    It went wonderfully. I met my sitter When she came to my house for a Free Consultation. She was a great listener, had a note pad and took diligent notes while I explained my pig���s meal plan and excercize needs. She watched my pig for 5 days. An hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. My favorite part of the Nanny experience was receiving a Live Photo of my pig via text from my sitter each day. It helped Bc I missed him very much! My nanny was exceptional!!! Highly recommend Kyle���s Professional Pet Nanny Services! I have used them many times. Truly appreciate she is open to all animals. Such a nurturing company and you will be pleased when you come home and your pet is Happy :)

    They take very good care of your animals. The veterinarian is a very nice gentleman. He takes excellent care of my dog. He is very professional. He is a good guy. I would use him in the future and I will.

    I am so impressed with Dr. Tony Schumann.  He is the first veterinarian I've used that seems truly knowledgable about the needs of competitive dogs.  He is compassionate and is an excellent problem solver.  He goes beyond the normal annual pet needs.  He offered cost-effective solutions that worked.  I plan to be a loyal patient for many many years.

    They just observed it and told us to make sure we keep an eye on him.  The vets are very professional and caring.  My dog does not like going to the vet and he was anxious. The vet tried very much to calm her anxiety.

    Clearly, we would not wish such a circumstance on anyone who loved their pets as we did. However, we felt fortunate to have such a resource in our community. I highly recommend this facility for emergency and specialty care.

    They did a very good job.  The sitter came to my house for an introductory visit within 2 days of the call.  We worked-out the arrangements.  When I returned, all pets were in good shape. A complete log of each visit, including status on each of the pets and what was done during each visit, was laying on my kitchen table.

    It went wonderfully.  I cannot say enough good things about them.  They came three times a day, fed and watered my dog, gave him lots of love, stayed with him in the yard to keep him company, watered our plants, took in our mail, rotated our lights, took out and brought back our garbage cans, they even cleaned up the house a litte.  They kept a log of every visit, when they came, how Korbin was doing and what they did.  They kept in contact with me through the entire trip which put mind at ease because Korbin (our dog) is a big part of our family, and we missed him and worried about him.  Korbin (my dog) was very happy when we came back but also relaxed, bright eyed, healthy.  I could tell that, while he was happy we were back, he had not suffered any stress while we were away. Any accidents he might have had (he's an old dog), were cleaned up.  We couldn't have been more pleased.  Terri communicated with me the day we were supposed to be back to make sure that we were still on schedule, she didn't just say, "Well, that's all I was contracted for - you're on your own now dog!"  She made sure that he was going to be cared for until we returned.  She also followed up with me a few days later to make sure that I was pleased with everything and that Korbin was still doing okay.  This is the best pet service you could ever want.  Also, I priced around before I chose Terri, and for three visits a day, and what you get during those visits, you won't find anyone better.

    I wanted to comment that I had the same problem. I called the number provided on the web site and the individual on the voice mail message indicated that people should send an email to schedule an appointment. It sounds like he doesn't have time to check his voice mail messages. I sent the email message and never heard back. Clearly, this individual is not looking for new customers. If that's the case, he needs to put that on his web site or mention that on his voice mail message. Definitely unprofessional to not even respond to the emai thatl he indicates we should send to request an appointment. I never had this problem with my prior groomer or the one I subsequently contacted and scheduled an appointment with.

    I spent $160 at that time. I have been taking my pets to them for about eight years. They really know my pets. They seem to enjoy their job. I have never had to wait long, which is good. They are very efficient and friendly. Everybody there is nice; they make me feel very comfortable. I will use them again in the future.

    It went wonderfully as it always does. We were having trouble with a couple of our cats not getting along. Kyle has helped us so much in so many ways to improve this situation. She really cares about your pets and your home life and has so many suggestions to help address any situation.
