• great availablity, scheduler was helpful good communication, did a great job. read the fine print on the angies deals, to make sure it meets your needs, This offer had a minimum hours required so you needed to buy more than the deal to get the package. it worked out since i needed more mover time.

• Provider name locked. came out and did an initial estimate of the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and gave me some ideas on how to deal with some other projects I need done.  The day the work was scheduled to be done he was here on time, completed the work and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done.  He hauled everything that needed to be thrown out to the dumpster.

• Even though the furnace was a make they do not carry, he diagnosed the problem right away as a burnt out draft inducer motor. He called a couple parts suppliers and found the part less than 15 minutes from my home. He apologized for it being so expensive a part but within an hour he had it all together and running and even gave tips on how I could adjust the settings to be more efficient.
  PS: I can't believe the other companies couldn't adjust schedules for someone without heat for a minimum of one week or the day before Thanksgiving!
