It was horrible. The price was way too much and I had nothing but problems with them. They planted things that were not lined up and the plants all died. They replaced the first one but then they wanted to charge us $50 to come out and plant it when the next one died. They didn't do what they said they were going to do.

They are doing a wonderful job. I have used them for years and they have done a fabulous job. My house is on The National Historic Registry, I wanted it to reflect the period in which the house was built, so they maintain that, and they have done fabulously on that. The landscaping they did at the back of the house was wonderful. I pay them on a monthly basis and they do a lot and take care of it all. It is not ready for a picture yet because it looks terrible right now as it is process but when it all done, it is going to be absolutely beautiful. They do a lot of research on what plants to put where, what would do well, not just look pretty in their blooming season but also really look nice throughout the year. There are going to be some evergreens, some blooming plants put in that would have been appropriate at the time the house was built, so it is going to look really nice when it is all done. The National Historic Registry does not fund me at all; they just tell me what I can do and what I cannot. When I first started using them, I compared prices and they are not the cheapest but I don't necessarily look for the cheapest. They are more expensive than some but it is worth every penny. I get what I want, I am satisfied, and for what I pay, I am getting value for.

We had a large cherry tree standing beside a new four board fence and overlooking the railroad tracks and electric lines. I called Sang from their reviews on Angie's list. Wednesday (May 15th). Charlie came out and gave an estimate of $700.00 for the work. I agreed to the job. He called early Friday morning and asked to send a crew out within 30 minutes. They were on time. The tree was 55' tall. With a bucket truck, shredder and five guys, the tree was cut down, the branches shredded, the logs cut into firewood, (which I asked them to take), and the sawdust raked, and put on their trucks. It took Sang less than two hours to do a complete job. I was amazed at their professionalism, their courtesy to us as home owners. We paid the bill, gave the crew a $50.00 tip,  shook hands, and they left. Doing business with Sang Tree Service was a learning experience. As a business owner myself for over forty years I was totally impressed with every aspect of their work.

They were very courteous and easy to work with.  They answered tons of questions.  They were willing to work within my budget which was a big thing.  Their price was very reasonable.  It was a smaller job and lot of people didn’t even get back to me.  They would come out to see it and say that they don’t do small jobs.

Roy and his team get the job done! They are prompt and clean up their mess. They will come out and do maintenance on your landscaping twice a year for a very reasonable cost. Very responsive to the homeowner's plans for landscaping. We have had them do several projects at our house and will continue to use them for sure.

The only problem I had was in getting the service scheduled. Right after i purchased the Angies List coupon i called and scheduled the service for 'the week after Thanksgiving' - I wanted to make sure all the leaves had fallen from the trees. I spoke with the owner  and told him I didn't care which day, just call me the night before to let me know they were coming. It was a week or so after T'giving that I realized it hadn't been done. i am not exactly sure of the timeline but it took a couple more phone calls before I got it re-scheduled and they actually showed up. Of course by that time it had rained and snowed on the leaves so they were damp & matted to the ground which made cleanup more difficult & time consuming. And the owner told me his large zero turn mower was in need of repair so he had to use a  smaller one.
Overall they did a nice job & our yard looks better, but I ended up spending more money then I had intended. I believe if they had come before the rain & snow matted the leaves the job wouldn't have taken so long, and subsequently not cost as much. I would use them again, but I would have a firm price & date of service and hold them to it. The owner was nice and very apologetic about the  mix up and how long it took to actually get here. He gave me a price break for the additional time they were here - 7 man hours over the Angies list coupon, which turned out to be abut the same price I have paid in the past for this service without an Angies list promo.

The electricians just left and ... wow! Punctual? They were here at 8 a.m. on the dot. Polite? Couldn't have been nicer. Neat? They completely cleaned up after themselves. Patient? When I (of course) couldn't find my Angie's List coupon, they were as nice as could be. These guys just did a few small things for me, but they were small important things and I am so very glad I found them! Also should note that I found everyone I dealt with to be as pleasant as could be, including the nice woman who scheduled my appointment and the president of the company, who did my estimate, didn't talk down to me, and didn't try to make me do more work than I could afford. Call them!!

Scheduling was a breeze, they showed up on time and spent over an hour removing the stump, removing the extra debris with a rake and leveling the sod where the grinder's tires had left minor tracks in the wet sod from recent rains. This job was for my Mother-in-law and she was as pleased as I was. I will definitely use Bob Ray again.

I obtained several quotes for this project. Removing an invasive weed was my primary objective as I had tried to remove it myself for 3 years - finally decided I needed a professional. This was clearly stated to each landscape company I asked to quote the project. I decided on Luv It due to competitive pricing as well as assurance from James that my objectives could be met. I called and told Kim we had chosen them assuming I would be called to schedule a time to review the proposal and schedule a date for the project to begin. About a week later my husband called me from home to say they landscapers where there and it looked like they were about done. I was shocked that they would come to my home with out prior notice to me and with out a final review of the proposed project. I had expected to be allowed to chose colors/variety for certain plants. There were also a couple plants (taxis/cypress) I didn't want in my landscaping. When I returned that evening I was pleasantly surprised by the overall appearance of my yard. The rock drainage system added a nice dimension. However, the lay out did not match the proposal and some of the proposed plants were substituted with something else. I called Luv It to let them know I was less then happy this had been done without my input at all. After a bad wallpapering experience I never allow contractors to do work unless I am home or have used them before and trust their work.I asked for James to return so that we could 'walk thru' the project and let him know my concerns. James came out a few days later and was quite defensive that I wasn't 100% thrilled with his work. I admit I am a tough customer, but I thought for $4000 I should be 100% happy. As the summer went on I noticed that the weed I had explicitly required be eradicated was showing up in a few spots, then in a few more. When I expressed my concerns to James he was again defensive, and said 'it is a process'. I told him that is not what I had been told when he gave me the quote and he assured me he could get rid of it. Over the next few months he came back periodically and sprayed the weed. At this point, they had been paid in full. In the spring, when the azaleas they planted bloomed there were 2 that were not the same color as the rest. I called, told them I would mark them, but it was pretty obvious which 2 they were. They replaced the azaleas but I still don't know if they were the correct color -they did not bloom in the spring when the other 6 did and today they look as though they will die - brown sticks with very little green. On closer inspection it looks as though they were taken directly out of the plastic tub and dropped in the hole where the other one had been...they both sit about 6 inches higher then the others. There are other things that have since died but I will not attempt to communicate with Luv It again. I found them to be down home folksy when they gave me the quote and then turned into straight business by the book after that. James' defensive attitude about questioning anything he had done that I didn't like was very troubling to me. There was absolutely no working together - it was his way or no way and when I would suggest something else he always had an excuse why it wouldn't/couldn't work. And the real bottom line here - the weed is not gone (I spray it weekly with heavy duty chemicals) and the tree stump they were supposed to have ground out is now sending up shoots all over the bed. Aside from the drainage system, my landscaping doesn't look much different then before they did the project.
