    I was really disappointed. I had a poor experience. I had a faucet put in my kitchen, and a faucet in my bathroom I had a pile of fixtures and everything and they charged me $350 to put them in. Which I think is outrageous. The guy was there for half an hour in the kitchen and 40 minutes on the bathroom. That is just outrageous. I give them a D- on everything. I didn't like the cost, I didn't like that they took advantage of me. They knew that I was selling my house and they jacked up the price. One of my neighbors had the exact same thing done and it was $160. I am very disappointed becuase a week after I had my kitchen faucet installed there was no water coming out of the faucet and the guy charged me $160 to clear the line on that. And it was sediment that was a five minute and he charged me $160. Not satisfied at all. I would not recommend them even to my enemies and I would not use them again.

    The service went extremely well. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about 3 hours. They did a nice job and were good at cleaning up after themselves. They were happy to explain what they were doing before and after the service. I had no problem scheduling the service.

    In a word - Awesome. After removing the sink, we tried installing the new one only to find out it would not fit... Plan B was a rapid trip to Lowe's for the alternate sink and installing it went great! Even with the potential disaster of the non-fitting sink, Rob worked closely with us to find the best replacement and kept me out of hot water by finding a better, matching strainer and disposal ring to match the faucet. I will definitely use them again and give my highest recommendation!

    These guys are jerks. We did not use them to perform the drain cleaning because they refused to honor the Angie's List coupon. This is a multi service operation - I would not use them for ANY of their services based on the way I was treated. And ironically, a few days later a Koppels service truck cut me off in traffic - confirming that the company is non- professional and really doesn't give a hoot about its customers.

    I recently bought a new home with a septic tank. According to an inspection conducted by the seller, it needed to be pumped. I had contacted another company to do the work, and they didn't show up for two different appointments. I was relieved when I called Zaring that the person who answered the phone was very nice and quickly scheduled an appointment. The Zaring representative who came to our home was right on time and very friendly. Since I had never owned a property with a septic tank, I asked a lot of questions. He explained in detail how septic tanks work and how to care for them properly. The job was done in about two hours. I was very satisfied with the service and price. I will definitely call Zaring again for septic service.

    I made an appointment with Jarboe's and received a reminder call two days prior to their visit. Two representatives from Jarboe's - Greg and Tony - arrived on time the date of service and put on shoe guards before entering my home. I showed them three issues on which I wanted quotes. They quickly diagnosed the problems, gave me a fair quote that I accepted, and got to work. The leaky pipe they fixed was located in my garage ceiling, above drywall that I removed before they arrived. They mentioned that it was in a tricky location, and they may have to go in from the floor above but would try to avoid it. Luckily, they were able to do so, avoiding further damage to my home. They were in and out, with all issues corrected, in about an hour. I was charged exactly as quoted. They were friendly and more than willing to answer questions. They even unclogged a bathroom sink drain for free! This is the first time I have used Jarboe's, and I will definitely be calling the next time I have a plumbing issue.

    I scheduled an appointment for a septic tank pumping approximately a week in advance for 9:30 a.m. on approximately 9/4/12. On the date of service, no one had arrived by 10:30, so I called the office to check on the status. The person who answered the phone said she saw no record of my appointment. She said the former secretary had left a week prior, and she was new. Trying to be understanding of the situation, I rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on 9/11/12. By 10 a.m., no one had arrived. I called the office, and the person who answered the phone said the people who were supposed to come to my house were and quot;tied upand quot; with a morning emergency, and she didn't know when they would arrive. I asked her to clarify whether we're talking about 30 minutes or several hours. She said she didn't know but would try to contact them and call me back. By 11 a.m., I still had not received a phone call. I called the office, and she repeated that there was an emergency and she didn't know when they would arrive. She said she tried to call their staff in the field but wasn't able to get in touch with anyone due to bad cell reception. I asked her to cancel my appointment.
    I try to be understanding of situations that can arise with service providers. However, someone should have called me around my 9:30 appointment time to let me know they would be late rather than me having to call the office myself. Further, the secretary should have called me back as she stated she would, even if only to tell me she couldn't reach anyone in the field. Customers rearrange work and childcare schedules for such appointments, and it's imperative to communicate what is going on, even if it's bad news. I will never call Rand R again and would recommend that you call someone else for your septic service, too.

    Came out the next day and were even a little early. Performed diagnostic tests and then explained my options and the prices for each option. I went with full replacement of a 50 gal. water heater in place of my broken 40 gal. Took about 4 1/2 hours for removal and install. Guys were very nice and polite to my 2 year old who wanted to help! I would have liked for them to have cleaned up a little more thoroughly after the job (bits of solder and a few screws and scraps laying around) Pleased with job overall. Office staff very friendly and helpful when scheduling too.
