Terrible. I had a sears warranty and had to wait more than a week to have anyone even come to look at the washing machine. Then it required multiple return trips to my home because it was not repaired properly. It was almost a full month of not having a washing machine that worked properly even though my product was covered under warranty.

Kevin fixed my malfunctioning frig door hinge with a simple adjustment in about 15 minutes. Another company had told me over the phone that it could not be fixed, and that I needed to buy a new frig. Saved me thousands of dollars! Moral of the Story: Always get a second opinion from Kevin, or better yet just call him first.

I called AAble after the microwave broke 2 weeks after they had repaired.  They could not send anyone out for 4 days.  On the appointment day they called and said repairman could not come- had hurt his hand and they had no one else to send. Then they said they might have someone.

After explaining the problem was the same as previous which I had detailed when I called for an appointent they said they had no parts and it would be 10-12 days to get the part(s). I guess they were going to send the repairman with no parts when I had told them the problem.  To have parts overnighted would cost $128.00 and they would not help  even though I had been waiting 4 days to fix something they should have repaired, and they were delaying again.  They finally refused to service the microwave and said they would refund my last payment minus the service call.  This just to me seemed to be totally unreasonable.

I got another service to repair the same day I called. The problem was due to a mistake by the AABle service tech who either missed the original problem.

I definitly will never use again or recommend.

The schematics provided on the internet for the model i had showed that there was no separate parts for different serial numbers.  I found another service provider who fixed the problem (a clogged drain) within an hour.  AAble Appliance people, especially Aaron, are my new go-to guys for such repairs.

Aaron arrived within the time window.  He immediately found the problem and fixed it within an hour. Aaron even had the part that might have been replaced had it been necessary.  I had an Angies List coupon so the total charge was $8.00.

I tried Sears, who told me that my missing serial number would preclude them from even looking at the washer.  No parts were necessary, but had they been they were readily available according to the schematic found on the internet.  Sears did fix my dryer (why do these things always come together?) but I wonder if  they were up-front about the need for a $300 part.  Aaron is my new hero!

I originally thought the problem was the oven element, but when the new one was installed, it still didn't work.  Phillip was able to determine that it was a problem with the control board.  He warned me that the part would be expensive.  As it turned out, it was very difficult to find the part.  When he finally was able to locate it, it was more expensive than he originally thought.  At that point, he suggested that we might want to consider replacing the stove.  I appreciated that fact that he he gave us options.  Phillip Thomas at Thomas Appliance Service is now my go to guy for appliance repairs!

I contacted the company with the issues I was having with my washer, as well as the model information last Friday. They informed me that they would be sending someone on Monday to resolve my issue. On Monday, the service technician that arrived me informed me that he did not know how to work on the specific model that I have. Despite finding it unprofessional that the company even sent someone who did not know how to repair my machine out, I agreed to let them send someone out today between 2pm and 5pm. I had to cancel a dentist appointment to be there, but I desperately needed my washer repaired. 20 minutes till 5pm, the new technician calls me and explained that the problem will require a part that he does not have, so I would have to wait even longer to have my issue repaired. It is not fair to me, the customer, to have my repair delayed due to poor communication within this company.

this is a great service - our duct runs across the entire basement to vent out the back of the house for some odd reason -  we just bought this house and i don't think it had ever been cleaned before (house is approx 12 years old).  my dryer is finally working properly. they did a great job. thank you so much!!

Richard spent quite a bit of time working with my Home Warranty company on the phone, and explained to them in detail the problem with the fridge. The result was better than expected, and I really appreciated how patient and conscientious he was concerning our situation. Very honest, knowledgeable, and I will definitely call him again if I have an appliance issue.

Provider repaired dryer.  He checked washer for a squeaky noise and discovered the problem.  He told me many washers of this brand have a 'cap' that sometimes makes this noise when in a wash cycle with a full load of clothes.  But he also said it was nothing that would cause a big problem.  He also repaired the icemaker on my older refrigerator.
They arrived at my door when they said the would.  They were professional - very courteous.
