AOswalt's Sewer Rooter & Plumbing RepairWe live in Kentucky and own rental property in Bossier City. Oswalt understood our needs, and the additional communication necessary to get the work done. When the tenant reported the issues, on a Saturday, Oswalt immediately went to the location, assessed the needs, then advised us that the work could wait until Monday, saving us money. They were, then, willing to deal with the tenant directly, allowing us to go about our own lives, and not having to worry about anything. They kept us advised on the progress of the project; and, also sent us the reusable parts, so we could use them in a different rental here in Kentucky.- Barbara S.

CChoice Home WarrantyOnce again choice couldn’t find a contractor yet the first company I call was able to come out. Choice denied the claim because they had to move the toilet to fix the clog. Waste of money to even have the warrant when the end result is I took care of everything myself just added the frustration of arguing with the warranty company- Josh B.

Jamie hunted down and FOUND a rare water heater, installed on a Saturday morning no extra charge and added a bonus freeze proof external hose bib with easy shut off and NEW lines! He was diligent, focused and positive. The new beautiful sauntered lines look like art. THANK YOU FOR BEING THE FIRST CONTRACTOR IN A LONG TIME WHO I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND. “GOT YOUR 6 ” Plumbing: -found and order a rare sized water heater -installed it thru a small opening-crawling dozens of feet across a narrow space - replaced a cheap hose bib and the flimsy plastic lines with sturdy plumbing - drove 40 minutes on two lane back roads then miles on a one lane road to the property on a Saturday morning pulling a trailer! AI am beyond impressed with the work and customer service provided by Counter Culture! They truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had a exceptional experience. We visited quite a few different granite/quartz showrooms in Lexington and found that Counter Culture had the best selection for white quartz and was reasonably priced. What really made our experience so great was that after the counters had been installed, that evening we realized we needed our dishwasher bracketed to the counters. We texted GJ (the President of Counter Culture) and he came out at 7:00pm that same night. We were not expecting him to drop everything and come out that night and were blown away by the level of care and customer service he provided. While the counters and workmanship is beautiful, I think our experience speaks volumes to the overall experience and attention you will receive as a customer here!

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

FWe invested an inordinate amount of time pursuing a major project with them for a number of months as the scope of work increased. After we were almost done and on the same page, ready to sign contracts to move forward & break ground, they backed out, forcing us to start all over with a different contractor. Heard they got some other more profitable simple jobs. Although we were stunned at such unprofessional behavior, we were eventually very grateful that we feel dodged a bullet. At the end of the day, this company would have been a nightmare on such a big project. Yes, they have an extremely slick selling presentation with all kinds of high tech software and online project management promises. But they only have one local guy (who seems very nice) and the management of the company was all out of town. The local guy had no authority to make ANY decisions—had had to go to them for everything. Every single time we had to meet to review or revise the scope of work as we were putting the initial project together, we would have to wait an entire month until a manager could be in town. In hindsight, we had such a problem just getting things underway, we cannot imagine how bogged down it would have become down the road.

FWorst professional experience I've ever had. The job has still not been completed a month and a half later. First call was on 4/27. today is 6/11. There's currently a huge rut in my yard which they claim cannot be leveled. The fence they removed in order to dig has not been fixed, and they left a pile of gravel that has since seeped into my yard. AFTER I was billed, I've called them 5+ times with my concerns. Nothing has been completed at this time. I strongly urge anyone considering a plumber to not use Acme Plumbing. They suck.
