This company was dishonest about the service they could perform and then had horrible communication. Then condescendingly offered a blow up mattress and 200 dollars off the price while I still don't have my items 4 days after they where supposed to arrive. I consider them stolen at this point. Do not let this happen to you. Do not fall for the lies of the salesman.

Gulliver's arrived promptly, was very professional and attentive to our requests.  We hired them to do some heavy lifting as my wife is pregnant and I have a bad back.  Would certainly recommend them again.

Movers were very friendly and professional. They moved quickly and got the job done in less than time than expected. Only concern was my sofas and large leather chair were not shrink wrapped prior to the move. The movers advised they did not have shrink wrap and they just pad the furniture down once it's on the truck. I accepted that because I had no other choice at the time but was told by office staff prior to purchasing that they would use shrink wrap. All three pieces came out with spot/markings on them. Nothing extremely major and I had planned to have all professionally cleaned after the move any way but they still should have wrapped them prior to prevent any damage. One sofa might have a stain and luckily it is hidden on the back. I would recommend Move It Now but make sure to confirm your belongings will be protected throughout the entire move.

It went pretty well. We had more stuff than would fit in the truck (that is our fault - boxes upon boxes upon boxes)- so they did a great job gauging the amount of room left in the truck to make sure the key furniture pieces were able to fit. When the queen boxspring didn't fit up the stairwell, Nat suggested reaching out to Cort to get a split boxspring...and then picked it up for us. They went above and beyond and were really great movers. Would highly recommend!

Carried a two hundred pound 5' x 5' stained glass window which was crated, up three flights of stairs. Hung the stained glass window in front of an existing window. They were extremely cautious, precise, neat and thorough. The delivery and installation was fantastic!
I highly recommend them for any type of delivery and moving service.
I will definitely use them for a complete move.

The movers showed up at the very end of the window they stated they would be there. They surveyed the two apartments to be moving between. They thought it would be better/easier to walk the furniture instead of put in a truck since it was such a short distance to move. I moved from first floor apartment to a 4th floor apartment that was down the block about 25 yards at the most entrance to entrance. They started moving stuff outside and they were putting it in the truck instead of walking it. Guess they changed their minds. They did not wrap anything with padding. They did not take apart any of the furniture that was capable of it. My fiance took the bed apart so they could just move it quicker. When they took it to the new apartment one of the guys stated they couldn't put it together because they didn't take it apart. They loaded the truck and drove literally 50 feet. The other entrance had an elevator to the 4th floor and they brought in a big load and left it in the lobby and made trips up in the elevator. One of the boxes got soaking wet on the bottom and it fell out. They used the elevator for everything including my queen size mattresses that they squeezed in there without wrapping at all. They delievered all furniture in about 4 hours. I paid them and they were on their way. After they left I noticed some marks on my entertainment center and when i plugged in all my cables there was a huge chunk of wood missing from the bottom corner. They had to have noticed hitting it and never said anything. I called and spoke with Ken and he is planning for a furniture guy to come look at it. I had read how great the reviews were but I was not impressed with their work, especially to have broken a piece of furniture moving it 50 feet and not saying anything. They did not do an overall pre-inspection check list to mark the condition of the pieces, so there was nothing to compare to after they were done other than what I could see.
On a positive note, the guys were very friendly and respectful. They did a quick job. They just need to be more careful and mindful of the items they are moving even if it is a very short distance. Ken was great to work with and did a good job trying to correct the problem. They are supposed to be coming out to look at it next week.

We had them pack up some of the kitchen that includes all glassware and her china. She also had an extensive bird collection from birds she collected from her travels all over the world. Each bird had to be packed and there were well in excess of 200. All packing for this move was done beautifully and there was no breakage or damage to anything. The cabinet that this collection was stored was of great sentimental value to my mother as it was built by her late husband. Great care was taken to ensure that this cabinet arrived in tact and it did along with everything else for this move. I don't think we could have asked for a better move. All our worries and concerns that are typically associated with any move, were taken away and they delivered on what they said they would. They were professional and took great care of my mother's belongings like they were their own. I would recommend them to ANYONE that is moving. You might pay a little more, but you pay for the job to be done right!

I was very happy with the speed and quality of the move. I was confused by the estimate. I asked for one price, pack and ship. When i recieved two estimates, first was pack the other was moving. I thought the second was pack and move.

of all the quotes that i received (i received about 7), this was one of the most expensive of the bigger companies. however, i went with it because i knew of 3 people who personally used united (not necessarily planes). overall, it went well. there was only 1 breakage, which we'll file a claim for. they said up to 10 days delivery and they delivered within 3 days, which was great. however, there are a few things that happened that will most likely preclude me from using them again: 1. they crated the wrong painting without verifying with me and charged me for it. 2. they charged us extra for unpacking items that a. we unpacked ourselves (tvs) and b. they didn't tell us they'd charge for unpacking (mattresses? - i could have easily done that myself if they told me they were going to charge for it)... all the other companies included that in their pricing. they said the quote was binding and yet, it increased $70. they were supposed to uncrate the paintings but due to lack of communication on their part, it got cancelled - at least they refunded me that - was $165! the moving men stated that they unpacked our tvs - my husband did. they did help us put it on the stand. that's why we paid them $180 in tip!!! they did not inform us that they'd charge us for that. was not happy about that. the movers filled in the "unpacking" section AFTER I signed the blank one! SNEAKY! i asked for a refund for the crating of the wrong picture and the "unpacking" they did, but the only refund i got was the $165. they used a 3rd party (DAS) for auto transport. the guy who picked them up and the guy who dropped them off were both fine. it was the DAS coordinator who was incompetent. got the scheduling of drop off all wrong! the guy who picked it up also said 6 to 8 days. we got it around day 15 or 16 (due to incompetence of DAS coordinator).... also, i do wish i was there for the weighing. they quoted 7600 or so. i've received quotes for 6000 - 7000 so that sounded on the higher side. we also threw out a lot of stuff... they stated that our furniture weighed in about 8400. sounds unrealistically high. overall, i believe they did a good job but lack communication within the departments and communication with us. i don't like when people sneak in charges. i specifically asked them exactly what extra charges i'd get charged. there is no section for "maybe" re: using them again. i don't know. not feeling too hot about them right now. but i think that's more related to customer service/professionalism than the fact that they did a bad job.

They arrived five minutes early. The two gentelman Steve and Scott that came communicated well. They were very careful especially with my curio cabinet. They were very nice. They had no problems whatsoever. At the new house the offloaded very carefully and were polite and answered all my quesitons. They took no breaks and got done ahead of schedule.
