside wall/foundation area, then needed to look inside the interior wall.  After a solid hour of time (cutting into the basement sheet rock) the problem was diagnosed and estimated costs laid out.  I can't believe the estimate was free after the amount of work put in just to find the problem. Joe made sure I understood the issues and told me to call their offices to set up an appointment. No pressure whatsoever.
Once I set up the appointment the crew arrived on-time, kept my home clean on the inside and outside, and completed the agreed upon work.
The only thing left is to see if the work fixes the issues but I feel confident that will be the case. No heavy rainfall in the week following the work to test it out.
I would absolutely recommend their services.  At the very least they should be your second opinion.

We contacted Abell Contracting around September 2014 to get a estimate of what was needed for a home remodel. He was very knowledgeable and with the scope of our renovation referred us to an architect. This was the best thing that could have happened to us! The architect was able to assist not me and my wife in designing a home that we both could live in. Once we got the prints, it was easy for Abell contracting to give us an accurate quote on the renovation and my wife and I felt very comfortable with allowing Abell to do the work. To date, Abell has been on the job for about 2 weeks and I couldn't be more proud of the guys performing the work and the care that they take in cleaning everyday they leave the site. All of the trades have been nice to work with and this was one of my priorities knowing there would be a lot of people around my family during this time. As the job progresses, I will add more but I couldn't ask for a better experience.

We are finishing our basement so we want to make sure that we fix all water leaks that we have so I purchased this Phillips Waterproofing package for $49.00 just to be sure.  My contractor showed me the foundation problem so I thought I would be on the safe side and see if this company finds something that we're not seeing.  The guy was very prompt to come to our house but I was under the impression that for the $49.00 I would get an extensive report on why water is coming in.  A package, it stated, that is actually worth $750.00 so I feel that I'm getting a deal.  He came in the basement and I showed him where the water is usually coming in.  He then went outside to check the foundation and told me that it's coming in near the block window (which it's not). He said for $800 he'll epoxy the window.  I showed him the crack where the water is actually coming in (I wanted to see if he noticed it first), which was close to the window, and said "Oh, I didn't see that, that would cost another $200"!!  So, to summarize, he was at my place for 5 minutes and told me that it would cost $1,000 to fix my problem.  I had to show him where the problems were!  What kind of service is that?  I don't believe that Epoxy is more than $50.00?  I would've hate to have paid the $750 that it usually would of cost for 5 minutes of work!

Crawl Space Doctor's is a family ran business. The owner's were present throughout the process. They were extremely cognizant to keep the work area, as well as the remainder of the house clean. They arrived on time & finished the job on schedule as well within the estimated price. I was totally impressed with their professionalism. I will use them again in my next home !
